1、人力資源管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案Undergraduate Program of Human Resource Management一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo) Educational Objectives 人力資源管理專業(yè)是培養(yǎng)具備管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、社會學(xué)和人力資源管理等方面的知識和能力,并能在企、事業(yè)單位、政府部門機構(gòu)從事人力資源管理、市場營銷、會計等實務(wù)以及人力資源管理教學(xué)和科研等方面工作的具有良好職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的高級專門人才。This program prepares students for advanced positions of professional work, teaching and resear

2、ch in the fields of human resource management, marketing, and accounting in the departments of enterprises and companies, institutions, and government agencies by equipping them with the knowledge and abilities of management, economics, sociology and human resource management. 二、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格(基本要求) Learning

3、Oucomes本專業(yè)學(xué)生主要學(xué)習(xí)人力資源管理等工商管理方面的基本理論和基本知識,接受人力資源管理方法與技巧方面的基本訓(xùn)練,提高分析和解決人力資源管理問題的基本能力。畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾方面的知識和能力:1、掌握管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)和人力資源管理的基本理論、基本知識;2、掌握人力資源管理的定性、定量分析方法;3、具有較強的語言與文字表達、人際溝通、信息獲取以及分析和解決管理學(xué)實際問題的基本能力;4、熟悉我國有關(guān)勞動和社會保障、人力資源管理等方面的方針、政策和法規(guī);5、了解本學(xué)科的理論前沿和發(fā)展動態(tài);6、掌握文獻檢索、資料查詢的基本方法,具有一定的科學(xué)研究和實際工作能力。Students in this

4、program mainly learn basic theories and knowledge of human resource management, and receive training in the methods and skills of human resource management, including those of analyzing and resolving practical problems. Upon graduation, they are expected: 1) To have a good command of the basic theor

5、ies, knowledge, and skills of management, economics, management and human resource management; 2) To have mastered the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of human resource management; 3) To have strong abilities of verbal expression, interpersonal communication, information obtaining, and

6、 problem resolving; 4) To be familiar with state policies, laws and regulations related to labor, social security and human resource management; 5) To keep abreast of the latest developments in the specialized field of study;6) To be good at file retrieval, and have the necessary skills of academic

14、,F(xiàn)irst Business and Investment,Management of SMEs,Strategic Management,Project Management,Practical Writing, Outline of Sociology, System of Civil Servant, Economic Law, Management Communication五、實踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié) Internship and Practical Training 實踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)包括認識實習(xí)、專業(yè)實習(xí)、生產(chǎn)實習(xí)、學(xué)年論文、暑期社會實踐、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)等。1、專業(yè)認識實習(xí):利用第二學(xué)期期

15、中考試后一周,組織學(xué)生到企業(yè)、事業(yè)等單位的人力資源管理部門進行專業(yè)了解實習(xí)。 2、專業(yè)實習(xí):包括人力資源管理基本技能訓(xùn)練、人力資源管理綜合實驗,在校內(nèi)人力資源管理實驗室內(nèi),完成人力資源管理全套模擬。分別安排在第二、第四、第五和第六學(xué)期末進行。3、生產(chǎn)實習(xí):組織學(xué)生到企業(yè)了解生產(chǎn)過程、工藝流程、管理流程等。安排在第六學(xué)期的暑期進行。4、學(xué)年論文:掌握論文的寫作方法,為撰寫畢業(yè)論文打下基礎(chǔ)。安排在第七學(xué)期。5、畢業(yè)實習(xí):學(xué)生自己聯(lián)系實習(xí)單位的,必須交接受單位的證明,安排在第八學(xué)期。6、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文):要求學(xué)生在老師指導(dǎo)下,獨立完成8000字以上與本專業(yè)相關(guān)的專業(yè)論文一篇。安排在第八學(xué)期。Main

16、 internship and practical training includes: Introductory Practice Experience, Professional Internship, Production Practice, Course Thesis, Social Practice in Summer, Graduation Project (Thesis). 1) Introductory Practice Experience: is offered in the week following the mid-term examination in the se

17、cond semester, aimed to equip students with an understanding of professional work by working in human resource management departments of companies, enterprises and institutions. 2) Professional Internship: is offered at the end of the second, the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth semester, respective

18、ly. Covering fundamental human resource management skills, comprehensive experiments in human resource management, it will be conducted in the human resource management laboratory on campus.3) Production Practice: is offered in the summer holiday following the sixth semester, aimed to equip students

19、 with an understanding of the production process, technical procedures, and management procedures.4) Course Thesis: is offered in the seventh semester, aimed at familiarizing students with the methods of academic writing so as to prepare for the graduation thesis.5) Graduation Fieldwork: is offered

20、in the eighth semester. Students who wish to do graduation fieldwork in the departments they have chosen for themselves must submit the permission note from the departments. 6) Graduation Project (Thesis): is offered in the eighth semester. Students are expected to complete an academic paper of over

21、 8,000 words in the specialized field of study, which should be the result of independent work under the guidance of thesis supervisor.六、修業(yè)年限: 四年 Length of Schooling: 4 years七、授予學(xué)位:管理學(xué)學(xué)士 Degree Conferred: Bachelors Degree of Management八、輔修專業(yè)說明 Minor Program經(jīng)濟管理類專業(yè)必修選修工作分析與職位設(shè)計、激勵與薪酬管理、勞動法與社會保障、招聘與錄用

22、、績效考核、培訓(xùn)、人力資源管理、組織行為學(xué)、勞動經(jīng)濟學(xué)等專業(yè)課程,學(xué)分累計30學(xué)分以上,可獲取本專業(yè)輔修專業(yè)證書。非經(jīng)濟管理類專業(yè)學(xué)生必須加選微觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、宏觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、管理學(xué)等經(jīng)濟管理類專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程。Students from other programs of economics and management, if they have completed the following courses and earned 30 or more credits, can be awarded the minor certificate of human resource management: :Job Design and Analysis, Management of Motivation and Compensation, Labor Law and Social Security, Recruiting and Employing, Performance Management, Human Training; Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviors, Labor Economics.
