5、them to practical application. 舉例說明你怎樣獲得一種技能,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)踐。 我根據(jù)網(wǎng)上的面經(jīng)和自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)出了新版的寶潔八大問1)請舉一個你最自豪(最成功)的例子(這個問題會問那些個人經(jīng)歷特別豐富,自我介紹時說了一大堆自己成就的人,因?yàn)镠R記不住所有,所以她會看你自己認(rèn)為做得最好的事情。這個一般是第一個問題,而且最重要,因?yàn)槟闶紫纫_保你做的這個事情能打動HR,我認(rèn)為打動的指標(biāo)有兩個:獨(dú)一無二性【做一些別人沒有做過的事情,當(dāng)一百個人都說自己在學(xué)生會組織一個晚會的時候,你認(rèn)為HR還會有興趣聽下去么?尋找你自己特有的新穎的例子很重要】成就非凡性【既然是你最自豪的

6、,總該體現(xiàn)自己的能力和最后的成果吧,不要拿那種雞毛蒜皮的小事當(dāng)作自己的成就,不然會被HR鄙視的,成果一定要量化,不要說受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一致好評,用數(shù)字說話,滿意率達(dá)到多少,流失率降低多少,而且最好能拿出實(shí)體性的東西增加說服力,比如你當(dāng)時寫的報(bào)告或是設(shè)計(jì)的海報(bào),anyway,最好有證據(jù)?!咳绻氵@個問答得不好,后面就很難有戲了,因?yàn)镠R已經(jīng)網(wǎng)開一面讓你show yourself,結(jié)果你沒抓住機(jī)會,下面的問題會越來越不順手,因?yàn)樗赡軙椭愫懿幌牖卮鸬膯栴}深究下去。2)請舉一個你帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成一項(xiàng)任務(wù)的例子(這個問題是原來八大問中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的變形,也是寶潔最喜歡問的問題,命中率幾乎100%,寶潔是最強(qiáng)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)

7、力的公司之一,這個問題也很關(guān)鍵。我想很多人并不了解什么是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,所以即使準(zhǔn)備了也沒有達(dá)到寶潔的要求。下面是我對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理解,可能不一定正確,僅供參考。首先我想糾正一個非常錯誤的觀點(diǎn):領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是當(dāng)主席或部長。如果你是這種想法的話,那基本上你和外企的核心價值觀就很遠(yuǎn)了,你可能很優(yōu)秀,但是你不適合外企。首先領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力不分title,及時你是一個member,你也可以非常具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。我喜歡用一個比喻來形容領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就好比船長,首先你要有明確的方向感,你需要知道團(tuán)隊(duì)的vision是什么,你要有strong sense去判斷團(tuán)隊(duì)前進(jìn)的方向,并且將這個愿景清晰地表達(dá)出來,讓你的團(tuán)隊(duì)看到將來的blueprint;

8、其次,你要懂得合理分工,尊重每個人的潛能,給所有人明確的job description with key learning points and deadline.很多人都認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是分配任務(wù),其實(shí)告訴你的隊(duì)友做什么固然重要,但更重要的是告訴他們?yōu)槭裁匆@樣做,而且一定要stress the timeline,外企是強(qiáng)調(diào)高效的,一個項(xiàng)目拖拖拉拉和沒做沒有區(qū)別,告訴你的隊(duì)友在什么時間內(nèi)需要向你update the progress,需要完成任務(wù),這樣你才能保證每個“船員”都在合理的位置上perform;再者你需要懂得如何激勵你的團(tuán)隊(duì),激勵的方式我總結(jié)了有6種,這里就不詳細(xì)說了,每個人的性格不同,

9、作為船長的你要激勵船員,哪怕遇到再大的風(fēng)浪也要朝目標(biāo)前進(jìn);然后是對每個人給予績效考核和反饋,make sure if they are on the right track,及時糾正錯誤的方向,同時指導(dǎo)你的船員,真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是那種能夠培養(yǎng)別人也成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的人;最后是危機(jī)處理,你的船就要觸礁了,作為船長的你如何保持冷靜,指揮大家度過困難,如果真的船沉了,你需要對這個事件final responsible,一個真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是不會推卸責(zé)任的,你有這個義務(wù)去承擔(dān)最后的風(fēng)險??偨Y(jié)來看:目標(biāo)-分工-激勵-反饋-指導(dǎo)-負(fù)責(zé) 圍繞這6點(diǎn)(注意這是有邏輯順序的,最好不要顛倒順序)去挖掘,你就可以向HR講一個生動的關(guān)于

10、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的故事。3)你遇到最大的困難是什么? 你認(rèn)為困難的來源是什么?你怎么解決的?4)舉一個你在大壓力下同時完成多項(xiàng)任務(wù)的例子 (寶潔老八大問中優(yōu)先性排序例子的變形)5)舉一個你解決矛盾沖突的例子6)舉一個你團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的例子7)舉一個你創(chuàng)新的例子8)舉一個你說服別人的例子(CBD、CMK非常喜歡問的問題)寶潔公司招聘題號稱由高級人力資源專家設(shè)計(jì),無論您如實(shí)或編造回答, 都能反應(yīng)您某一方面的能力。核心部分的題如下:第一,請你舉1個具體的例子,說明你是如何設(shè)定1個目標(biāo)然后達(dá)到它Please provide concise examples that will help us better under
