裕龍科技大廈電梯井操作平臺(tái)施工方案

1、電梯井操作平臺(tái)施工方案一、 工程概況裕龍科技大廈位于青島市嶗山區(qū)，海爾路東側(cè)，南于青島啤酒城僅一路之隔，東挨裕龍公寓一期?？偨ㄖ娣e為45521，地下兩層，為人防工程及車(chē)庫(kù)；地上二十六層，一、二層為商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，三至二十六層為高級(jí)公寓住宅?？偢叨葹?9.7m。主體施工階段，電梯墻板模板采用鋼大模，由于電梯內(nèi)筒從上至下無(wú)樓板隔斷，考慮施工安全和支設(shè)鋼大模的方便，在筒內(nèi)設(shè)置操作平臺(tái)形成隔斷，防止材料和料具從電梯內(nèi)筒墜落，操作平臺(tái)隨著樓層的增高，而逐漸提升。二、 搭設(shè)原理利用三角形的穩(wěn)定原理，制作操作平臺(tái)。利用筒體砼側(cè)壁不變形，斜撐槽鋼下端支撐在下層電梯門(mén)洞處的樓層樓板上，上端斜依在門(mén)洞對(duì)面的砼板墻上。

2、當(dāng)受力時(shí)，槽鋼下端有下滑的趨勢(shì)，只要阻止槽鋼的下端的下滑，即可制止操作平臺(tái)的下沉。從而利用這一原理，安置操作平臺(tái)。三、 制作要求1、 采用10#槽鋼和3mm厚的鋼板作為主要材料，槽鋼和鋼板要選擇無(wú)銹蝕的、無(wú)變形的。2、 制作時(shí)，各連接點(diǎn)的焊縫一定要飽滿(mǎn)，焊縫長(zhǎng)度不得小于10cm。如果焊縫長(zhǎng)度不足，需加焊鋼板。3、 操作平臺(tái)板面比樓層標(biāo)高低100mm，吊裝大模時(shí)，可在大模底角墊設(shè)槽鋼，使得大模螺桿孔相對(duì)應(yīng)。4、 操作平臺(tái)的吊環(huán)設(shè)置在稍偏中位置，使得平臺(tái)受拉力后，旋轉(zhuǎn)一定角度，順利將操作平臺(tái)提升。5、 槽鋼作支架，鋼板僅作蓋板，見(jiàn)詳圖。四、 安全注意事項(xiàng)1、 操作平臺(tái)每次安裝，必須派專(zhuān)人檢查斜撐槽

3、鋼下端必須伸過(guò)門(mén)洞砼邊不少于10cm。2、 安裝過(guò)程中，必須等操作平臺(tái)安穩(wěn)后，才能將塔吊的掉繩卸除。3、 每次提升操作平臺(tái)，必須清除平臺(tái)上的各種料具。4、 每次安裝內(nèi)筒大模時(shí)，先試吊，等確定安全后，再松動(dòng)吊大模的鋼絲繩。五、 穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算假設(shè)操作平臺(tái)受均布荷載為2500/，操作平臺(tái)的自重不計(jì)。 q=mg=250010=25kN/轉(zhuǎn)化為中心集中荷載為N=qA=252.062=106.09kN以A點(diǎn)取距： Fch=NL/2 Fc=106.092.0622.362=23.13 kN根據(jù)外力平衡的原理： FBy=N=106.9 kN FB= FBy/sin50=138.5 kN FBx= FBcos50
