Unit 5 What does he do? A Lets talk一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)(一)能力目標(biāo) 1.能夠在圖片和教師的幫助下理解對話大意。 2.能用正確的語音語調(diào)朗讀對話,并能表演本節(jié)課對話。 3.能在實(shí)際生活中運(yùn)用What does your father/mother do? Hes/ Shes a/ an并能創(chuàng)編對話。 4.能嘗試運(yùn)用Do you want to be.?Yes,I do./No,I want to be a/an.談?wù)撟约旱膲粝肼殬I(yè).(二)知識目標(biāo) 1.能聽說讀寫What does your father/mother do? Hes/ Shes a/ an等詢問對方父母職業(yè)。 2.能聽說認(rèn)讀Do you want to be.?Yes,I do./No,I want to be a/an.談?wù)撟约旱膲粝肼殬I(yè)。(三)情感策略目標(biāo)1.情感態(tài)度:教導(dǎo)學(xué)生無論父母從事什么職業(yè),都要尊敬和關(guān)愛父母,并要知道要為自己的夢想好好學(xué)習(xí),努力奮斗! 2.學(xué)習(xí)策略:讓學(xué)生有興趣運(yùn)用英語表達(dá),能積極參與課堂活動(dòng)。二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)1.重點(diǎn):能在實(shí)際生活中運(yùn)用本節(jié)課的句型What does your father/mother do? Hes/ Shes a/ an并能創(chuàng)編對話,實(shí)現(xiàn)“任務(wù)型”教學(xué)。2.難點(diǎn):能聽說認(rèn)讀Do you want to be.?Yes,I do./No,I want to be a/an.并利用句型談?wù)撟约旱膲粝肼殬I(yè)。三、教學(xué)過程 WarmupT: Boys and girls,before class lets watch a video.教師播放“family”公益廣告。T:Do you like it? I like it very much. It tells us that our parents are hard-working. They do many things for our family. I know many schools have Parents Day to thank parents contribution for the family. And today well learn a dialogue about what happens on Parents Day.(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:視頻引入進(jìn)行熱身,為學(xué)生營造輕松的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,引出ParentsDay話題。)Step1.Preparation 1. Lets do T: First, lets do together. I do the actions, and you say the words.教師幻燈片出示Lets do并表演。 2. Say the words as quickly as you can.T: Today is Parents Day. Many parents come to Sarahs school. What are their jobs? 教師幻燈片出示職業(yè)名詞的圖片,學(xué)生起立并快速說出單詞。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:歡快的Lets do 及快看快說環(huán)節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)了學(xué)生的關(guān)于職業(yè)的名詞,同時(shí)教師進(jìn)行表演增加了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。)3. Free talk. T: Weve seen so many jobs. Now I want to know something about your family. Whats your fathers/mothers job?師詢問兩名學(xué)生父母的職業(yè)T: Whats your fathers job? We also can say “What does your father/mother do?” (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師和學(xué)生就父母的職業(yè)進(jìn)行話題交流,初步感知句型。)Step2.Presentation (一)處理Lets try T: Today is Parents Day. There are so many parents coming to the school. How about Sarahs parents? Can they come? And what do they do? Open your books,turn to page 48.Lets try.教師播放兩篇Lets try 錄音 T: What a pity! Sarahs father cant come today. (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師承接Parents Day,聽Lets try 回答問題,引入課題。) (二)帶著問題視聽,學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)句型,熟悉掌握文本 1. 學(xué)習(xí)句型一What does your father do? Hes a/ an.,單詞businessman及He often goes to other countries. (1)T:Sarah has a good friend. Hes Oliver. Can Olivers parents come to the school today? What does Olivers father do? What does Olivers mother do? Now, lets watch together and try to find out the answer.課件出示教學(xué)問題:What does Olivers father do? 學(xué)生回答Hes a businessman.師領(lǐng)讀businessman,生跟讀,師再找4-6名學(xué)生展示閱讀。T: Do you know what does a businessman often do? Lets see together.教師課件展示地圖及businessman工作特點(diǎn)He often goes to other countries.師領(lǐng)讀,生跟讀.(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:出示教學(xué)問題,視聽對話,熟悉文本)(2)意義操練:T: There are other students fathers. What do they do? 課件展示不同職業(yè)T: Look at the first picture. What does he do? Can you guess?S1: Hes a doctor.師生、生生之間利用課件圖片進(jìn)行問答練習(xí)(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:在文本情境ParentsDay話題下師生、生生之間利用課件圖片進(jìn)行問答練習(xí),對句型進(jìn)行操練.) 2. 學(xué)習(xí)句型二What does your mother do? Shes a/ an.及單詞principal. (1)學(xué)習(xí)句型:課件繼續(xù)出示第二個(gè)問題T: What does Olivers mother do?Ss: Shes a head teacher.T: A head teacher is a principal.師領(lǐng)讀,生跟讀,師再找4-6名學(xué)生展示閱讀。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:出示教學(xué)問題,視聽對話,熟悉文本)(2)意義操練:T: There are other students mothers. What do they do? 課件展示不同職業(yè)T: What does she do?S1: Shes 進(jìn)行問答練習(xí)。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:在文本情境ParentsDay話題下師生、生生之間利用課件圖片進(jìn)行問答練習(xí),對句型進(jìn)行操練。)3. 學(xué)習(xí)句型Do you want to be a .?I want to be a .(1)T: Does Oliver want to be a head teacher?師播放文本動(dòng)畫,生找答案。(2)意義操練:T: Oliver wants to be a businessman. What do you want to be? Do you want to be a businessman?師生、生生練習(xí)S1: No. I want to be a teacher.師生、生生問答練習(xí) (3)情感滲透:T: There are so many different jobs. For example, farmer, cleaner, cook, dancer, driver, doctor, teacher, policeman, writer and so on. No matter what you want to be, please remember work hard, and try to realize your dream.教師自然的進(jìn)行情感滲透。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:再次試聽動(dòng)畫,挖掘問題,深入理解文本。通過Does Oliver want to be a head teacher? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)一步理解文本并進(jìn)行問答練習(xí),為下一步任務(wù)活動(dòng)做鋪墊。) (三)Lets sing進(jìn)行總結(jié)(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過朗朗上口的song,總結(jié)強(qiáng)化本課主要句型。) (四) listen and imitate. T:Its time for listening .Look at this dialogue ,listen and imitate ,pay attention to your pronunciation and intonation. (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過聽錄音糾正學(xué)生的發(fā)音,注意讓學(xué)生模仿錄音中的語音語調(diào),形成語感和語速。) (五) Read in roles T:Now with your partner ,one is Sarah ,one is Oliver ,read the dialogue again. (六)Act the dialogue T: Who wants to show? (設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過學(xué)生分角色朗讀,學(xué)生展示,為學(xué)生提供充分的“說”的機(jī)會(huì)。)Step3.Practice Pair work T:There are many jobs ,lets ask and answer . First ,listen.幻燈片出示文本動(dòng)畫進(jìn)行示范,學(xué)生進(jìn)行問答練習(xí)。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:利用課本上pair work 進(jìn)行主句型的意義操練,同時(shí)拓展其他的職業(yè)名詞。)Step4.Production(一)任務(wù)型教學(xué)活動(dòng)1. Make a family card T: Our head teacher wants to get more information about your family for next Parents Day. Now please finish your own family card.教師進(jìn)行自我示范,學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我信息填寫。2. Make a survey and reportT: Now please make a survey with your partners. And then do a report.幻燈片出示表格和參考語言,學(xué)生每組一張表格,就父母情況創(chuàng)編新對話對本組同學(xué)進(jìn)行張貼、采訪和匯報(bào)。(設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過此任務(wù)性活動(dòng)讓學(xué)生能在實(shí)際生活中運(yùn)用本節(jié)課的句型What does your father/mother do? Hes/ Shes a/ anDo you want to be a .?I want to be a .并能創(chuàng)編對話。) (二)情感升華 T: Our parents do so many things for us. I think on Parents Day we can do something. We can give them a kiss, a hug or a card. We also can wash clothes or wash feet for them. Please remember no matter what jobs your parents do, you must respect them and do not forget show our love to them.
