teens."Socialmediamayhaveitsproblems,butitisthewaythattheystayintouchwitheach

Perhapsunsurprisingly,thestudyfoundalinkbetweenhighsocialmediausageandpoorsleep

socialmedia.'Ithinkthat*sanunderstandableresponse,butwhatIreallyencouragepeopletodois
lookbeyondthat."Shesayspeopleshouldpayattentiontothe"importantemotionalandcognitive
andsocialfactors"atplaywithwhenteenagersareusingsocialmedia.
