1、材料分析文獻(xiàn)(wnxin)報(bào)告(納米光子學(xué)中用到的材料測(cè)試方法) 姓名(xngmng):陳義富 學(xué)號(hào):157238242015.10.11共十八頁(yè)1.Optical properties of silver nano-cubes介紹金屬內(nèi)部與表面存在大量自由電子, 形成自由電子氣團(tuán), 即等離子體(plasmon); 而表面等離子體則特指存在于金屬表面的自由電子氣團(tuán). 當(dāng)入射光與金屬納米結(jié)構(gòu)表面自由電子氣團(tuán)的振動(dòng)發(fā)生共振時(shí)就形成了表面等離子體共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)。金屬納米結(jié)構(gòu)的表面等離子體光學(xué)(gungxu)在光催化、光學(xué)(gungxu)傳感、生物標(biāo)

Here the silver nano-cubes prepared by

6、shape factor) and b is broadening of diffraction line measured at half of its maximum intensity (in radian); = 0.1541 nm is the wavelength of the incident Cu K-a radiation; and h is Bragg diffraction angle (in degree),the calculation the average crystallite size of the silver nano-cubes is found to
