4、壞和遺失。5、 質(zhì)量、安全員職責(zé)：負(fù)責(zé)工程質(zhì)量與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全檢查，杜絕安全事故，做好防火、防盜工作，確保施工安全和質(zhì)量。6、 計(jì)劃及材料管理員職責(zé)：負(fù)責(zé)工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，工程日志和工程相關(guān)文件資料的編制，整理歸檔，以及在工程在施工中增加的項(xiàng)目，上報(bào)公司。三、 施工材料組織安排根據(jù)本次防水工程施工的要求，我公司對(duì)本工程的施工作如下組織安排：1、 購料渠道：l 采用GDR中性防水密封膠，基層防水材料采用TK2011防水涂料、聚氨酯高分子防水樹脂。2、 購料方式l 為了確保材料按時(shí)、按質(zhì)、按量供應(yīng)、必須與施工進(jìn)度緊密配合，我公司和中澳防水生產(chǎn)廠家長年合作，材料隨時(shí)配送到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。四、 施工方案及主要技術(shù)措施

5、經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察，貴公司漏水現(xiàn)象屬樓頂彩鋼瓦排水天溝鐵槽防水層損壞銹穿，原施工單位未做防水及防銹處理、樓頂原有彩鋼瓦接縫大部分未做防水處理及少部分已做防水處理的地方密封膠老化、彩鋼瓦頂部四周與墻體接縫處原有防水密封膠老化裂縫、部分鉚釘部位和鐵皮搭縫處腐蝕銹穿、水塔及天窗鋁塑板原有防水層老化損壞。綜合上訴原因特制定以下施工方案施工工藝：1、首先對(duì)屋面進(jìn)行全方位清理，排水天溝的淤泥垃圾清理轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。1.1 基層清理時(shí)必須將基層表面的異物、塵土雜物清掃干凈。陰陽角等處更應(yīng)仔細(xì)清理，若有油污、鐵銹等，應(yīng)以砂紙、鋼絲刷、溶劑等予以清除干凈。 1.2 預(yù)制鐵槽天溝與女兒墻部位的原涂料層應(yīng)鏟除干凈，并清理干凈灰塵。1

6、.3 預(yù)制鐵槽天溝靠女兒墻的松動(dòng)、脫離處，用鉚釘先固定牢靠，以免影響防水層施工。2、排水天溝連接處以及腐蝕銹穿部位用細(xì)砂打磨并粉刷防銹漆，然后采用GDR密封膠對(duì)接縫處及銹穿部位進(jìn)行防水密封，然后天溝整體使用TK2011滿刷，待基層防水干涸后，全面刷一層聚氨酯防水樹脂。3、對(duì)清理后的屋面彩鋼瓦接縫處進(jìn)行全面GDR密封補(bǔ)縫。再全面粉刷聚氨酯防水樹脂2遍。4、對(duì)整個(gè)屋面四周彩鋼瓦接縫處原有老化防水膠全面清除再用GDR密封膠填補(bǔ)密封，待干涸后再涂刷一層德高防水滲透劑。最后再粉刷聚氨酯防水樹脂。五、 工期保證措施l 編制好施工組織、人事計(jì)劃，待合同簽訂施工人員能快速、準(zhǔn)時(shí)進(jìn)場(chǎng)。l 預(yù)先編制好材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃

7、，保障材料按時(shí)、保質(zhì)、保量供應(yīng)。l 實(shí)行獎(jiǎng)罰分明的問責(zé)制度。l 各施工班組密切配合做好交叉施工工作。l 大風(fēng)或大雨天氣，為保證施工安全和施工質(zhì)量，應(yīng)停止施工。l 本項(xiàng)工程按 7 天工期安排，留 3 天提前量。六、 質(zhì)量保證措施l 甲、乙雙方成立質(zhì)檢小組，根據(jù)國家建筑工程驗(yàn)收的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)工程進(jìn)行分期分批中間檢查、驗(yàn)收，做到少返工，確保高質(zhì)量、高安全。l 決不偷工減料，工藝施工到位，嚴(yán)格按“操作規(guī)程”施工。七、質(zhì)量承諾“聚氨酯”及“德高”防水涂料創(chuàng)研于澳大利亞巴斯夫技術(shù)，技術(shù)配方均由德高公司提供，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量完全符合中國國家無毒害產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?！暗赂摺狈浪苛蠟楦咂焚|(zhì)涂料，具有優(yōu)異的耐候性、耐洗刷性、耐酸堿性
