自動(dòng)控制方式為本系統(tǒng)計(jì)算機(jī) (IPC)和控制單元 (變頻器、接觸器等 )組成的一個(gè)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。 3)位置及定位精度檢測 本系統(tǒng)中自動(dòng)認(rèn)址和位置檢測采用了接近開關(guān)作為檢測元器件 , 通過光點(diǎn)隔離繼電器板和記數(shù)板對(duì)接近開關(guān)采集的信號(hào)進(jìn)行記數(shù)和運(yùn)算處理 , 采用最優(yōu)路徑尋址方式確定貨架的 當(dāng)前位置和貨架的目的位置。為了使系統(tǒng)定位更準(zhǔn)確 , 采用了 2 只光電開關(guān) , 分別檢測 2 個(gè)貨架的 2 只檢測片。 1.2.刀庫的功能 刀庫的作用是儲(chǔ)備一定數(shù)量的刀具,機(jī)械手實(shí)現(xiàn)主軸上刀具的互換 zsa 刀具的類型有盤式刀庫、鏈?zhǔn)降稁斓榷喾N形式,刀庫的形式和容量要根據(jù)機(jī)床的工藝范圍來確定。 1.3.常見類型 刀庫是存儲(chǔ)刀具的裝置,常見的刀庫主要有以下幾種形式 : (1)轉(zhuǎn)塔式刀庫 包括水平轉(zhuǎn)塔頭和垂直轉(zhuǎn)塔頭兩種,見圖 2.6a)與 b): (2)盤式刀庫 盤式刀庫中刀庫呈盤狀 ,刀具沿盤面垂直排列 (包 括徑向取刀和軸向取刀 ),沿盤面徑向排列或成銳角排列的形式的刀庫 。 結(jié)構(gòu)簡單 、 緊湊 ,應(yīng)用較多 ,但刀具單環(huán)排列 ,空間利用率低 。 見圖 2.7a)c)。 若增加刀庫容量必須使刀庫的外徑增大 ,那么轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量也相應(yīng)增大 ,選刀運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間長 。 刀具數(shù)量一般不多于 32 把 。 刀具呈多環(huán)排列的刀庫的空間利用率高 ,但必然使得取刀機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)雜 ,適用于機(jī)床空間受限制而刀庫容量又較大的場合 。 雙盤式結(jié)構(gòu)是兩個(gè)較小容量的刀庫分置于主軸兩側(cè) ,布局較緊湊 ,儲(chǔ)刀數(shù)量也相應(yīng)增大 ,適用于中小型加工中心 。 (3)鏈?zhǔn)降稁?包括單環(huán)鏈和多環(huán)鏈,鏈環(huán)形式可有 多種變化,見圖 2.8a)c),基本結(jié)構(gòu)見圖 2. 8do 特點(diǎn) :適用于刀庫容量較大的場合,所占的空間小,一般適用于刀具數(shù)在 30-120 把。僅增加鏈條長度即可增加刀具數(shù),可以不增加圓周速度其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量不像盤式刀庫增加的那樣大。 (4)直線式刀庫和組合刀庫 直線式刀庫結(jié)構(gòu)簡單如圖 2. 9,刀具單行排列,刀庫容量小,多用于數(shù)控車床和鉆床上。由于刀庫位置固定,換刀動(dòng)作由主軸完成,無需機(jī)械手。組合刀庫一般是轉(zhuǎn)塔式刀庫的組合、轉(zhuǎn)塔式與盤式刀庫的組合及鏈?zhǔn)降稁斓慕M合。每單個(gè)刀庫的儲(chǔ)刀量較小,換刀速度快。另外還有一些 密集型的鼓輪式、彈匣式和格子式刀庫,這些密集型刀庫雖 .占地面積小,但由于結(jié)構(gòu)限制,基本上不用于單機(jī)加工中心,多用于 FMS 的集中供刀系統(tǒng)。 1.4.刀庫的容量 刀庫的容量首先要考慮加工工藝的需要,從使用角度出發(fā),一般為 1040 把刀,刀庫的利用率會(huì)高,而結(jié)構(gòu)比較緊湊。 1.5.刀具的選擇方式 (1)順序選擇將刀具按加工工序的順序,依次放入刀庫的每一個(gè)刀座內(nèi)。每次換刀時(shí),刀庫順序轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一個(gè)刀座位置,并取出所需要的刀具,己經(jīng)使用過的刀具可以放回原來的刀座內(nèi),也可以順序放入下一個(gè)刀座內(nèi)。但由于刀庫中刀具在不同的工 序中不能重復(fù)使用,必須增加刀庫的容量,降低了利用率。 (2)任意選擇目前大多數(shù)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)都采用任意選刀的方式,其分為刀套編碼、刀具編碼和記憶式等三種。刀具編碼或刀套編碼需要在刀具或刀套上安裝用于識(shí)別的編碼條,一般都是根據(jù)二進(jìn)制編碼的原理進(jìn)行編碼。刀具編碼選刀方式采用了一種特殊的刀柄結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)每把刀具編碼。每把刀具都具有自己的代碼,因而刀具可在不同的工序中多次重復(fù)使用,換下的刀具不用放回原刀座,刀庫的容量也可相應(yīng)減少。本文采用記憶式選刀,這種方式能將刀具號(hào)和刀庫中的刀套位置對(duì)應(yīng)地記憶在數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的 PLC 中,無論 刀具放在哪個(gè)刀套內(nèi),刀具信息都始終記存在 PLC 內(nèi)。刀庫上裝有位置檢測裝置,可獲得每個(gè)刀套的位置。這樣刀具就可以任意取出并送回。刀庫上還設(shè)有機(jī)械原點(diǎn),使每次選刀時(shí)就近選取。 1.6.刀庫的控制方式 (1)刀庫作為系統(tǒng)的定位軸來控制。在梯形圖中根據(jù)指令的 T 碼進(jìn)行運(yùn)算比較后輸出角度和速度指令到刀庫伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)刀庫伺服電機(jī)。刀庫的容量、旋轉(zhuǎn)速度、加 /減速時(shí)間等均可在系統(tǒng)參數(shù)中設(shè)定,此種方式不受外界因素影響定位準(zhǔn)確、可靠但成本較高。 (2)刀庫由液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng),有快 /慢速之分,用接近開關(guān)計(jì)數(shù)并定位。在梯形圖中 比較系統(tǒng)存儲(chǔ)的當(dāng)前刀號(hào) (主軸上的刀 )和目標(biāo)刀號(hào) (預(yù)選刀 )并運(yùn)算,再輸出旋轉(zhuǎn)指令,同時(shí)判斷按最短路徑旋轉(zhuǎn)到位。這種方式需要足夠的液壓動(dòng)力和電磁閥刀庫旋轉(zhuǎn)速度可通過節(jié)流閥調(diào)整。但使用一段時(shí)間后可能會(huì)因?yàn)橛唾|(zhì)、油壓、油溫及環(huán)境因素的變化而影響運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和準(zhǔn)確性。一般用于不需頻繁換刀的大中型機(jī)床。 (3)刀庫由交流異步電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)凸輪機(jī)構(gòu) (馬氏機(jī)構(gòu) ),用接近開關(guān)計(jì)數(shù),這種方式運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,定位準(zhǔn)確可靠一般與凸輪機(jī)械手配合使用,換刀速度快,定位準(zhǔn)。 2.換刀裝置的主要類型 ,特點(diǎn)和適用范圍 2.1.自動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)刀架 自動(dòng)回轉(zhuǎn)刀架 是數(shù)控機(jī)床上使用的一種簡單的自動(dòng)換刀裝置,有四方刀架和六角刀架
