Given suggestions from supervisor and amended and perfect the thesis. ABSTRACTLi Bai is a prominent romantic poet in Tang Dynasty. Li Bai created a lot

4、 of famous poems, and“Changganxingis one of the famous poem not only because it is a traditional Yuefu poem, but also it was introduced into western countries and had exotic flavors. So this thesis consists of five parts: an introduction, a conclusion, and three chapters to appreciate the three tran

7、d “blue plum these images add exotic flavors into the poem. however, it existed some irrational renderings. Like“抱柱信，望夫臺these allusions lost their original meaning in Pounds version.3. Xu Yuan Chongs “Ballad of Trades Wife Appreciation of Xus version which can compare with the original text. Because

8、 he stick to the “Three Beauties theory using in the poem. Especially the beauty in form and in sound are well demonstrated by the end rhyme like “wall and “call, “pass and “grass which make a harmonious picture to seize the readers eye and ears. But pay too much attention to the beauty in verse tra

9、nslation will restrain the creativity for the translator. 4. Weng Xian Liang: “The Traders Wife Weng Xialiang translate the poem in the form of prose because he strives for the theory of “spiritual conformity (神似) which emphasizes the reproduction of the spirit and the flavor of the original. Also ,

10、 he cares about the rhyme and rhythm based on reproducing the poetic feeling and conception of the original text. However, Wengs version uses the form of prose, not only will lose the beauty in form but also like telling a story which pay more attention to explain the feeling of the heroine. 5.Concl

11、usionBy contrast to the three versions; we can know about the translation techniques or theories in different translators whether Pounds literal translation, Xus “three beauties theory, or Wengs “spiritual conformity theory. Therefore, we should learn from the three versions, absorb their shining po
