1、合作框架協(xié)議Cooperation Framework Agreement甲方：西安旌旗電廣有限公司Party A: Xi'an Flag Electronic Co., Ltd.乙方：GLOBAL TORONICS FOR ELECTRONICS (EGYPT)Party B: GLOBAL TORONICS FOR ELECTRONICS (EGYPT)甲乙雙方本著互惠互利、資源共享、技術(shù)互補(bǔ)和共同發(fā)展的原則，經(jīng)雙方友好協(xié)商，就甲方向乙 方提供電力線我波模塊、抄及系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)電力線載波技術(shù)方案，達(dá)成合作意向，為明確雙方的權(quán) 利、義務(wù)特制訂本協(xié)議。Both parties, for p

Ways of cooperation1、甲方按照乙方需求設(shè)計(jì)提供符合要求的全套載波電表設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、調(diào)試技術(shù)方案，乙

5、方按照 方案生產(chǎn)整表。集中器、載波模塊、MCU芯片、軟件由甲方負(fù)責(zé)提供。1.
