deliverthetechnicalservicedirectlytoenduserformainproducts,manageandsupportdistributorstodelivertechnicalserviceforothersystems,beresponsibleforproductcomplainthandlingimplementation,workasatechnicalconsultantincommunicationwithcustomers.

promoteandgrowthereagentsconsumptionofbiomerieuxproducts,manual(ppm,api,etest…)andautomated(vitek,bta,ms,dvl,vidas/minividas,hain…)products.

2.主要職責(zé)/mainaccountabilities

1provideexcellenttechnicalsupporttotheenduserstomakesuretheproperandsmoothusagesofbiomerieuxproductsaswellasdopre-salestosupportkameffort;

2workcollaborativelywiththeteamtoachievetherevenue,wincustomersatisfaction;

3leadbykamanager/rbms/areasalesmanagertoimplementandachievethegoalsthekamprojects;

4drivereagentsconsumptionofbiomerieuxproductsunderthescopeofkam,bothmanualandautomatedsystemsthrough1stleveland2ndleveltechnicalsupportsincludingcustomerstrainings,troubleshooting,workshops,totalsolutionsandclinicalpromotions;

5workaslevelonesupportforthedirectserviceinstrument,forexample,vitekms,previ-isola,hainsystem,andapplicationtraining,troubleshootingetc.;workasleveltwosupportforothersystems,includingbutnotlimitedtoanswertelephoneinquiriesperestablishedguidelinesanddocumentinlocaldatabase,consultwithnationalasetc.;

6todelivertrainingcoursetointernalandexternalcustomers;

7beinvolvedincustomercomplainthandlingprocess,includingbutnotlimitedtodirectanddriveinvestigativeprocess,reviewtestresults,requestfurtherinvestigations;implementcorporatefaaction,likeacknowledgethefaevent,delivertheinformationandgetbackthefeedbackasrequestetc.;

臨床技術(shù)崗位職責(zé)

臨床檢驗技術(shù)員上海派森諾生物科技股份有限公司上海派森諾生物科技股份有限公司,派森諾,派森諾生物,上海派森諾崗位職責(zé):

1.熟悉常規(guī)的分子生物學(xué)實驗操作,能夠獨立完成相關(guān)的分子生物學(xué)實驗,例如dna提取、pcr實驗、文庫構(gòu)建、基因組定量、上機測序等;

2.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行實驗室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)范(sop)及實驗技術(shù)操作流程,按時準(zhǔn)確地進行實驗數(shù)據(jù)的記錄和整理,撰寫實驗報告;

3.能正確應(yīng)對實驗過程出現(xiàn)的一些問題,及時反饋,合理處置;

4.負責(zé)實驗室日常物品的準(zhǔn)備和實驗試劑的配置;

5.對實驗室儀器、設(shè)備進行日常管理和維護。

任職要求:

1.醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗或生物學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè),大專以上學(xué)歷,有初級臨床醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗技士或技師資格證者優(yōu)先考慮;

2.有較好的分子生物學(xué)實驗基礎(chǔ),有二代測序等分子生物學(xué)實驗工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;

3.實驗動手能力強,工作積極,認真負責(zé),有團隊精神。

3.了解外周介入學(xué)、解剖學(xué)、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品知識及主要操作手術(shù),能夠勝任手術(shù)跟臺和臨床指導(dǎo)。

4.中文流利,英語可作為工作語言,能夠閱讀英文文獻。
