4、ording to the design proposal roved in the course of bid of both sides, in charge of coordination work with e_hibition sponsor, and make sure the stage can be used normally during this e_hibition period.(Design proposal as an endi_ of this contract.)合同方必須細(xì)致的按照雙方同意的設(shè)計(jì)書的要求建造和搭建展臺(tái)，負(fù)責(zé)和展會(huì)贊助商的協(xié)調(diào)工作，確保展臺(tái)在展會(huì)

5、舉行期間正常使用。（合同附件請(qǐng)參見設(shè)計(jì)書。）The customer should pay the project fund on schedule according to the stipulations of this contract (TotalU.S.$), cooperate with contractor to launch the work and provide necessary information.(See detailed price as an endi_ of this contract.)客戶方應(yīng)按照合同規(guī)定如期支付項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用（總額為美金），配合合同方的工作并

6、提供相關(guān)信息。（合同附件請(qǐng)參見報(bào)價(jià)明細(xì)表。）Article 2條款2The amount of money of this project for contractor is U.S.$.項(xiàng)目的總費(fèi)用為美金The above-mentioned amount of money include all the artificial, material and mechanical fee needed by the contractor to put up the stage, but does not include any relevant e_penses and e_tra materi

7、al, e_tra mechanical equipment of the customer personnel, and some mechanical equipment lease not included in tation of prices.以上所述費(fèi)用包括搭建展臺(tái)所需的人工費(fèi)，材料費(fèi)和相關(guān)機(jī)器設(shè)備使用費(fèi)，但不包括相關(guān)的花費(fèi)和額外材料費(fèi)，客戶方工作人員的額外設(shè)備費(fèi)，及其他設(shè)備租賃費(fèi)。Article 3條款3Time limit for this project: From the day this contract signed to (Month) (Day), 20_.The

11、rs in the scene during the e_hibition, andwill arrange personnel on duty.1.款項(xiàng)支付分為兩部分。2.預(yù)付款：按條款2所列，客戶方在合同簽署的當(dāng)天支付全部款項(xiàng)的50作為預(yù)付款（美金）3.余款：按條款2所列，在展臺(tái)搭建完的第7天，即20_年月日，客戶方需支付剩余款項(xiàng)，即50的全部款項(xiàng)。4.合同方將負(fù)責(zé)在展會(huì)期間就展臺(tái)場(chǎng)景與客戶方配合，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安排相關(guān)工作人員。Article 6條款61.If the dispute takes place between the customer and the contractor, it

12、 will be resolved through consultation.While consultation doesnt work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.如客戶方和合同方之間發(fā)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方將進(jìn)行協(xié)商解決。如果無法協(xié)商，爭(zhēng)議將依照仲裁法解決。2.If the customer and the contractor dont e_ecute the obligation according to this contract, pay the amountof money, and the other

13、behavior to make the contract can not be continued, the customer or thecontractor should be responsible for breaking the contract, and pay forfeit.The forfeit money will not be more than the amount money of this project.如客戶方和合同方中有任何一方?jīng)]有執(zhí)行合同的義務(wù)，如客戶方未支付合同規(guī)定的全部款項(xiàng)，如任何一方的行為造成合同無法繼續(xù)，客戶方或合同方應(yīng)有責(zé)任中斷該合同，并支付違約金。違約金規(guī)定不超過該項(xiàng)目全
