14、人員、作業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人員、作業(yè)監(jiān)護(hù)人員和作業(yè)的安全對(duì)策；Make sure the location, contents, methods, workers, person in charge, watchman and safety strategy for confined space.b.有限空間內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖（包括設(shè)備、管路、電器線路等分布）；Illustration drawings for inside structure of confined space (including the arrangement of Equipments, pipelines, cable lines

19、ispose of rust目前我公司主要采用氣動(dòng)砂輪機(jī)手工除銹和噴砂除銹兩種方式。Our firm mainly use pneumatic grinders and shot-blast to remove the rust at present. A. 氣動(dòng)砂輪機(jī)手工除銹Pneumatic grinders a.氣動(dòng)砂輪機(jī)的性能要求：Requirements for the performances of pneumatic grinders:i.砂輪孔與主軸或軸套之間應(yīng)留有最大不能超過(guò) 1mm 的間隙，不允許緊配合；Intervals between holes of grind wh

20、eel and the principal axis should not exceed 1mm, and also should not too tight.ii.裝夾砂輪的兩個(gè)法蘭盤(pán)，其壓蓋的直徑必須相同，并不小于砂輪直徑的三分之一，與砂輪接觸面上應(yīng)襯墊 0.51mm 厚的彈性墊片，其直徑應(yīng)大于法蘭盤(pán)直徑 1mm 以上。Cover diameters of the two flange-chucks that contain wheels must be the same and should not smaller than 1/3 of the grind-wheels diamete

And should have elastic gasket of 0.51mm in the place that contact with grind wheel, which diameter should 1mm more than flange parts. iii. 直徑 60mm 以上的砂輪均需安裝防護(hù)罩殼，防護(hù)罩殼的露角不應(yīng)大于 150；All grinders with its diameter longer than 60mm should be fixed with protection covers, and its angle should not exceed

24、make sure there are no bounce, no dangerous factors before using.iii. 操作時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制砂輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速，不準(zhǔn)超越砂輪允許的線速度；Control the speed of the wheel strictly when in operation, should not exceed the allowed speed.iv. 嚴(yán)禁操作者拆卸消音器和調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)速的調(diào)節(jié)閥，任何人不準(zhǔn)站在砂輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的切線方向；Forbid to dismantle the muffle and adjust the speed privately, also

25、 the direction of tangent should have no person. v.砂輪機(jī)工作時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁用砂輪碰撞工件或用敲打方式來(lái)增加磨削力。When the grinder is working, forbid to increase the cutting or grinding force by colliding with the work piece or beat.c.打磨作業(yè)周?chē)?5m 內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁放置易燃易爆物品，在艙內(nèi)作業(yè)應(yīng)避免與其他工作同時(shí)進(jìn)行；Five meters nearby the grinding area, forbid to put fire g

26、oods and explosive substances. When working in cabins, should avoid work with other operations at the same time.d.氣動(dòng)砂輪機(jī)若運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停止工作，進(jìn)行檢查維修；If pneumatic grinder operate abnormally, should stoup using and to repair. e.工作結(jié)束后，必須先關(guān)閥門(mén)和氣源閥門(mén)，然后拆卸風(fēng)管和工具。Firstly should shut the gas supply valve, then disman

27、tle ventilation pipes and tools after completing work. B. 噴砂除銹 Shot-blasting rust disposala.噴砂作業(yè)應(yīng)設(shè)置在單獨(dú)密閉的廠房?jī)?nèi)，若在露天敞開(kāi)噴砂，則應(yīng)選擇工廠空曠場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行，并采取臨時(shí)性圍欄；Shot-blast operation should in separate confined workshop, if in outside, should choose clear worksites and set temporary rails.b.專(zhuān)用噴砂房的墻壁和頂棚面應(yīng)襯軟性保護(hù)層，地面應(yīng)設(shè)置防滑裝置房

28、間內(nèi)的照明應(yīng)滿足噴砂作業(yè)的能見(jiàn)度要求，并符合 GB 50034-1992 工業(yè)企業(yè)照明設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求；Specific shot-blasting walls and roofs should be protected by soft materials, and the ground should be set with illumination devices against slip in line with the requirements of the standard of industrial enterprises illumination design.c. 噴砂房兼作涂漆作

30、g workshop.d.噴砂應(yīng)選用耐磨壓膠管，并應(yīng)做到下列要求：Shot-blasting should choose durable hoses and comply with the following requirements.i.膠管要求足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，一般不應(yīng)小于其工作壓力的 3 倍；Hoses must have enough intensity, usually should not smaller than three times of its working pressure.ii.每次開(kāi)工前必須對(duì)噴砂管進(jìn)行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)有老化和機(jī)械損傷的膠管應(yīng)及時(shí)予以更換；Check the

31、 shot-blasting hoses before working every time, if there are any phenomenons of aging and mechanical damages, should change them.iii. 在噴砂作業(yè)時(shí)，膠管應(yīng)盡可能擺直，嚴(yán)禁激烈彎曲，工作完畢應(yīng)將膠管松弛卷放，置于干燥場(chǎng)所；Hoses should be put straight as possible as we can when working, forbid to bend the hoses. When complete work, should loose

32、 and roll up the hoses putting in dry place.iv. 冬季施工，若膠管內(nèi)有水結(jié)冰，不得用火烤和灼熱物體燙，應(yīng)放在溫暖場(chǎng)所自行解凍；If water inside hoses ice over in winter, should not use fire or scorching substances to warm the hoses, should put them in warm place to thaw them automatically. v.嚴(yán)禁將膠管放在尖銳金屬部位上拖拉或重物擠壓。Forbid to put the hoses on

33、sharp parts of metal or press them by heavy objects.e.噴砂膠管的連接必須采用外接可拆式接頭，接頭必須連接可靠，無(wú)泄露且不影響膠管拉成直線；Joints of shot-blasting hoses must use outer removable tie-in, and the tie-in must be fastened firmly without leaking and affecting the hoses to be put in straight line.f.噴槍的噴嘴宜采用高強(qiáng)度耐磨材料制成，外層可用銅或鋼進(jìn)行包覆，以免作

34、業(yè)時(shí)噴嘴破裂傷人；Nozzle of the torch should be made of durable materials, can be covered by copper or steel outside to avoid hurting people in case of burst of nozzle.g.噴槍上應(yīng)設(shè)有與艙室外保持聯(lián)系的聲光信號(hào)；The torch should have sound signals to communicate with outside.h.噴砂房應(yīng)有良好的通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)，其含塵量應(yīng)限制在 500 mg/m3 以下，含塵氣體經(jīng)除塵器凈化后排入大氣，

36、ied gases by dust catcher should lower than 150 mg/m3. i.特涂噴砂應(yīng)在滿足安全和質(zhì)量的情況下，盡可能地加強(qiáng)機(jī)械通風(fēng)除塵，最大限度的降低艙內(nèi)的粉塵濃度；Special shot-blasting should meet safety and quality standards, besides that, should enforce mechanical ventilation to reduce the concentration of the dust in cabins. j.噴砂磨料必須是結(jié)合型的低矽砂或無(wú)矽砂，嚴(yán)禁使用石英砂，使

37、用前噴砂磨料必須清理干凈；Materials of shot-blasting must be conjunct types containing low silicon or without silicon, using quartzose sand is not allowed. The grinding materials for shot-blasting must be cleaned out before use.k.噴嘴與工作面之間的噴射角應(yīng)小于 90，在 7580之間為宜；The angle between nozzle and working surface should b

38、e below 90，and the best scope should be between 7580.l.作業(yè)人員應(yīng)輪換施工，連續(xù)作業(yè)時(shí)間一般不超過(guò) 2 h， 特涂噴砂作業(yè)以 1.5 h為宜；Operators should work in turn every two hours. And special shot-blasting should be one and a half hours appropriately.m. 噴槍若發(fā)生故障，嚴(yán)禁帶壓檢修，更不能將槍口隨意朝人或窺視槍口；If there are faults about shot-blasting torch, sho

39、uld not repair it when there is pressure, and also must not put the nozzle directly towards people or look into the nozzle. n.在噴砂作業(yè)進(jìn)行中，艙室內(nèi)禁止任何人進(jìn)入，如必須進(jìn)入，應(yīng)通知停止噴砂；When working forbid any people to enter the workshop, if must, should notify to stop shot-blasting.o.噴砂作業(yè)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清理廢砂，禁止亂堆亂倒。Clean the waste

40、timely when complete shot-blasting, forbid to put rubbish disorderly. 2.涂漆作業(yè)涂漆作業(yè) Oil painting operationA. 涂料 lacquer a.涂料在施工前應(yīng)檢查是否符合產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；Inspect the lacquers whether meet the required standards or not.b.涂料的安全技術(shù)要求應(yīng)符合 GB 6514-1995 涂裝作業(yè)安全規(guī)程 涂漆工藝安全及其通風(fēng)凈化的要求；Safety techniques of lacquer should comply w

B. 涂漆作業(yè) Japanning operation a.涂裝作業(yè)區(qū)的安全要求：Safety rules for painting area:i.涂漆區(qū)相對(duì)應(yīng)的上層、甲板前后左右的毗鄰部位劃定為涂漆禁火區(qū)，這一區(qū)域嚴(yán)禁各種火花濺入以及進(jìn)行明火作業(yè)；The upper surface of the painting area and the abutting area of the deck should be regarded as no fire area, in which section, fire operation is not allowed.i

43、i.涂漆區(qū)內(nèi)所有電氣設(shè)備、照明設(shè)施，應(yīng)符合國(guó)家有關(guān)爆炸危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所電氣安全的規(guī)定，實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣整體防爆；All the electric equipments and illumination devices of the painting area should be set in line with electric safety rules of explosive dangerous location to prevent from explosion. iii. 涂漆區(qū)應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠數(shù)量的消防器材，并定期檢查，保證好用；Set enough fire-fighting apparatus in

44、painting area and check up periodically and ensure that they are useful.iv. 沾有涂料或溶劑的棉紗、抹布等物應(yīng)放入帶蓋的金屬桶內(nèi)，并做到一天一清除，嚴(yán)禁亂拋；Cotton yarn and rags with lacquer or impregnant should be put into metal barrels with covers, and clean them out everyday, do not throw them everywhere.v.進(jìn)入作業(yè)區(qū)的人員，不得攜帶打火機(jī)、火柴等火種，不得從事有可能

45、引起機(jī)械火花和電火花的各種作業(yè)。People who enter the working area should not carry kindling, such as lighters, matches and so on. And should not carry out the work that can cause mechanical fire or electrical fire.b.涂漆設(shè)備及工具的安全要求：Safety rules for painting equipments and tools.i.噴漆設(shè)備只準(zhǔn)噴漆人員操作，其他人不得擅自亂動(dòng)；Painting equipm

46、ents should be operated by specific operator only, other people should not operate privately. ii.噴槍的噴嘴應(yīng)保持暢通，其扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)和安全閂性能應(yīng)可靠，不準(zhǔn)使用部件失效的噴槍?zhuān)籘he nozzle of shot-blasting torch should have no obstacles, performances of the trigger and safety valves should be reliable, do not use torches with ineffective par

48、he hoses.iv. 膠管使用前要進(jìn)行檢查，斷裂、泄露、劃破、膨脹和接頭損壞的應(yīng)立即更換，嚴(yán)禁使用膠帶粘貼膠管；Check the hose before use, if there are any cracks, spill, laceration, swell and damages of joints, should change it immediately, and forbid to use adhesive tape to stick the hose.v.噴漆操作時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)使膠管扭結(jié)，禁止用軟管拖拉設(shè)備，軟管的金屬接頭應(yīng)采取包扎措施，以避免軟管拖動(dòng)與鋼板摩擦產(chǎn)生火花。Do n
