倫理課程一體化教學(xué)模式：準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)_1

1、    倫理課程一體化教學(xué)模式準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)    (四)激勵制度的運(yùn)用新教學(xué)模式設(shè)計(jì)一套獎勵提問與論述的教學(xué)過程與評分機(jī)制，能夠提升學(xué)生知識分享的動機(jī)與誘因。在進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)時，每次上課都會以小組為單位進(jìn)行議題簡報、搶答加分、重要觀念抽問等活動，學(xué)生于分享或答題時，只要表現(xiàn)良好或答對者皆可以小組或個人為單位記點(diǎn)一次。研究者發(fā)現(xiàn)，學(xué)生很在意這樣的加分、競賽等激勵方式所帶來的成就感及提高平時分?jǐn)?shù)，因此上課中總會聚精會神聽課，對于學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度與學(xué)習(xí)成效具有正向的幫助。參考文獻(xiàn)：1deroche, e. f., & williams, m. m. educati
