3、tion environment5承包商應(yīng)該完成下列施工臨時工程。為完成這些工程所發(fā)生的一切費(fèi)用，應(yīng)含在報(bào)價中，這些工作被認(rèn)為是必須完成的基本任務(wù)。若承包商認(rèn)為為了完成其施工，還有其他必要的工作，則應(yīng)另外列出，并計(jì)入報(bào)價中。承包商應(yīng)對臨時設(shè)施的完整性，質(zhì)量和安全負(fù)全責(zé)。因?yàn)檎袠?biāo)文件中未提及但在施工中發(fā)生了的工作，不能夠再作為追加工作而要求額外付款。Contractor shall complete the following temporary construction. All the cost forplishing these works shall be included in the

If contractor consider there are othernesary works for finishing the construction, these works shall be listed additionallyand counted in the quoion price. Contractor shall take full responsibility to theegrity, quality and security of t

14、ndworkshy himself according to his requirement, but the concepby the Cnt.s to be approved7.3臨時消防設(shè)施Temporary firefighting facilities彩鋼板承包商應(yīng)當(dāng)在施工區(qū)域、倉庫區(qū)域和加工區(qū)域設(shè)置足夠數(shù)量的滅火器和砂箱等器材，這些器材的質(zhì)量要求和數(shù)量應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求以及當(dāng)?shù)氐挠嘘P(guān)規(guī)定。Contractor shall set enough fire extinguishers and sandboxes in construction area,warehouse and manu

The quality andrequirement of local regulation.ty shall meet the7.4現(xiàn)場的安全Site safety承包商應(yīng)根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定、合同文件的要求和業(yè)主安全經(jīng)理的指示嚴(yán)格采取安全保護(hù)措施，并承擔(dān)因采取安全措施不力而造成事故的責(zé)任和因此發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。任何非承包商原因而發(fā)生的或傷亡的責(zé)任和費(fèi)用，應(yīng)由責(zé)任承擔(dān)。Contractor shall take safety and protective measures strictly according to the relevantregulations, t

16、he requirements of the Contracts and the instructions of TheCnts safety manager and bear the responsibility and cost incurred of accidentsresulting from insecure or unsafe measures adopted by it. The responsibility and costof any death or injury notributable to Contractor shall be borne by the party

Such Insurance policy should be produced to Cnt in short term after entering site.7.5腳手架Scaffolding承包商應(yīng)提供屋面工作等需要用的室外腳手架并負(fù)責(zé)腳手架的搭建和拆卸。帶垂直設(shè)備和固定操作的腳手架將一直保留到不再需要使用為止。腳手架也應(yīng)供其他承包商使

18、用。腳手架的拆除必須通過業(yè)主方和項(xiàng)目管理方的批準(zhǔn)。由于其他承包商的原因造成延誤， 由此產(chǎn)生腳手架的額外費(fèi)用將由該責(zé)任方承擔(dān)。Contractor shall supply outdoor scaffolding needed for roofing works, etc. and be responsible for the set-up and dismantlement of outdoor scaffolding. The scaffoldingwith hoisting equipment and fixed operator will be remaining until it is

19、 no morenesary. Other contractors shall also use the scaffolding. Demolishing of thescaffolding shall be approved by the cnt and Project Management Company. For thedelay caused by other contractors, the additional cost for the scaffolding will be borne by the responsible contractors.當(dāng)業(yè)主認(rèn)為腳手架已經(jīng)不在需要時，

All the cost is includedhe Contract Price herewith.7.6現(xiàn)場清潔Site cleaning施工現(xiàn)場以及生活區(qū)應(yīng)始終保

21、持清潔。保持工作場所和材料區(qū)域整潔，有條理，不存在任何現(xiàn)場。和隱患。出來的建筑，承包商應(yīng)規(guī)劃堆放場地并及時定期清運(yùn)出The job site and living area shall be cleaned all the time. The Contractor is responsiblefor cleaning in his own workition, maaining the working and storage areas in areasonable proper and non-hazardous condition without any danger and hidden

The rubbish clean on jobsite should be stored properly and arrangetransporion out of site in regular time.在竣工驗(yàn)收之前承包商應(yīng)該組織最終直至業(yè)主滿意。最終的現(xiàn)場應(yīng)該及早開始，包括清潔其工作范圍內(nèi)的所有建筑施工產(chǎn)品，拆除和運(yùn)走所有現(xiàn)場臨時設(shè)施。承包商需準(zhǔn)備好足夠的吸塵器。Before the final acceptance Contractor shouldanize final cleaning to thesatisfaction of cnt. The final

23、 cleaning should start earr enough and covers allconstruction products in his contract scope, demolishing/transporion of all temporarysite facilities. If requirement is not met and no improvement after emphasize by C nt, C nt will sign separate contract with cleaning company and the related cost will be deducted from the Contr

25、act Price of MainContract.8.拆除Removal在整個新建項(xiàng)目結(jié)束后，承包商還應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)全部其所搭設(shè)的臨時設(shè)施的拆除工作After the completion of new project, Contractor shall demolish all the temporary facilities by their responsibility.9.施工用電安全協(xié)議和市容市貌環(huán)境衛(wèi)生承諾書Agreement abouter safety and construction environment業(yè)主和當(dāng)?shù)夭块T已經(jīng)簽署“施工用電安全協(xié)議”（協(xié)議內(nèi)容詳見附件），并繳納了安全施工保證金。承包商必須完全遵照當(dāng)?shù)夭块T的要求執(zhí)行。如果因?yàn)槿魏纬邪痰脑驅(qū)е聵I(yè)主收到任何的經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰，則業(yè)主將從施工合同價格中扣除同樣金額的款項(xiàng)，作為承包商對業(yè)主的賠償，承包商不得。The Cnt has signed an agreement with local
