滬教版初二下Unit8語法：過去進行時講解及練習一、定義：過去進行時表示過去某一時刻正在進行的動作或兩個在某一相同時間點內(nèi)同時發(fā)生的動作或過去某一階段一直在進行的動作。二、結構：1、肯定：was/were +doing (現(xiàn)在分詞）2、否定：was/were not +doing (現(xiàn)在分詞）3、疑問：was/were+主語+ doing (現(xiàn)在分詞）三、用法1. 表示過去某一階段一直在進行的動作。常用的時間狀語this morning, the whole morning, all day yesterday, from nine to ten last evening等。（1）We were watching TV from seven to nine last night.昨天晚上七點到九點的時候我們在看電視。（2）What was he researching all day last Sunday?上周日他一整天都在研究什么？2. 表示在過去某個時間點發(fā)生的事情。時間點可以用介詞短語、副詞或從句來表示如when, while等（1）What was she doing at nine oclock yesterday?昨天晚上九點她在做什么？ （2）When I saw him he was decorating his room.當我看見他的時候他正在裝飾房間。3.在復合句中，如果主要動作和背景動作都是延續(xù)的或同時發(fā)生的，那么主從句的動詞都可用過去進行時。（1）While he was waiting for the bus, he was reading a newspaper.他邊等車邊看報。 (兩個動作都是延續(xù)的)（2）He was cleaning his car while I was cooking.他擦車時我在做飯。(兩個動作同時進行)四、過去進行時和一般過去時的區(qū)別1兩者都表示過去發(fā)生的動作，但過去進行時表示一個過去正在進行的動作，而一般過去時則表示一個過去已經(jīng)發(fā)生的動作。He went to Beijing the other day.（帶具體時間）He smoked a lot two years ago. （過去行為）When he was a boy , he would often go there . （敘述過去）What were you doing at 8:30 last night? (已讀完，表整個“讀”)五、when 和while的用法區(qū)別 1. when是at or during the time that, 既指時間點，也可指一段時間； while是during the time that，只指一段時間，因此when引導的時間狀語從句中的動詞可以是終止性動詞，也可以是延續(xù)性動詞，而while從句中的動詞必須是延續(xù)性動詞。 2. when 說明從句的動作和主句的動作可以是同時，也可以是先后發(fā)生；while 則強調(diào)主句的動作在從句動作的發(fā)生的過程中或主從句兩個動作同時發(fā)生。 3. 由when引導的時間狀語從句，主句用過去進行時，從句應用一般過去時；如果從句和主句的動作同時發(fā)生，兩句都用過去進行時的時候，多用while引導，如： （1）When the teacher came in, we were talking. 當此句改變主從句的位置時，則為： （2）While we were talking, the teacher came in. （3）They were singing while we were dancing.過去進行時練習題一、 選擇題。1.
