1、4.1 INI文件的介紹:4. 1. 1射頻功能組的復(fù)位下面是setup INI文件中定義的項(xiàng)目。GSM900 Sig = 1GSM1800 Sig = 1GSM1900 Sig = 1GSM900 NSig = 1GSM1800 NSig = 1GSM1900 NSig = 1通常設(shè)置為1,指在對CMU200設(shè)置之前對設(shè)備進(jìn)行復(fù)位,為 0時不復(fù)位。1 . 2系統(tǒng)設(shè)置:setup INI文件中定義的項(xiàng)目:External Reference Clock = 0 默認(rèn)值為0,指使用CMU200輸出的參考時鐘, 為1時使用 外部參考時鐘。CMU Base GPIB Address = 20CMU的

37、n Limit = 27ATE用戶接口介紹以下是該測試系統(tǒng)的主界面,該程序主要用于生產(chǎn)線測試,而非研發(fā),所以只包括了一 些你現(xiàn)在在界面上看到的簡單的幾項(xiàng):錯誤代碼顯示,測試項(xiàng)目動態(tài)顯示,大屏幕Fail和Pass測試進(jìn)度條,查看測試報(bào)告的按鈕,打開excel (logging to Excel ),測試模式選擇按鈕,初始化按鈕,條碼(barcode)顯示及測試信息等。ATE 深入Report & System setting(報(bào)告及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置)如果你按下report and system seting按鈕,你就能看到這個界面,包括 4部分:左上 部分,你可以看到測試報(bào)告信息輸入部分;左邊中間部分,
