gold,4,000gotrich.About100ofthesestayedrichmenfortherestoftheirlives.

Butnomatterhowrichtheywere,Dawsonwasnevercomfortable.Necessitieslikefoodand

woodwereveryexpensive.Butsoon,thegoldthatDawsondependedonhadallbeenfound.The
