前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB17835—2008《水系滅火劑》,與GB17835—2008相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動
外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)刪除了“分類和標(biāo)記”(見2008年版的第4章);
b)增加了“型號”(見第4章);
c)刪除了檢驗項目的不合格類別(見2008年版的第5章表1);
d)刪除了表面張力、滅B類火性能的技術(shù)要求及試驗方法(見2008年版的第5章表1、6.7.4);
e)增加了原液凝固點、原液pH、原液腐蝕率的技術(shù)要求(見第5章表1);
f)增加了穩(wěn)定性、急性經(jīng)口毒性、眼刺激性、滲透性的技術(shù)要求及試驗方法(見第5章表1、6.5、
6.8、6.9、6.10);
g)更改了凝固點的試驗方法(見6.2,2008年版的6.1)。
