Give Ss six more minutes to try to remember the sentences.III. 探究學(xué)習(xí)there be句型 一、There be .句型表示的是“某處有(存在) 某人或某物”。1. 肯定句結(jié)構(gòu):There be (is,are)+名詞+地點(diǎn)狀語(yǔ)e.g. 在我的鉛筆盒里有兩塊橡皮。 _ _ two erasers in my pencil box. 在房子前有一棵大樹。 _ _ a tall tree in front of the house.2. 否定句結(jié)構(gòu):There isnt / arente.g. 大橋街上沒(méi)有銀行。 _ _ a bank on Bridge Street. 教室里沒(méi)有籃球。 _ _ any basketballs in the classroom. 3. 一般疑問(wèn)句結(jié)構(gòu):Is/ Are + 主語(yǔ) +? 肯定回答:Yes, there is/are. 否定回答:No, there isnt/arent. e.g. 這附近有餐館嗎? _ _ a restaurant near here? 教室里有學(xué)生嗎? _ _ any students in the classroom?二、There be 句型中的主謂一致原則There be句型中be動(dòng)詞的形式要和其后面的主語(yǔ)在人稱和數(shù)上保持一致。(1) 如果句子的主語(yǔ)是單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞或是不可數(shù)名詞, be動(dòng)詞用“is”。e.g. 緊挨著郵局有一個(gè)投幣電話。 _ _ a pay phone next to the post office.(2) 如果句子的主語(yǔ)是復(fù)數(shù)名詞,be動(dòng)詞用“are”。 e.g. 公園里很多樹。 _ _ many trees in the park. (3) 如果有兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上的名詞作主語(yǔ),be動(dòng)詞要和最靠近它的那個(gè)主語(yǔ)在數(shù)上保持一致,也就是我們常說(shuō)的“就近原則”。e.g. 在桌子上有一個(gè)桔子和幾根香蕉。 _ _ an orange and some bananas on the table. 在桌子上有幾根香蕉和一個(gè)桔子。 _ _ some bananas and an orange on the table.三、There be結(jié)構(gòu)與have的區(qū)別There be結(jié)構(gòu)表示“客觀存在”;have表示“主觀所有”。 e.g. 桌子上有一架模型飛機(jī)。 _ _ a model plane on the desk. 我有一架模型飛機(jī)。 _ _ a model plane. IV. Practice1. Work on 3a. Pay attention to the questions in the box. Ask students to read it out loud. 2. Look at the map and answer the questions.1) Where is the bank? _ Its between the hospital and the post office.2) Is there a restaurant on North Street? _ Yes, there is one across from the police station. 3) Wheres the pay phone? _ Its on North Street next to the police station.4) Wheres the post office? _ Its on New Street next to the bank.5) Is there a hospital near the pay phone? _ No, there isnt. Theres one on New Street. VPractice: Look at the map in 3a and write three sentences.VI. Guessing game: Ask the students to look at the picture in 1a on page 43. Then ask students to name all the buildings in the picture. Have the students work in pairs. One person chooses a building in the picture of 1a, but doesnt tell the other which building it is. The other asks questions like those in the activity 3c until he/she guesses which building it is. A: Where is the ? Is it ?B: Yes, it is.A: Is it ?B: Yes, it is.A: Is it between and ?
