前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T31461—2015《火力發(fā)電機組快速減負荷控制技術(shù)導(dǎo)則》,與GB/T31461—2015相

比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:

a)增加了RB的技術(shù)要求(見第4章);

b)增加了RB動態(tài)試驗內(nèi)容(見5.2.2);

c)增加了FCB設(shè)計要求(見7.3);

d)增加了FCB動態(tài)試驗條件(見8.2.1);

e)將規(guī)范性附錄更改為資料性附錄,更改了機組總體RB動作/試驗情況一覽表(見附錄A、

附錄B、附錄C、附錄D,2015年版的附錄A、附錄B、附錄C、附錄D)。

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了火力發(fā)電廠燃煤機組快速減負荷控制的技術(shù)要求及驗收內(nèi)容,描述了相應(yīng)的試驗

方法。

本文件適用于300MW及以上等級燃煤發(fā)電機組,其他類型的火力發(fā)電機組參照執(zhí)行。
