15、單詞 就嚇退了不少學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農(nóng)村的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)成 績(jī)而努力。三.所教班級(jí)學(xué)生基本情況分析本屆七年級(jí)新生和以往初一學(xué)生有著很大的差異,字母還不能規(guī)范的書(shū)寫(xiě),更別提什 么單詞,句子。在讀,說(shuō)方面,語(yǔ)音也有不少需要糾正的地方,由于各小學(xué)授課,英語(yǔ)基 礎(chǔ)也差參不齊。另外,所教班的學(xué)生在情感態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決 的問(wèn)題。例如:很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的,沒(méi)有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的在于 交流;有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識(shí);大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能 做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有計(jì)劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律,不注意 知識(shí)的鞏固和積累;四、奮斗目標(biāo)鉆研新課標(biāo),提高自己的教學(xué)水平,真正做到教學(xué)相長(zhǎng),努力達(dá)到學(xué)校規(guī)定的教學(xué)指標(biāo)。五、具體措施1、每天背誦課文中的對(duì)話。目的 :要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫(xiě),培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。2、每天記5個(gè)生詞,2個(gè)常用句子或習(xí)語(yǔ)。實(shí)施:利用“互測(cè)及教師抽查”及時(shí)檢查,保 證效果并堅(jiān)持下去。3、認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制
