1、船用吊車鋼絲繩技術(shù)協(xié)議 Technical agreement of Steel Wire Rope for Deck Crane協(xié)議編號(hào)（Agreement No.）: 采購方： Buyer: 供應(yīng)方： （下稱乙方）Supplier: 一、 通則General Principle本協(xié)議作為船用吊車鋼絲繩的通用訂貨技術(shù)協(xié)議，與訂貨圖共同作為鋼絲繩的訂貨依據(jù)；This Agreement is the General Technical Agreement of steel wire rope purchased for deck crane, it is jointly as the basi

2、s together with Order Drawing to supply the steel wire rope.二、 技術(shù)要求Technical requirement1、 鋼絲繩按GB 8918-2006的要求進(jìn)行制造和試驗(yàn)，同時(shí)滿足相應(yīng)船級(jí)社的要求，相應(yīng)船級(jí)社按訂貨合同執(zhí)行；The steel wire rope shall be manufactured & Tested according to the GB8918-2006, satisfied the requirement of relevant Class(the Class will be indicated

3、 in Contract).2、 鋼絲繩的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及基本參數(shù)見相關(guān)訂貨圖；The structure/formation of steel wire rope & basic parameter please refer to the relevant Order Drawing3、 索節(jié)、六角螺栓、六角螺母外形尺寸滿足CB654-84標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，其表面鍍鋅處理，六角螺栓調(diào)質(zhì)后的屈服強(qiáng)度不小于300MPa；Steel wire rope socket, profile size of hex bolt & nut shall be satisfied the requiremen

4、t of GB654-84, the surface is required to be galvanized , the yield strength of hex bolt is not less than 300MPa after quenched & tempered4、 鋼索索節(jié)成品由制造廠檢查部門驗(yàn)收，并出具合格證；鋼絲繩索節(jié)澆鑄后的拉力試驗(yàn)，按照ISO7595規(guī)定的要求執(zhí)行；The Steel wire rope socket shall be tested & inspected by the QA of maker, and to be issued the

The tensile test shall be carried out according to the ISO7595 after casting of the socket5、 重型套環(huán)的材質(zhì)為ZG270-500(GB/T11352-1989),表面應(yīng)光滑平整，不得有降低強(qiáng)度和顯著有損外觀的缺陷，其最大承載能力應(yīng)不低于鋼絲繩最小破斷拉力；The material of heavy thimbles is ZG270-500(GB/T11352-1989), the surface shall be smooth without an

6、y defect or visual problem to decrease the strength, the Max. bearing capacity shall not be less than the Min. breaking force of steel wire rope.6、 重型套環(huán)的試驗(yàn)方法和檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則按GB/T5974.2-2006規(guī)范要求執(zhí)行；套環(huán)上應(yīng)有永久性的、字跡清晰的材料和供貨方名稱（或商標(biāo)）的標(biāo)志，并位于醒目的位置上；The test method & inspection standard of the heavy thimble shall be c

The thimble shall have the eternal & clear label or name plate at conspicuous position.7、 鋁合金壓制接頭的材料、試驗(yàn)方法和檢驗(yàn)按GB/T6946-2008規(guī)范中的要求執(zhí)行；The material , test method & inspection of aluminum alloy press joint shall be carried out according to the GB/T6946-20088、 乙方

8、提供鋼絲繩組件滿足相應(yīng)訂貨圖的尺寸要求。其中長度必須滿足圖紙尺寸要求，允許偏差為0+0.5m；Wire rope assemblies supplied by the Supplier shall be satisfied the dimension requirement of Order Drawing, the length is allowed the tolerance within 0+0.5m9、 對(duì)于要求取船級(jí)社證書的鋼絲繩，應(yīng)在鋼索索節(jié)或重型套環(huán)上敲相應(yīng)船級(jí)社的船檢鋼印，鋼印須位于醒目的位置上；If required by the Class, the Class Stamp

9、 shall be punched at the conspicuous position on the socket & thimble of steel wire rope10、 提供的相關(guān)資料中應(yīng)包含鋼絲繩防自轉(zhuǎn)的說明。To be provided relevant documents, which shall include the instruction to prevent anti-rotation.三、 供貨數(shù)量 Supply Quantity鋼絲繩的數(shù)量根據(jù)商務(wù)合同而定The quantity shall be based on the contract.四、提供的資

10、料 Documents、各項(xiàng)證書、試驗(yàn)報(bào)告、材質(zhì)報(bào)告各三份（一正二副） Three copies of the certificate, test report, milling sheet( One original + Two duplicate) 、需提供證書的情況 To be provided the relevant certificate入級(jí)Class CCSBVDNVLRGLABSNKKRRINARequirement××:表示提供相應(yīng)船級(jí)社產(chǎn)品證書。To be supplied the relevant class certificate×：表示不

11、需要提供船級(jí)社證書，但需要提供ILOFORM 4 格式的試驗(yàn)證書。 Not required the class certificate, but to be supplied the test certificate with ILO FORM 4、鋼絲繩使用維護(hù)手冊兩套 To be provided 2 copies of Maintenance Instruction Manual of steel wire rope 五、 其它要求 Other requirement1). 質(zhì)保：質(zhì)保期至船廠交船日起12個(gè)月后，質(zhì)保期內(nèi)鋼絲繩出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，由乙方負(fù)責(zé)處理。Warranty perio

12、d: 12 months after the delivery of vessel.2). 包裝：每根鋼絲繩涂好潤滑脂后纏繞在結(jié)實(shí)的木制卷筒上，索節(jié)端在內(nèi)，捆扎端在外；外用塑料膜包好，防止灰塵及雨水進(jìn)入；在卷筒醒目位置上應(yīng)有明確的標(biāo)記及銘牌，標(biāo)記或銘牌要求包含產(chǎn)品使用的工號(hào)、名稱、圖號(hào)及鋼絲繩長度等內(nèi)容。Package: each steel wire rope will be winded on the wooden reel after applied the grease, the section shall be kept inside of reel, the seizing end

13、 shall be kept outside. To be protected the steel reel with the plastic film to prevent the dust or rain to enter into. Clear label or name plate shall be located at conspicuous position on the steel wire reel, the label or name plate shall include the work no. name, drawing no & length of steel

14、 wire rope, etc.3). 標(biāo)注：所有文件及銘牌使用中英文。Remark: all the document & name plate shall be in Chinese/English 4） 鋼絲繩使用維護(hù)手冊應(yīng)至少包括以下內(nèi)容：鋼絲繩的正確使用方法、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方法及報(bào)廢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Maintenance Instruction Manual shall include: correct usage ways, maintenance method & scrapping standard.5） 此技術(shù)協(xié)議是商務(wù)合同的重要組成部分，商務(wù)合同簽定生效后此技術(shù)協(xié)議即生效，

15、與商務(wù)合同具有同等法律效力。This agreement shall be integrate part of contract, it will become effective after the signature of contract. 6）. 本協(xié)議包含的所有技術(shù)參數(shù)和技術(shù)信息包括訂貨圖紙為購買方的產(chǎn)權(quán)，未經(jīng)許可不得用于其他用途或向第三方泄露。 All the technical parameter/information of this agreement + order drawing shall be kept as the property of buyer, it can be used for other purpose or disclosed to any third party without prior consent of buyer. 7) 其它未盡事宜，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商后確定。Other matters will be decided through the fri
