會議記錄（MeetingMinutes）是一種將開會時與會者的發(fā)言和會議內(nèi)容記錄下來的文字材料。由于一次會議的決議不一定能當場通過，所以需要記錄下來以備將來參考和修改。會議記錄用途廣泛，內(nèi)容往往涉及政府、公司、學校等場合的會議。會議記錄與報告的書寫不同，I.GeneralintroductionBack1.Whataremeetingminutes它只是如實記錄會議情況，不需要像寫報告書那樣加入自己的分析和建議。會議記錄一般采用過去式。最后往往經(jīng)主持人和記錄人簽字后保存。會議記錄一般有兩種形式：摘要記錄和全文記錄。

會議記錄的格式較為正式，通常分為會議名稱（title）、開會時間（time）、地點（place）、出席人（personspresent）、缺席人（personsabsent）、討論事項（items）、通過決議（resolution）和記錄人等幾部分。記錄名稱一般標于文章開頭部分，可以居中，也可以按時下流行的書寫格式一律居左。

Back任，目前打算在本公司內(nèi)部招聘一名財務經(jīng)理以接替吳珊，歡迎部門領導推薦。

新任公司會計羅紋接著匯報了本公司第一季度的財務規(guī)劃(見附件)。經(jīng)過討論，與會者簽名通過了這項財務規(guī)劃。銷售經(jīng)理馬可向大會簡要匯報了最近的市場動向。他說目前本公司正面臨著來自一家新近建立的日本電子生產(chǎn)廠家“Dawoo”的激烈競爭。他提出可以從幾個方面采取措施與“Dawoo”的銷售策略抗爭。Ⅳ.WritingPractice

在會上提出的其它問題還有：

1)總經(jīng)理強調(diào)必須重視對新員工的在職培訓。

2)總經(jīng)理解釋獎金的發(fā)放原則。他強調(diào)應該根據(jù)職工的貢獻大小而不是根據(jù)其服務時間長短來發(fā)放獎金。由于春交會，原定3月20日舉行的下月例會將延期，具體日期待定后，另行通知。會議于6點結(jié)束。
