文體常識

一、文體特點

調(diào)查報告(areport)是對一個主題或問題下定義,收集相關資料和事實,以便盡量做到

完整和精確的表達。一份報告應該包括分析、判斷、結(jié)論和建議這幾個部分。報告應簡潔、

易懂、準確、邏輯性強、描述性強及針對性強,用于說明、闡述某個事物、某種觀點,以說

服讀者。

調(diào)查報告的基本結(jié)構:

第一部分:對題目中所給的現(xiàn)象和問題做一些客觀的介紹。要交代所調(diào)查問題的基本情

況,點明調(diào)查的結(jié)論。

第二部分:分析這些數(shù)據(jù)或事實反映出的問題。這部分是報告的重點內(nèi)容,要寫清事物

的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程及產(chǎn)生的影響、結(jié)果,可以按時間順序?qū)懀部梢园磫栴}性質(zhì)從不同側(cè)面

來寫。

第三部分:經(jīng)過對事實進行分析,最后得出結(jié)論。也可以闡述作者個人的看法和建議。

寫調(diào)查報告時,要記住兩點:

一是要依據(jù)事實和數(shù)據(jù),而非人們的看法;二是要運用所掌握的事實。

數(shù)據(jù)圖表類的報告應注意:

1.首先應仔細研究題目以及提示信息,認清圖表中的數(shù)字、線條、陰影等部分的變化

趨勢和走向,抓住其主要特點和關鍵信息,然后根據(jù)圖表所顯示的中心信息確定內(nèi)容層次以

及主題句。

2.列出各段主題句??忌梢愿鶕?jù)所給提綱或已知信息列出每段的主題句,為全文的

展開做鋪墊。

3.圍繞主題句完成段落的展開。盡量做到主題明確、條理清晰、文字簡練。

4.圖表作文一般采用的時態(tài)為一般現(xiàn)在時,但如果圖表中給出了具體時間參照,考生

則應對時態(tài)進行相應的調(diào)整。

數(shù)據(jù)性調(diào)查報告屬于圖表類作文的一種。圖表類作文寫作一般分三步:

第一步,開門見山地點明本圖表所反映的主題;

第二步,分析數(shù)據(jù)間的主要差異及趨勢,然后進行闡述;

第三步,歸納總結(jié)或發(fā)表評論。(有時第三步可省略)

旅游參觀類的報告應注意:

1.首先這類報告要求考生把參觀的整個過程都完整地敘述出來,并對參觀過程的所見

所聞進行詳細描述。

2.既然是參觀的報告,肯定是己經(jīng)發(fā)生的事情,所以作文的主要時態(tài)應該是一般過去

時。

3.旅游類報告的寫法比較靈活,在描寫景點的過程中可以抒發(fā)感情,夾敘夾議。

一篇好的旅游報告不僅能引導讀者跟作者一起欣賞美麗的風景,使讀者產(chǎn)生身臨其境的

感受,還能啟迪人們的思想,陶冶人們的情操,給人以美的感受。
