前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T25052—2010《連續(xù)熱浸鍍層鋼板和鋼帶尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差》,與

GB/T25052—2010文件相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)刪除了范圍中的注釋(2010年版的第1章);

b)增加了術語和定義(見第3章);

c)更改了寬鋼帶、鋼板及縱切鋼帶的尺寸精度分類,將“高級”改為“較高”(見4.2、表2~

表9,2010年版的3.1、表1~表9);

d)增加了產(chǎn)品形態(tài)所對應的尺寸和不平度精度分類(見表1);

e)增加了對寬鋼帶、鋼板及縱切鋼帶的公稱寬度上限的要求(見5.1.2);

f)增加了對鋼板的公稱長度上下限的要求(見5.1.3);

g)增加了對寬鋼帶、鋼板及縱切鋼帶推薦的公稱尺寸的要求(見5.2);

h)更改了對寬鋼帶、鋼板及縱切鋼帶的厚度允許偏差的要求(見表2~表5,2010年版的表1~

表4);

i)更改了對最小屈服強度數(shù)值小于260MPa、公稱厚度數(shù)值3.0mm~6.5mm鋼板的不平度的要

求(見表9,2010年版的表8和表9);

j)更改了對最小屈服強度數(shù)值不小于360MPa鋼板的不平度的要求(見表9,2010年版的4.4.3);

k)更改了縱切鋼帶鐮刀彎的要求(見7.2,2010年版的4.5);

l)增加了對鋼板鐮刀彎的要求(見7.2);

m)增加了對寬鋼帶及縱切鋼帶塔形的要求(見7.4);

n)刪除了對鋼板切斜的要求(見2010年版的4.6);

o)更改了對寬鋼帶、鋼板及縱切鋼帶尺寸及外形的測量要求(見第8章,2010年版的第6章);

p)更改了鍍層公稱厚度的計算公式(見9.3,2010年版的5.2.1);

q)增加了鍍層密度的要求(見9.4)。

本文件規(guī)定了連續(xù)熱浸鍍層鋼板和鋼帶的分類和代號、尺寸、尺寸允許偏差、外形、尺寸及外形的

測量、重量和數(shù)值修約。

本文件適用于公稱厚度不大于6.5mm的連續(xù)熱浸鍍層寬鋼帶及其剪切鋼板(以下簡稱
