1、卷板預彎工藝的對中操作介紹Three bending process1 卷板由預彎(壓頭)、對中和卷彎三個過程組成。roll plate by bending (head), and roll bending of three process.預彎(壓頭)在三棍卷板機或預彎壓力機上進行。當預彎板厚不超過20mm 的情況下,可采用預彎也一塊鋼板作為彎模,其厚度不應大于板厚的兩倍,長度應比板略長,將彎曲模放入輥筒中,將板料置于彎模上,壓下上輥并使彎模來回滾動使板料邊緣達到所要求的彎曲半徑。同時采用彎模預彎時,必須控制彎曲功率不超過設(shè)備能力60%,操作時應嚴格控制上輥的壓下量,以防過載損壞設(shè)備。在壓
2、力機上用模具預彎適用于各種板厚,用長度比板料短的通用模具,預彎時必須分段進行,預彎兩端,預彎尺寸根據(jù)工件卷圓卷板機種類而定。 如 20*2000 卷板機端面預彎尺寸是250-300; 8*2000卷板機端面預彎尺寸是150-200。bending (pressure head) in three stick machine or bending machine.
