臺風應急行動計劃Emergency Action Plan for Typhoon I. 信息報告 Weather Information一、 賓客服務中心負責監(jiān)看有關的天氣預報,如果臺風將會影響到本地,必須馬上通知康樂部經理跟進。Guest Service should focus on weather information every day; any information about typhoon which will influence hotel needs report to SPA manager.二、 康樂部經理,一旦接收到賓客服務中心提供的信息后應當采取的以下行動:打開相關的網(wǎng)址查看臺風路徑,如果天氣預報顯示臺風移動路徑將影響本地,康樂部經理要及時通知:總經理, 行政委員會及各部門負責人。After receiving the typhoon information, SPA manager should take following actions immediately: check the weather information from related weather website, if the information is true, SPA manager should report this to GM, Excoms and DHS immediately.II. 組織與指揮Organization and Command接到臺風預警后,立即成立以總經理為組長,行政助理經理、財務總監(jiān)、人力資源總監(jiān)、銷售總監(jiān)、餐飲總監(jiān)、工程總監(jiān)、保安經理、前廳經理、客房經理、行政總廚、市場傳訊經理、康體部經理為組員, “酒店防臺風應急領導小組”負責防臺風期間的領導和協(xié)調工作。各部門根據(jù)需要組成各自的應急小組,以便執(zhí)行各自部門的“防臺風應急計劃”。Hotel should found an “Emergency and Crisis Team” to take precautions against typhoon, and GM should be the team leader. III.各部門行動計劃Action Plan for Each Individual Department 前廳部 Front Office前廳部抗臺風責任人為:前廳部經理 Team Leader: Front Office Manager一、 賓客服務經理Guest Service Manager1) 在得知臺風預報時,前廳部將安排所有賓客服務經理當班After the information was confirmed, all Guest Service Manager should be on duty.2) 檢查各部門人員和設備狀況,確保前廳部工作能夠順暢運轉Check all the facilities and staff to make sure that front office can run smoothly.3) 檢查各部門防臺風預案準備與執(zhí)行情況,確保前廳部已經做好抗臺風準備.Check each section if they are ready for preventing typhoon to make sure that front office get ready.4) 通知酒店客人有關天氣預測情況(要嚴格按照總經理的指示)在酒店大堂設置告示牌,及時更新臺風最新情況。Update the weather information to guests under the command of GM, set notice board at lobby, and update the weather information time by time. 5) 根據(jù)臺風天氣風向的改變,應依照當時的住房率,制定好計劃來轉移酒店受臺風影響房間的客人。According to the newest weather information and occupancy, hotel should make an action plan to transfer hotel guest to reduce the influence.6) 根據(jù)臺風影響程度的大小,向酒店客人說明情況并提出建議。according to the size of the impact of the typhoon, Explain the situation and make recommendations to hotel guests7) 在臺風天氣影響期間,嚴格要求每位客人及員工都不能靠近窗戶及玻璃幕墻。如果風速超過每小時60-70英里(八級及八級以上的臺風),要確保所有人都不停留在大堂區(qū)域,以免被玻璃碎片劃傷。如果臺風影響的情況嚴重,所有人都必須暫時停留在與臺風實際風向相反的區(qū)域。During the typhoon weather, all of guest and employees are not allow to close to the window and glass curtain wall. If the typhoon in serious condition, all have to stay opposite area to wind direction. 8) 所有流動現(xiàn)金都必須保存在安全的地方,如前廳部保險箱,具體位置應由前廳部經理及財務總監(jiān)共同討論決定。all cash must be kept in a safe place, such as the front office safety box, It should be discuss place position by the front office manager and chief financial officer . 9) 賓客服務經理和賓客服務中心一起負責處理所有客人的要求與投訴。the guest service manager and guest service center is responsible for handling all guest requests and complaints.10) 掌握當時酒店客人住店情況。Know well all the information of guest11) 與賓客服務中心保持密切聯(lián)系,幫助客人解決問題。keep in close contact with the guest service center, solve problems for customers.12) 確保賓客服務經理的急救箱中有足夠的外用藥品。ensure guest sevices manager have the enough medicines in first aid box . 13) 在大堂為客人提供信息和指引服務,安撫客人。to provide information and guidance services to guests, reassure them in the lobby. 14) 維持大堂秩序。 maintaining the order of the lobby.15) 如發(fā)現(xiàn)房間出現(xiàn)滲漏時,協(xié)助管家部為客人換房。 If the room leakage , assist the housekeeping change room for guest.16) 當情況危急需要撤離時,組織前廳部員工與保安部和客房部密切合作,安全有序的撤離客人。when there is emergency evacuation, keep close cooperation which front office and the security department and the Department of rooms, evacuate customer safely and orderly. 17) 指導前廳部員工封存,轉移可能受災的酒店財產。Guide the front office staff to store, transfer property may affected. 18) 隨時觀察大堂狀態(tài)。 to observe the lobby state at any time.19) 發(fā)生突發(fā)情況應及隨時保持與管理層的密切聯(lián)系 Should be keep in close contact with the management when there is emergency .20) 在接到需要緊急撤離時,應從電腦中再次打印出住店客人名單,并分發(fā)給禮賓部,賓客服務中心,前臺及保安部。同時應攜帶前廳部當班人員名單If receiving instruction of emergency evacuation, must be print out all the namelist of guest , and distributed to the concierge, guest service center, reception and security department. should carry name list which on duty at the same time.檢查前臺Downtime報表打印情況。包括(Departure Report、Arrival Report、Guest in House by Name、Guest in House by Room、House Status By Room、Open Balance、Trace Report Message Report)Check the Downtime report print situation. Including (Departure Report, Arrival Report, Guest in House by Name, Guest in House by Room, House Status By Room, Open Balance, Trace Report Message Report)賓客服務中心GUEST SERVICE CENTER1)賓客服務中心在得知有臺風時,應及時通知前廳部經理 guest service center should report to the Front Office Manager promptly if there is typhoon forecast.1) 賓客服務中心應向客人提供及時準確的天氣狀況信息,安撫客人情緒 Guest service center should provide weather information to guest on time, so that pacify the guests 2) 賓客服務中心應隨時與各部門保持及時與密切的溝通,任何意外情況及時通相關部門,并向酒店管理層匯報Guest Services Center must be keep in close contact and communication with various departments, any accident must be inform relevant departments, and report to the management of the hotel.3) 當情況緊急需要通知客人撤離或轉移時,賓客服務中心必須通知到每一個住店客人。如有客房無人接聽,須做好記錄并及時通知管家部去房間查看When the situation is urgent need to inform the guest of evacuation or transfer, the guest service center must be notified to each guests. At this point, key of the baggage room is kept by concierge .6) 當需要撤離客人時,禮賓部員工應協(xié)助保安部和客房部撤離客人。 When emergency evacuate , the concierge should assist the Security and housekeeping department to evacuate guests.7) 當接到指示需要撤離時,應關閉設備。將本部門重要文件,票據(jù)及備用金存入保險箱。鑰匙及車輛鑰匙將由禮賓司保管。 When received instructions to evacuate, you should turn off the device. Important documents of the department, notes and petty cash stored in the safe.
