6、短語，意為很長時間之前。ago為時間副詞,意為在.之前,單獨出現(xiàn)在句中時句子一般用過去時態(tài)。eg: I watched the film a long time ago. 我很久之前看過這部電影。探究三: They look like an ancient army.（他們看起來像一支歷史悠久的軍隊）look like: 意為看起來像其中l(wèi)ook為感官動詞。look like 后通常加代詞或者名詞，表示看起來像eg: He looks like his father. 他看起來長得像他的父親。探究四： Wow! Cool pictures, Danny.（哇哦！丹尼，好酷的圖片。）cool意為

7、涼爽的,還可以用來表示對某事物的喜愛或感嘆，意同good, excellent等詞。eg: The Great Wall is cool! 長城太棒了！探究五： Well done! （干的好，太棒了?。┕潭ù钆洌鉃樽龅锰袅?，常用于評價別人某項工作或者事情做得很好。eg: Well done, Jack! 杰克，做得好！探究六： We can make clothes from it.（我們可以用它制衣服。）makefrom:意為由制成eg: Can you make paper from wood?拓展：短語makefrom與makeof同為由制成。但是二者的區(qū)別在于make of指“由

8、制成”所說的材料是很明顯的，你可以看出來此物體是由什么制成的。而make from也是一個意思，但是所說的材料是看不出來的。eg: The chopsticks are made of wood.
