10、e requirements of design drawings, process documents and relevant standards and specifications.5.2、受壓件的標(biāo)記及移植、焊工鋼印標(biāo)記、無損檢測標(biāo)記應(yīng)按相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求在工件上標(biāo)出,對于不能打鋼印的零部件應(yīng)記錄在相應(yīng)文件中。The labeling and transplantation of pressed parts, welders stamping marks and non-destructive testing marks shall be marked on the workpiece
11、according to the requirements of the corresponding standards, and the parts that cannot be stamped shall be recorded in the corresponding documents.5.3、檢驗和試驗的記錄、報告應(yīng)保存,以便審查和提供給用戶。Records and reports of inspections and tests shall be kept for review and supply to users.5.4、按要求設(shè)置必要的控制點。Set up necessary
12、 control points as required5.5、低溫液體儲罐設(shè)備的制造、檢驗和驗收應(yīng)接受監(jiān)察機構(gòu)的監(jiān)督檢驗。The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of cryogenic liquid storage tank equipment shall be subject to supervision and inspection by supervisory bodies. 6、材料檢查要求 Material inspection requirements6.1、材料的采購應(yīng)符合采購技術(shù)條件、設(shè)計圖樣和相應(yīng)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。Material
13、 purchasing shall conform to the technical requirements, design drawings, relevant specifications and standards for purchasing.6.2、材料入廠按采購要求進行檢驗與驗收、復(fù)驗。Inspection, acceptance and re-inspection of materials in accordance with procurement requirements6.3、用于低溫液體儲罐的材料應(yīng)有質(zhì)量證明書,證明書中材料化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、熱處理、狀態(tài)、無損檢驗等數(shù)
14、據(jù)應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,實物標(biāo)識與質(zhì)量證明書中標(biāo)識應(yīng)一致。The materials used for cryogenic liquid storage tanks shall have a certificate of quality. The data of chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment, state and non-destructive inspection of the materials in the certificate shall meet the requirements of the
15、corresponding standards. The physical identification shall be consistent with the identification in the quality certificate.6.4、材質(zhì)證明書應(yīng)為加蓋制造單位質(zhì)量檢驗章的原件,若材料從非材料制造單位取得時應(yīng)當(dāng)取得材料制造單位提供的質(zhì)量證明書原件或加蓋材料供應(yīng)單位檢驗公章和經(jīng)辦人章的復(fù)印件。質(zhì)量證明書內(nèi)容應(yīng)當(dāng)齊全、清晰、并且蓋有材料制造單位的檢驗章。Material certificate shall be the original of the quality inspe
16、ction seal of the manufacturing unit. If the material is obtained from the non-material manufacturing unit, the original of the quality certificate provided by the material manufacturing unit or the copy of the inspection seal and the operators seal of the material supplying unit shall be obtained.
17、The content of the quality certificate shall be complete, clear and stamped with the inspection stamp of the material manufacturing unit.6.5、受壓元件用材料未經(jīng)檢驗或檢驗不合格,不得使用。Materials used for compressed components shall not be used unless they are inspected or unqualified.6.6、受壓元件用材料應(yīng)當(dāng)在合格供方購買。Materials for p

19、相應(yīng)的資格證。Welders shall have appropriate qualification certificates.8、無損檢測檢查要求 Non-destructive testing requirements低溫液體儲罐設(shè)備的無損檢測的要求應(yīng)符合設(shè)計圖樣、焊接工藝和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。Non-destructive testing of cryogenic liquid storage tank equipment shall meet the requirements of design drawings, welding process and related standard
20、s.9、耐壓試驗 Withstand voltage test9.1、制造結(jié)束并經(jīng)綜合檢查合格,各項檢查均已完成。檢驗資料必須齊全、正確,簽章手續(xù)完備,方能按圖樣規(guī)定的試驗壓力進行耐壓試驗。Manufacturing is finished and passed by comprehensive inspection. All inspection has been completed. The test data must be complete and correct, and the signature procedures are complete, so that the press
21、ure test can be carried out according to the test pressure prescribed in the drawings.9.2、試驗時應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備兩塊量程相同,且在檢定有效期內(nèi)的壓力表,壓力表的量程應(yīng)為 1.53倍的試驗壓力,宜為試驗壓力的2倍,壓力表的精度不得低于1.6級,表盤直徑不得小于100mm。When testing, two pressure gauges with the same range should be prepared, and the range of the pressure gauge should be 1.5-3

24、l be implemented in accordance with the paint operation instructions.11、控制點說明 Control Point Description檢驗點(E點): 是指產(chǎn)品制造過程中的工序或質(zhì)量項目,由檢驗員進行檢查的控制點。Inspection Point (E Point): A control point for inspection by inspectors of processes or quality items in the manufacturing process of a product.停止點(H點):停止點是
25、指對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有重大影響的工序,在產(chǎn)品制造進行到該工序前應(yīng)通知檢驗員并經(jīng)檢驗合格簽字后方可進行下道工序。Stop point (H point): Stop point refers to the process that has a significant impact on the quality of the product. Before the product is manufactured to the process, the inspector should be notified and the next process can be carried out only afte
26、r the inspection has been qualified and signed.審閱點(R點):完成某項活動或過程,自檢合格后,由質(zhì)保體系有關(guān)人員通過查看文件和記錄進行確認(rèn)。Review Point (R Point): After completing an activity or process and passing the self-inspection, the relevant personnel of the QA system confirm it by checking documents and records.見證點(W點):見證點是指產(chǎn)品制造在規(guī)定的關(guān)鍵工
27、序施工前,制造廠應(yīng)提前通知用戶或第三方檢驗在約定的時間內(nèi)到現(xiàn)場進行見證和對其施工實施監(jiān)督。Witness Point (W Point): Witness Point refers to that the manufacturer shall notify the user or the third party to inspect the product in advance before the construction of the specified key process and to witness and supervise its construction within the
28、 agreed time.監(jiān)檢點(A點):監(jiān)檢機構(gòu)監(jiān)督檢驗點。在產(chǎn)品制造進行到該工序前監(jiān)檢機構(gòu)人員必須到場檢驗,并在提供的見證文件上簽字確認(rèn)后方可進行下道工序。Inspection Point (point A): Inspection Institutions supervise inspection points. The inspector must be present to inspect the product before it is manufactured and sign and confirm the testimony documents before proceedi
29、ng to the next process.監(jiān)檢點(B點):監(jiān)檢機構(gòu)監(jiān)督檢驗點。在產(chǎn)品制造進行到該工序前應(yīng)通知監(jiān)檢機構(gòu)人員到場檢驗,如不能到場監(jiān)檢,可在受檢企業(yè)自檢后,對受檢企業(yè)提供的相應(yīng)見證文件進行審查并簽字確認(rèn)。Inspection Point (Point B): Inspection Institutions supervise inspection points. The inspector should be notified to inspect the product before it is manufactured. If the inspector fails to i
