組裝位基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)大綱組裝線基本組成工位組裝：

組裝線的四個組成部分，首先進(jìn)行測試（測標(biāo)貼）測試后進(jìn)行裝配主板殼料等打螺絲；然后進(jìn)行放附件包裝等工序，在每一個工位的進(jìn)行中都要進(jìn)行自檢及外觀檢查。打螺絲工位外觀檢查測試工位放附件打螺絲測試放附件自檢、外觀檢查現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容可須完善培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容測試崗位實(shí)操培訓(xùn)大綱測試崗位介紹：對生產(chǎn)好的產(chǎn)品按照設(shè)定好的程序進(jìn)行測試；如

主板測試、手機(jī)綜合測試及標(biāo)貼測試

1.每天對測試設(shè)備夾具進(jìn)行點(diǎn)檢

2.待測試、已測試、壞機(jī)的區(qū)分3.嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的操作手法4.測試出無法識別壞項該處理流程5.測試中異常問題的處理流程1.崗位的基本認(rèn)識2.對測試機(jī)器的了解及認(rèn)識3.熟練及獨(dú)立操作測試設(shè)備4.測試手法5.識別測試壞項并且能夠處理測試崗位可續(xù)完善的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容1.工位安全知識：1.打螺絲崗位的了解和認(rèn)知2.電批及螺絲機(jī)的使用方法及操作3.打螺絲退螺絲的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手法4.對處理壞機(jī)的返工能力打螺絲崗位實(shí)操培訓(xùn)大綱工位操作認(rèn)知1.每天進(jìn)行對螺絲機(jī)、電批進(jìn)行點(diǎn)檢，按照不同訂單的要求進(jìn)行對電批的扭力調(diào)試2.待打螺絲、已打螺絲的區(qū)分3.防止電批劃傷手機(jī)外觀及損破4.防護(hù)ESD工作，確保產(chǎn)品安全注意事項及安全崗位介紹：按照設(shè)定好的扭力，將螺釘以自功的方式擰緊，把相應(yīng)部件組裝起來放附件崗位實(shí)操培訓(xùn)大綱1.對不同放附件工位認(rèn)知2.放附件手法及熟練程度3.對MIS、包裝控制系統(tǒng)的了解及操作4.物料對數(shù)的基本方法和技巧5.打印機(jī)的操作及安裝打印標(biāo)標(biāo)貼的方法和技巧6.轉(zhuǎn)拉或更換物料時核對物料的方法
