、ilk.

2010高考新題型講的是“體育教育”的問題,第一段的首句便是本文的中心大意, “Phys ed(physical education) is making acomeback as a part of the schoolcore curriculum,but with a difference?!

In the new P.E. program, childrenlearn to liftweights, balance their diets and build physical enduran

、cerather than _. Instead of learning how to climb arope, children are taught to liftweights, balance their diets and buildphysical endurance。 文中用了 “instead of”,而問題中用了“rather than”,我們還要注意一個細(xì)節(jié)問題,“instead of”后跟動名詞,而“rather than”在這里要用動詞原形。 In t

、he new P.E. program, children learn to liftweights, balancetheir diets and build physical endurance rather than (learn how to )climb a rope。由于前后謂語一致,可省略“l(fā)earn how to”。 As for P.E., someschool boards either _。同樣,我們很快就找到了相關(guān)信息,because school boards often "put P.E.on the chopping block, cuttin

、g itentirely or decreasing its teachers orthe days it is offered,"對語法敏感的考生馬上能看出 “either”與 “or”的關(guān)系,對于體育教育,一些學(xué)校采取什么做法呢,要么 “cutting it entirely”,索性取消,要么 “decreasing itsteachers or the days it is offered”,減少教師或減少課時。 As for P.E.,some school boards either cut it(P.E。) entirely or de

、crease its (the)teachers or the days it is offered。 第 83題 ,What are the twoproblemswith simply teaching groupsports? Another problem with simply teaching group sports in gym class is thatonly a t

、iny percentage of studentscontinue playing them after graduating from high school。對語義敏感的同學(xué)馬上就會從 “Another problem”想到,前文肯定寫到了一個問題,我們會找到“The researchers also foundthat teaching sports like football resulted in less overallmovement, partly because reluctant students wereable to sit on the bench?!
