三井住友海上火災(zāi)保險(中國)有限公司（注冊號：89OB2022000441057）【主險】______________________________________________________________________________INSTITUTECARGOCLAU1ThisinsurancecoversallrisksoflossofordamagetothexcludedbytheprovisionsofClauses4,5,2Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvagthecontractofcarriageand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,withtheavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexce"BothtoBlameColli3ThisinsuranceindemnifiestheAssured,inrespectofanyriskinsuredherein,againstliabilityincurredunderanyBothtoBlameCollisionClauseinthecontractofcarriage.IntheeventofanyclaimbycarriersunderthesaidClause,theAssuredagreetonotifytheInsurerswhoshalright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAs4.1lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordin4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofppreparationofthesubject-matterinsuredtowithstandtheordinaryincidentsoftheinsuredtransitwheresuchpackingorpreparationiscarriedoutbytheorpriortotheattachmentofthisinsurance.(fortheshallbedeemedtoinindependentcontract4.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesub4.5lossdamageorexpeinsuredagainst.(exceptexpensespayableunderCl4.6lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsolvencyorfincharterersoroperatorsofthevesselwhere,atthetimeofloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredonboardthevessel,theAssuredareaware,orintheorshouldbeaware,thatsuchinsolvencyorfinprosecutionofthevoyageThisexclusionshallnotapplywherethecontractofinsclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtobu4.7lossdamageorexpensedirectlyweaponordeviceemployingat55.1Innocaseshallthis5.1.1.unseaworthinessofvesselorcraftorunfitnessofvesselorcraftforthesafecarriageofthesubject-matterinsured,wheretheAssuredareprivytosuchunseawounfitness,atthetimethesubject-matterinsuredisload5.1.2.unfitnessofcontainerorconveyanceforthesafecarriageofthesubjinsured,whereloadingthereinorthereoniscarriedoutpriortoattinsuranceorbytheAssuredortheirtimeofloading.5.2Exclusion5.1.1aboveshallnotapplywherethtothepartyclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtingoodfaithunderabin5.3TheInsurerswaiveanybreachoftheimpliedwarrantiesofseaworthinessoftheshipandfitnessoftheshiptocarrythesubject-matterinsure6Innocaseshallthisi6.1warcivilwarrevolutionrebellioninsurrehostileactbyorag6.2captureseizurearrestrestraintordthereoforanyattemptther6.3derelictminestorpedoesbombsorotherderelictweaponsofwar.7Innocaseshallthis7.1causedbystrikers,locked-outworkmen,orpersonstaking7.2resultingfromstrikes,lock-outs,labourdistur7.3causedbyanyactofterrorismbeinganactconnectionwith,anyorganisationwhichcarriesoutactivitiesdirectedoverthrowingorinfluencing,byforceorviolence,ofanygovernmentwhether7.4causedbyanypersonactingDURATION88.1SubjecttoClausisfirstmovedinthewarehouseorattheplaceofstorage(attheplacenamedinthecontracinsurance)forthepurposeoftheimmediateloadingintoorontothecarryingvehicleconveyanceforthecommencementoftransit,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitand8.1.1oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,8.1.2oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorage,whetherpriortooratthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,whichtheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseeitherfordinarycourseoftransitorforallocationordistribution,or8.1.3whentheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseanycaoranycontainerforstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor8.1.4ontheexpiryof60daysaftercompletionofdischargeoversideofthesubject-matterinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,whichevershallfirstoccur.8.2If,afterdischargeoversidefromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofditerminationofthisinsurance,thesubject-matterinsuredistobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthattowhichitisinsured,thisinsurance,whilstremainingsubjecttprovidedinClauses8.1.1to8.1.4,shallnoteinsuredisfirstmovedforthepurposeofthecommencementoftransitto8.3Thisinsuranceshallremaini8.1.4aboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtocarriersunderthecontractofTerminationofContractofCarriage9.IfowingtocircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheAssuredeitherthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthedestinationnamedthereinortheterminatedbeforeunloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredasprovidedforinClause8above,thenthisinsuranceshallalsoterminateunlesspromptncontinuationofcoverisrequestedwhenthisinsuranceshaadditionalpremiumifrequiredbytheInsurers,9.1untilthesubject-matterinsuredissoldanddelispeciallyagreed,untiltheexpiryof60daysafterarrivalofthesubject-matterinsuredatsuchpoorplace,whichevershallfirs9.2ifthesubject-matterinsuredisforwardedwithinthesaidperiodof60days(orextensionthereof)tothedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsuranceortoanyotherdestination,untilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofClause8above.ChangeofVoyage10.10.1Where,afterattachmentofthisinsurance,thedmustbenotifiedpromptlytoInsurpriortosuchagreementbeingobtainedcovermaybeprovidbeenavailableatareasonabl10.2Wherethesubject-matterinsuredcommencesthetransitaccordancewithClause8.1),but,withouttheknowledgeoftheAssuredortheiremployeestshipsailsforanotherdestination,thisinsurancewillneverthelesscommencementofsuchtransit.11.11.1Inordertorecoverundertsubject-matterinsuredatthetimeoftheloss.occurringduringtheperiodcoveredbythisinsurance,notwithstandingthatthelossoccurredbeforethecontractofinsurancewasconcluded,unlesstheAssuredwereawareofthelossandtheInsurersweren12.Where,asaresultoftheoperationofariskcoveredbythisinsurance,theinsuredtransitisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthattowhichthesubject-matterinsurediscthisinsurance,theInsurerswillreimbursetheAssuredforanyextrachargesproperlyareasonablyincurredinunloadingstoringandforwardingthesubject-matterinsudestinationtowhichitandshallnotincludechargesarisingfromthefadefaultoftheAssuredortheiremployees.13.NoclaimforConstructiveTotalLossshallberecoverablehinsuredisreasonablyabandonedeitheronaccountofitsactualtotallossappearingunavoidableorbecausethecostofrecovering,reconditioningandforwardingthesubject-matterinsuredtothedestinationtowhichitisinsuredwo14.14.1IfanyIncreasedValueinsuranceunderthisinsurancetheagreedvalueofthesubject-matterinsuredshallbedeemedtobeincreasedtothetotalamountinsuredunderthisinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsuranceloss,andliabilityunderthisinsuranceshathisinsurancebearstosuchtotalamountinsured.IntheeventofclaimtheAprovidetheInsurerswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.14.2WherethisinsuranceisonTheagreedvalueofthesubject-matterinsuredshallbedeemedtobeequaltothetoinsuredundertheprimaryinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsurancescoveringtheffectedonthesubject-matterinsuredbytheAssured,andliabilityinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredunderIntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheInsurerswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.15.1coverstheAssuredwhichincludesthepersonclaimingindemnitonwhosebehalfthecontractofinsurancewaseffectedorasanassignee,15.2shallnotextendtoorotheDutyofAssured16.ItisthedutyoftheAssuredandtheiremployeesandagentsinrespectofloshereunder16.1totakesuchmeasuresasmaybereasonableforthepurposeofavertingorminimisingsuch16.2toensurethatallrightsagainstcarriers,baileesorotherthiandtheInsurerswill,inadditiontoanylossrecoverablehereunder,reimbursethechargesproperlyandreasonablyincurredinpursuanceoftheseduties.17.MeasurestakenbytheAssuredortheInsurerswiththeobjectofsaving,precoveringthesubject-matterinsuredshallnotbeconsideredasawaiveroracceptanabandonmentorotherwiseprejudicetherightsofeitherparty.18.Itisaconditionofthisinsurancethatthallcircumstanceswithintheirc19.ThisinsuranceNOTE:-WhereacontinuationofcoverisrequestedunderClause9,orachangeofdestinationisnotifiedunderClause10,thereisanobligationtogivepromptnoticetotheInsurersandtherighttosuchcoverisdependentuponcompliancewiththisobligatINSTITUTECARGOCLAU1.Thisinsuranceco1.1lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredreasonablyattrib1.1.2vesselorcraftbeing1.1.3overturningorderailmentoflandc1.1.4collisionorcontactofvesselcraftorconveyancewithanyextern1.1.5dischargeofcargoataportofdistress1.1.6earthquakevolcanic1.2lossofordamagetothesubject-matteri1.2.2jettisonorwashingov1.2.3entryofsealakeorriverwaterintovesselcraftholdconveyancecontainerorp1.3totallossofanypackagelostoverboardordroppedwhilstl2.Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalvthecontractofcarriageand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidoriwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexce"BothtoBlameColli3.ThisinsuranceindemnifiestheAssured,inrespectofanyriskinsuredherein,againstliabilityincurredunderanyBothtoBlameCollisionClauseinthecontractofcarriage.IntheeventofanyclaimbycarriersunderthesaidClause,theAssuredagreetonotifytheInsurerswhoshalright,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAs4.1.lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2.ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordinary4.3.lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofppreparationofthesubjectmatterinsuredtowithstandtheordinaryincidentsoftheinsuredtransitwheresuchpackingorpreparationiscarorpriortotheattachmentofthisinsurance(forthepurposeoftheseClausesshallbedeemedtoinindependentcontract4.4.lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubjec4.5.lossdamageorexpensinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableun4.6.lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsolvencyorfinanciamanagerscharterersoroperatorsofthevesselwhere,atthetimeofloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredonboardthevessel,theAssuredareaware,orintheordinarycourseofbusinessshouldbeaware,thatsuchinsolvencyorfinanprosecutionofthevoyageThisexclusionshallnotapplywherethecontractofinspartyclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtobuythegoodfaithunderabin4.7.deliberatedamagetoordeliberatedestructionofthesubject-mattthereofbythewrongfulactofanypersonorpersons4.8.lossdamageorexpensedirectlyweaponordeviceemployingat5.5.1Innocaseshallt5.1.1unseaworthinessofvesselorcraftorunfitnessofvesselorcraftforthesafethesubject-matterinsured,wheretheAssuredareprivytosuchunseaworthiunfitness,atthetimethesubject-matterinsuredisloa5.1.2unfitnessofcontainerorconveyanceforthesafecarriageofthesubjewhereloadingthereinorthereoniscarriedoutpriortoattachmtheAssuredortheiremployeesandtheyarepriv5.2Exclusion5.1.1aboveshallnotapplywherethtothepartyclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtingoodfaithunderabi5.3TheInsurerswaiveanybreachoftheimpliedwarrantiesofseaworthinessoftheshipandfitnessoftheshiptocarrythesubject-matterinsure6.Innocaseshallthisinsu6.1warcivilwarrevolutionrebellioninsurrhostileactbyorag6.2captureseizurearrestrestraint6.3derelictminestorpedoesbombsorotherderelictweaponsofwar.7.Innocaseshallthisinsuran7.1causedbystrikers,locked-outworkmen,orpersonstaking7.2resultingfromstrikes,lock-outs,labourdistu7.3causedbyanyactofterrorismbeinganactconnectionwith,anyorganisationwhichcarriesoutactivitiesdirectedoverthrowingorinfluencing,byforceorviolence,ofanygovernmentwhetheror7.4causedbyanypersonactingDURATION8.8.1SubjecttoClause11beloisfirstmovedinthewarehouseorattheplaceofstorage(attheplacenamedinthecontractinsurance)forthepurposeoftheimmediateloadingintoorontothecarryingvehiclconveyanceforthecommencementoftransit,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitand8.1.1oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,8.1.2oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorage,whetherpriortooratthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,whichtheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseeitherfordinarycourseoftransitorforallocationordistribution,or8.1.3whentheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseanycaoranycontainerforstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor8.1.4ontheexpiryof60daysaftercompletionofdischargeoversideofthesubject-matterinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,whichevershallfirs8.2If,afterdischargeoversidefromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofditerminationofthisinsurance,thesubject-matterinsuredistobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthattowhichitisinsured,thisinsurance,whilstremainingsubjecttprovidedinClauses8.1.1to8.1.4,shallnoteinsuredisfirstmovedforthepurposeofthecommencementoftransitto8.3Thisinsuranceshallremaini8.1.4aboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtocarriersunderthecontractofcarriage.TerminationofContractofCarriage.9.IfowingtocircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheAssuredeitherthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthedestinationnamedthereinortheterminatedbeforeunloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredasprovidedforinClause8above,thenthisinsuranceshallalsoterminateunlessprompcontinuationofcoverisrequestedwhenthisinsuranceshaadditionalpremiumifrequiredbytheInsurers,9.1untilthesubject-matterinsuredissoldanddelispeciallyagreed,untiltheexpiryof60daysafterarrivalofthesubject-matterinsuredatsuchpoorplace,whichevershallfirs9.2ifthesubject-matterinsuredisforwardedwithinthesaidperiodof60days(orextensionthereof)tothedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsuranceortoanyotherdestination,untilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofClause8above.ChangeofVoyage10.10.1Where,afterattachmentofthisinsurance,thedestinationimustbenotifiedpromptlytoInsurpriortosuchagreementbeingobtainedcovermaybeprovidbeenavailableatareasonabl10.2Wherethesubject-matterinsuredcommencesthetransitaccordancewithClause8.1),but,withouttheknowledgeoftheAssuredortheiremployeestshipsailsforanotherdestination,thisinsurancewillneverthelesscommencementofsuchtransit.11.11.1Inordertorecoverundertsubjectmatterinsuredatthetimeoftheloss.occurringduringtheperiodcoveredbythisinsurance,notwithstandingthatthelossoccurrbeforethecontractofinsurancewasconcluded,unlesstheAssuredwereawareofthelossandtheInsurersweren12.Where,asaresultoftheoperationofariskcoveredbythisinsurance,theinsterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthattowhichthesubject-matterinsurediscthisinsurance,theInsurerswillreimbursetheAssuredforanyextrachargesproperlyareasonablyincurredinunloadingstoringandforwardingthesubject-matterinsudestinationtowhichitisiarisingfromthefaultnegligenceinsolvencyorfinancialdefaultofthe13.NoclaimforConstructivematterinsuredisreasotobeunavoidableorbecausethecostofrecovering,reconditioningandforwamatterinsuredtothedestinationtowhichitisinsuredwouldexce14.14.1IfanyIncreasedValueinsuranceunderthisinsurancetheagreedvalueofthesubject-matterinsuredshallbedeemedtobeincreasedtothetotalamountinsuredunderthisinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsuranceloss,andliabilityunderthisinsurancethisinsurancebearstosuchtotalamountinsurIntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheInsurerswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.14.2WherethisinsuranceisoTheagreedvalueofthesubject-matterinsuredshallbedeemedtobeequaltothetoinsuredundertheprimaryinsuranceandallIncreasedValueinsurancescoveringteffectedonthesubject-matterinsuredbytheAssured,andliabilityuinsuchproportionasthesuminsuredunderIntheeventofclaimtheAssuredshallprovidetheInsurerswithevidenceoftheamountsinsuredunderallotherinsurances.15.1coverstheAssuredwhichincludesthepersonclaimingindemnitonwhosebehalfthecontractofinsurancewaseffectedorasanassignee,15.2shallnotextendtoorotheDutyofAssured16.ItisthedutyoftheAssuredandtheiremployeesandagentsinrespectofloshereunder16.1totakesuchmeasuresasmaybereasonableforthepurposeofavertingorminimisingsuch16.2toensurethatallrightsagainstcarriers,baileesorotherthiandtheInsurerswill,inadditiontoanylossrecoverablehereunder,reimburchargesproperlyandreasonablyincurredinpursuanceoftheseduties.17.MeasurestakenbytheAssuredortheInsurerswiththeobjectofsaving,precoveringthesubject-matterinsuredshallnotbeconsideredasawaiveroracceptancabandonmentorotherwiseprejudicetherightsofeitherparty.18.Itisaconditionofthisinsurancethatthallcircumstanceswithintheirc19.ThisinsuranceNOTE:-WhereacontinuationofcoverisrequestedunderClauisnotifiedunderClause10,thereisanobligationtogivepromptnoticetotheInsurersandtherighttosuchcoverisdependentuponcompliancewiththisobligatINSTITUTECARGOCLAU1.Thisinsuranceco1.1lossofordamagetothesubject-matterinsuredreasonablyattrib1.1.2vesselorcraftbeing1.1.3overturningorderailmentoflandc1.1.4collisionorcontactofvesselcraftorconveyancewithanyextern1.1.5dischargeofcargoataportofdistress,1.2lossofordamagetothesubject-matteri2.Thisinsurancecoversgeneralaverageandsalthecontractofcarriageand/orthegoverninglawandpractice,incurredtoavoidoriwiththeavoidanceoflossfromanycauseexce"BothtoBlameColli3.ThisinsuranceindemnifiestheAssured,inrespectofanyriskinsuredherein,againstliabilityincurredunderanyBothtoBlameCollisionClauseinthecontractofcarriage.IntheeventofanyclaimbycarriersunderthesaidClause,theAssuredagreetonotifytheInsurerswhosharight,attheirowncostandexpense,todefendtheAs4.Innocaseshall4.1lossdamageorexpenseattributabletowilfulmisconductoftheAssured4.2ordinaryleakage,ordinarylossinweightorvolume,orordin4.3lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsufficiencyorunsuitabilityofpreparationofthesubject-matterinsuredtowithstandtheordinaryincidentsoftheinsuredtransitwheresuchpackingorpreparationiscarriedoutbytheorpriortotheattachmentofthisinsurance(forthepurposeoftheseClausesshallbedeemedtoinindependentcontract4.4lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinherentviceornatureofthesubje4.5lossdamageorexpensinsuredagainst(exceptexpensespayableun4.6lossdamageorexpensecausedbyinsolvencyorfinancharterersoroperatorsofthevesselwhere,atthetimeofloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredonboardthevessel,theAssuredareaware,orintheorshouldbeaware,thatsuchinsolvencyorfinprosecutionofthevoyageThisexclusionshallnotapplywherethecontractofinspartyclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtobuythegoodfaithunderabin4.7deliberatedamagetoordeliberatedestructionofthesubjecthereofbythewrongfulactofanypersonorpersons4.8lossdamageorexpensedirectlyweaponordeviceemployingato5.5.1Innocaseshallt5.1.1unseaworthinessofvesselorcraftorunfitnessofvesselorcraftforthesafethesubject-matterinsured,wheretheAssuredareprivytosuchunseaworthunfitness,atthetimethesubject-matterinsuredisloa5.1.2unfitnessofcontainerorconveyanceforthesafecarriageofthesubjewhereloadingthereinorthereoniscarriedoutpriortoattachmtheAssuredortheiremployeesandtheyarepriv5.2Exclusion5.1.1aboveshallnotapplywherethtothepartyclaiminghereunderwhohasboughtoragreedtingoodfaithunderabi5.3TheInsurerswaiveanybreachoftheimpliedwarrantiesofseaworthinessoftheshipandfitnessoftheshiptocarrythesubject-matterinsure6.Innocaseshallthisinsu6.1warcivilwarrevolutionrebellioninsurrhostileactbyorag6.2captureseizurearrestrestraint6.3derelictminestorpedoesbombsorotherderelictweaponsofwar.7.Innocaseshallthisinsuran7.1causedbystrikers,locked-outworkmen,orpersonstaking7.2resultingfromstrikes,lock-outs,labourdistu7.3causedbyanyactofterrorismbeinganactconnectionwith,anyorganisationwhichcarriesoutactivitiesdirectedoverthrowingorinfluencing,byforceorviolence,ofanygovernmentwhetheror7.4causedbyanypersonactingDURATION8.8.1SubjecttoClause11beloisfirstmovedinthewarehouseorattheplaceofstorage(attheplacenamedinthecontracinsurance)forthepurposeoftheimmediateloadingintoorontothecarryingvehicleconveyanceforthecommencementoftransit,continuesduringtheordinarycourseoftransitand8.1.1oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,8.1.2oncompletionofunloadingfromthecarryingvehiclewarehouseorplaceofstorage,whetherpriortooratthedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsurance,whichtheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseeitherfordinarycourseoftransitorforallocationordistribution,or8.1.3whentheAssuredortheiremployeeselecttouseanycaoranycontainerforstorageotherthanintheordinarycourseoftransitor8.1.4ontheexpiryof60daysaftercompletionofdischargeoversideofthesubject-matterinsuredfromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofdischarge,whichevershallfirs8.2If,afterdischargeoversidefromtheoverseavesselatthefinalportofditerminationofthisinsurance,thesubject-matterinsuredistobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthattowhichitisinsured,thisinsurance,whilstremainingsubjecttprovidedinClauses8.1.1to8.1.4,shallnoteinsuredisfirstmovedforthepurposeofthecommencementoftransitto8.3Thisinsuranceshallremaini8.1.4aboveandtotheprovisionsofClause9below)duringdelaybeyondthecontroloftheAssured,anydeviation,forceddischarge,reshipmentortranshipmentandduringanyvariationoftheadventurearisingfromtheexerciseofalibertygrantedtocarriersunderthecontractofTerminationofContractofCarriage9.IfowingtocircumstancesbeyondthecontroloftheAssuredeitherthecontractofcarriageisterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthedestinationnamedthereinortheterminatedbeforeunloadingofthesubject-matterinsuredasprovidedforinClause8above,thenthisinsuranceshallalsoterminateunlesspromptncontinuationofcoverisrequestedwhenthisinsuranceshaadditionalpremiumifrequiredbytheInsurers,9.1untilthesubject-matterinsuredissoldanddelispeciallyagreed,untiltheexpiryof60daysafterarrivalofthesubject-matterinsuredatsuchpoorplace,whichevershallfirs9.2ifthesubject-matterinsuredisforwardedwithinthesaidperiodof60days(orextensionthereof)tothedestinationnamedinthecontractofinsuranceortoanyotherdestination,untilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofClause8above.ChangeofVoyage10.10.1Where,afterattachmentofthisinsurance,thedemustbenotifiedpromptlytoInsurpriortosuchagreementbeingobtainedcovermaybeprovidbeenavailableatareasonabl10.2Wherethesubject-matterinsuredcommencesthetransitaccordancewithClause8.1),but,withouttheknowledgeoftheAssuredortheiremployeestshipsailsforanotherdestination,thisinsurancewillneverthelesscommencementofsuchtransit.11.11.1Inordertorecoverundertsubject-matterinsuredatthetimeoftheloss.occurringduringtheperiodcoveredbythisinsurance,notwithstandingthatthelossoccurrbeforethecontractofinsurancewasconcluded,unlesstheAssuredwereawareofthelossandtheInsurersweren12.Where,asaresultoftheoperationofariskcoveredbythisinsurance,theinsterminatedataportorplaceotherthanthattowhichthesubject-matterinsurediscothisinsurance,theInsurerswillreimbursetheAssuredforanyextrachargesproperlyareasonablyincurredinunloadingstoringandforwardingthesubject-matterinsudestinationtowhichi
