3、scription for L2000 shadowless operation lamps including the following models:3-reflectors（L2000-3-）, 6-reflectors（L2000-6-）and 36 reflectors integrated lamp（L2000-6+3-）.For better use of our product, you are suggested to read this USERMANUAL carefully before operation. This manual comprises OPERATI

4、ON MANUAL AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.2. Application scopeThis product is mainly suitable for illuminating purpose in emergency room and operation room of medical unit.3. Structural features For stationary type, this L2000 shadowless operation lamp consists of rotation mechanism, balancer and lamp b

5、ody, there are 3-reflectors（L2000-3-）, 6-reflectors(L2000-6-) and 36 reflectors integrated lamp（L2000-6+3-）for your option; While for movable type, it is made up of lamp body, upright post (including balancer, upper/lower post) and bottom base.4. Installation and debugging 3-reflectors（movable type）

6、(see installation diagram for details)（1）Installation for bottom base and upright post 1) Pull out the outgoing wires(4) of bottom base from the lower post；2) Connect the outgoing wires（1）with the outgoing wires（2）of base（plug-in unit）3) Insert the lower post into base and use screw (3) to fix；4) Co

7、nnect the outgoing wires (4) of base with the outgoing wires (5) of balancer；（Plug-in unit）5) Insert the upper post into lower post and fix them with screw (6).（2）Installation for lamp body 1) Connect the outgoing wires(7) of lamp bracket with the outgoing wires (8) of cross arm（plug-in unit）2) Inse

8、rt the lamp bracket into cross arm and screw down set-screw (9).3) Screw off the black decorative covers at the two sides to fit on the level handle and fix it with screw（10）, then screw down the former decorative covers.4) Fit on the dimming handle next.（3）Debugging 1) The damping force that the la

9、mp moves up and down can be adjusted through the damping adjusting screw on balancer.2) The damping force that the lamp body rotates around the lamp bracket can be adjusted through locking knob.3-reflectors, 6-reflectors and 36 reflectors integrated lamp（stationary type）（1）. Installation requirement

10、s <1> Installation base1) Prepare for a proper installation base as the dimension indicated in installation diagram.2) Where the installation base is required to contain the loading 500Kg above.3、he height of ceiling of operation room is required to be at the range of 2.953.05m, if the height

11、is over 3.1m, a extension rack is required to be equipped, besides, a enough rigidity of extension rack is necessary to prevent the lamp body from swaying（you may order this extension rack to our company）<2> Electric installation requirements 1) The sectional area of wire(incoming line）is requ

12、ired to be not less than 1.5 mm²；2) The protective ground wire must be connected stably without any loosening, while the bolt used for the connection of internal protective grounding must be screwed down completely in case any loosening emerges；3) The protective grounding point should be kept f

13、ree without any mechanical connection, or used to fix any part unrelated to protective grounding；4) The connection of protective grounding wire must be completed prior to the power connection, and only after power off, the grounding wire is allowable to be cut off.5）If the power supply is selected a

14、s220V±10%, 50±1Hz, the fuse FU1,2 of main lamp and the fuse FU3,4 of supplementary lamp is recommended to use 4A and 2A respectively；While the power supply is selected as110V±5%,60±1Hz, it is recommended to choose 7A fuse for FU1、2 of main lamp and 4A fuse for FU3,4 of supplement

15、ary lamp（as shown in circuit diagram）（2）. Installation for rotating mechanism 1) Use the adjusting nut to level up the locating plate (1) after mounted onto installation base2) Use M12 bolts and nuts to fix the rotating mechanism and locating plate together, and level up the beam of rotating mechani

16、sm again（level gauge is recommended）to assure that the shadow lamp under normal operation, then screw down 4 M12 nuts.3) Connect the outgoing wires (1) of rotating mechanism with external power wires.4) Connect the outgoing wires of fuse with the fuse on outer housing as identified letters)（3）. Inst

17、allation for balancer 1) Connect the straight-pipe outgoing wires（3）of balancer with the outgoing wire at the end of arm of rotating mechanism（Plug-in unit）2) Insert the straight-pipe into the end of cross arm and use screw (5) to fix.（4）.Installation for lamp body 1) Remove the plastic cover and ta

18、ping screws on lamp bracket to pull out the outgoing wires（9）.2) Put the outgoing wires (8) at the end of balancer through the axle hole of lamp bracket, then put the lamp bracket into the end axle of balancer, and use screw (10) to fix.3) Connect the outgoing wires (8) with (9), and reinstall the p

19、lastic cover(6), then user taping screws (7) to fix.4) Fit on the lever handle onto 6-reflectors lamp head and use screw (11) to fix.5) Screw off the black decorative covers at the two sides of 3-reflectors lamp head and fit on the lever handle, then use screw (11) to fix, and last, screw down the d

20、ecorative covers. 6) Fit on the dimming handle and lock it after align the handle button.（5）.Debugging 1. Regulating method for balance force Where the lamp head is failed to move or push easily, it is recommended to remove the semicircle scutcheon on balancer and use special spanner to wrench the h

21、exagonal axis inside till up to proper balance force, then reinstall the semicircle scutcheon（it has been calibrated before leave factory）.2. Regulating method for rotating force 1）The rotating force that the lamp head rotates around balancer can be adjusted through the damper on balancer.2）The rota

22、ting force that the lamp head rotates around cross arm can be adjusted through the damper on cross arm.3）The rotating force that the lamp head rotates around the lamp bracket can be adjusted through the left/right black decorative covers, rotate clockwise can increase the force, conversely, it will

23、be reduced.5. Operation and use 1) Before operation, switch on the power and turn on the switch, then regulate the lamp position as well as focal point of light spot. After operation, pull out the plug and cut off power；2) The long lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around the rotating mec

24、hanism, balancer or cross arm, and when the lamp body moves up and down. During rotation, keep the lamp body away from collision.3）The short lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around lamp bracket.4) The dimming handle is used to regulate the focusing of light spot only, forbidden to be use

25、d to rotate lamp holder.5) The adjusting knob is used to regulate the light intensity only.6.Care and maintenance1) Before replace the bulb or fuse, do not forget cutting off the power. When replace the bulb, use screwdriver to screw off the 3 SS bolts panel and only after the bulb is confirmed to b

26、e cool down, it is allowable to replace.2) Check each screw frequently to see if they are under good condition, if any abnormal, screw down it immediately（quarterly）.3) When the lamp head is not at the very position, you are suggested to adjust the damper and balance force to guarantee normal operat

27、ion.4) Clean the surface of lamp faceplate with glass cleaner.5) Before operation, it is recommended to use 75% alcoholic solution to clean the dimming handle to assure the cleanness which is required to comply with“GB15982-1995 Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals”. In addition, if want

28、to remove the dimming handle, just press handle button.6) After operation, use one soft cloth to clean the operation table.7. Matters need attention 1) Only the installation base where can contain 500kg loading is acceptable to install this operation lamp in case the operation lamp falls down.2) Che

29、ck the shadowless lamp regularly to see if it is under normal condition, specially for each joint, in case cause drop due to the loosening of screws3) When connect the wires of lamp, it is strongly recommended to connect the power wires as the signs indicated on labels in case cause damage.4) Before

30、 power link, use one screwdriver to turn the power option switch to local voltage and select one proper fuse.（4A fuse for main lamp and 2A fuse for supplementary lamp under 220V±10%, 50±1Hz; 7A FU1、2 for main lamp and 4 A for the FU3,4 of supplementary lamp under110V±5%、60±1Hz, a

31、s shown in circuit diagram）5) After operation, cut off the general power in case burn down the transformer due to long term under power-on mode.6) Before replace bulb or fuse, cut off power supply, specially for bulb, the replacement can be carried on only after confirmed to be cool down in case cau

32、se scalding.7) Forbidden to use dimming handle to move or rotate the lamp holder.8) Only the professional person is allowable to maintain this operation lamp（except the items shown in “Care and maintenance”）, otherwise, our company will be free from any responsibility for any damage caused by wrong

33、operation.9) When replace the light fitting(such as bulb and fuse and stuff）, it is strongly recommended to use the same model or spec, for more information, you may contact out after service department.10) The warranty period for this shadowless lamp is ONE year since the purchasing date indicated

34、on invoice, so hereby please fill in the return receipt and post to our company together with the copy of invoice to acquire warranty service.11) The flash of lamp due to voltage drop or short-time power-off is normal.12) The guarantee period for safety performance is 10 years, you are required to r
