1、教學(xué)質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)論文：高校教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)【中文摘要】教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)是立足我校管理工作的實(shí)際,采用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念和開發(fā)技術(shù)建立的一套涉及評(píng)教工作各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),面向全校教師和學(xué)生的綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)有效解決了測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)據(jù)采集工作量大、資源浪費(fèi)、統(tǒng)計(jì)工作繁瑣、測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果反饋不及時(shí)等一系列現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)測(cè)評(píng)管理工作全過程的管理,從而提高整個(gè)測(cè)評(píng)工作的科學(xué)性和高效性。本文采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?以統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言為分析設(shè)計(jì)工具,對(duì)測(cè)評(píng)管理過程中的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)及用戶的特點(diǎn),形式上采用B/S和C/S兩種架構(gòu)模式,功能上采用多層次的軟件功能架構(gòu),技術(shù)上基于MVC基礎(chǔ)的

2、Structs+Spring框架和UIMS用戶界面管理系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),以Java為編程語(yǔ)言,利用XML配置以及DAO、Hibemate等相關(guān)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)評(píng)管理過程中的系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)信息管理、網(wǎng)上評(píng)教、評(píng)教數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析、評(píng)教結(jié)果查詢等功能。通過查詢接口為全校教師和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供不同權(quán)限的查詢服務(wù),系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部提供完整的業(yè)務(wù)處理操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)系統(tǒng)外部多個(gè)部門提供數(shù)據(jù)信息共享。本文從以下三個(gè)方面具體描述開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)解決的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題：第一、分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出系統(tǒng)需要解決的主要問題；通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體需求和分析,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了細(xì)化,劃分為系統(tǒng)管理、評(píng)教管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析、評(píng)教查詢幾

3、個(gè)管理階段,對(duì)每一階段通過用例圖等UML統(tǒng)一過程化方法進(jìn)行描述。第二、在系統(tǒng)技術(shù)上采用了基于J2EE的多層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。在功能設(shè)計(jì)上采用流程圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能做了直觀的描述。然后從系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等方面詳細(xì)描述系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),得到了系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)類和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型。第三、在具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)中,采用多個(gè)截圖描述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),并對(duì)采用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了描述。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理員輸入或?qū)朐u(píng)教所需的信息：班級(jí)信息、教師信息和班級(jí)課程表等信息,制定評(píng)教規(guī)則、對(duì)學(xué)生和教師的權(quán)限進(jìn)行管理,控制評(píng)教過程,統(tǒng)計(jì)評(píng)教數(shù)據(jù)、查看評(píng)教結(jié)果；Web端實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生、專家等進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上評(píng)教,教師、校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等查看評(píng)教結(jié)果,為我

4、校教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高提供了參考,為校人事處、教務(wù)處和各二級(jí)學(xué)院提供了準(zhǔn)確詳盡的數(shù)據(jù),提高了學(xué)校和各二級(jí)學(xué)院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層在教師年度考核、職稱評(píng)定等方面的決策力。目前該系統(tǒng)已在我校運(yùn)行,并取得了較好的效果,提高了學(xué)校教學(xué)督導(dǎo)室、人事處、教務(wù)處及各二級(jí)學(xué)院的工作效率,并增強(qiáng)了學(xué)校人事處對(duì)教師考核的客觀性?！居⑽恼縏eaching quality evaluation system forUniversity teachers is a Synthesis management system developed by using advanced design methods and technolo

The system adopts object-oriented idea on the teaching quality evaluationmanagement business of requirements acquisition, requirement is analysis and system design. For the user and systemcharacteri

8、stics, the System implements many function modules in the Process of teaching quality evaluation management, for example, system foundation information management, teaching quality evaluation management online, data statistics and analysis, Results inquires, Using both B/S and C/S architecture model

9、 in form, using multi-level software functional framework in function, based on the MVC-based technical Struets+Spring framework and UIMS user interface management system framework in technique. The system uses java as the programming language and uses XML configuration and Dao, Hibernate relatedtec

10、hnologies. In the area of security, the system adopts rolemanagement based on authority management to enhance system security. Through the external interface to Provide different permissions query service for the entire school teachers and leadership, and the system of internal business processes to

11、 provide a complete interface to operate or query data, the system achieve internal and external data on the system of information sharing.Several key questions of the system in the developing are described specifically from the following three aspects in this article:First, teaching evaluation syst

12、em development present situation of the domestic and foreign is Analyzed and the main problems needed to solve systemsummarized in this article. Based on the overall demand and analysis for system, business process of this system wasrefined to System foundation information management, teaching quali

13、ty evaluation management online, data statistics and analysis, Results inquires. Each stage are described through the use case diagram of UML unified process methods.Second, based on the J2EE multilayer architecture is designed in system technology. A main function of the system is intuitivelydecryp

14、ted through flow chart on the function of the design. Then detailed design of the system is described from the designs of dynamic and static, of class structure, of database. We obtainthe design class and database model in the system.Third, in specific realization, many screenshots is adopted to des

15、cribe for the realization of the system, and the key technologies are described. Teaching assessment required information toinputted or imported by the administrator is mainly realized in the system, for example, information of class, of teachers, of class schedule and other information. Teaching ev

16、aluation rules is formulated, permissions of students and teachers are managed, teaching evaluation process is controlled, data of teaching evaluation is satisfied, and the teaching assessment results are viewed; teaching assessment online is realized by students sand experts in Web end. Teachers an

17、d leaders of school can view results of teaching evaluation. Reference is provided for the improvement of teaching quality of our school teachers. Accurate detailed data is provided for school personnel, academic and departments. Decision made leadership of the school and the departments is improved
