10、n Mondays to Thursdays 在每周一到周四在店內(nèi)打印 - Print before order day 1 day 訂貨日前一天打印 - To order the merchandise from Tuesdays - Fridays. 從每周二-周五訂貨,REPLENISHMENT WORK FLOW補(bǔ)貨流程,2. Section Manager review the order SM復(fù)核訂量,- Check week on hand & on order 檢查周庫(kù)存和周訂貨,- Any feature build up,in store promotion. 店內(nèi)促銷(xiāo)有無(wú)

11、堆臺(tái),- Check Min / P.O. 檢查最低訂貨量,- Check actual on hand 檢查實(shí)際庫(kù)存,REPLENISHMENT WORK FLOW,3. Review the edit order by Department Manager. 由部門(mén)經(jīng)理來(lái)復(fù)核訂單量 Approved by ASDM or SDM 由店長(zhǎng)或副店長(zhǎng)批準(zhǔn),REPLENISHMENT WORK FLOW,4. Return “The edited list” to Inventory Control before 17:00 PM to re-entry 在17：00PM之前 把“已修正的清單”交
