osition(s)inwhichtheretro-reflectingdevicemaybefittedtothevehicle,andincaseofclassIBorIIIB-retro-reflectorsdetailsofinstallation.Thedrawingsmustshowthepositionintendedfortheapprovalnumberandclassindicatorinrelationtothecircleoftheapprovalmark;3.1.2.abriefdescriptiongivingthetechnicalspecificationsofthematerialsofwhichtheretro-reflectingopticalunitismade;共104頁第11頁E/ECE/324Add.2/Rev.3E/ECE/TRANS/505RegulationNo.32.10.“發(fā)光強(qiáng)度系數(shù)(CIL)”指回復(fù)反射器在一定的照射角、發(fā)散角和旋轉(zhuǎn)角的條件下，在發(fā)散角方向上，反射光發(fā)光強(qiáng)度與反射器照度的比值。2.11.本條例中使用的符號和單元在本條例附錄1中給出。2.12.一種型式的“回復(fù)反射器"指通過隨認(rèn)證申請書提交的模型和說明書所定義的。回復(fù)反射器，如果有一個或多個“回復(fù)反射光學(xué)單元"與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型中的光學(xué)單元相同,或者如果不相同，也是對稱的，適合于一個安裝在車的左側(cè)，一個安裝在車的右側(cè),或者其其它零件僅在不影響本條例適用的性能方面與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型的零件不同，均可看作與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型屬于同一型式。2.13回復(fù)反射器依其光度特性分為三級:IA或IB級,IIIA或IIIB級,以及IVA級。2.14.IB和IIIB級回復(fù)反射器是與其它按附錄8,1.1.項(xiàng)，并非不漏水的信號燈相結(jié)合，然后集成到一輛車中的裝置。3.認(rèn)證申請3.1.認(rèn)證申請應(yīng)由商標(biāo)或注冊商標(biāo)持有人提交，或者如有必要，由其責(zé)任授權(quán)代表提交。按申請人的選擇，規(guī)定裝置可以按不同的傾角安裝到一輛車上，傾角指基準(zhǔn)軸相對于車輛基準(zhǔn)面和相對于地面的傾角，或者，在IA,IB和IVA級回復(fù)反射器，指圍繞其基準(zhǔn)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)的傾角;這些不同的安裝條件應(yīng)該在傳達(dá)表格中指明。同時應(yīng)伴有:3.1.1.圖紙,一式三份,足夠詳細(xì)到允許型式識別，用幾何學(xué)方法顯示回復(fù)反射器可以被安裝到車輛上的位置,在IB或IIIB級-回復(fù)反射器，還應(yīng)顯示安裝細(xì)節(jié)。圖紙必須顯示認(rèn)證編號和級別指示器相對于認(rèn)證標(biāo)記的圓圈的預(yù)期位置;3.12.一份簡要說明，指出制造回復(fù)反射光學(xué)單元的原料的技術(shù)規(guī)定;共104頁第12頁E/ECE/324Add.2/Rev.3E/ECE/TRANS/505RegulationNo.33.1.3.samplesoftheretro-reflectingdeviceofacolourspecifiedbythemanufacturerand,ifnecessary,themeansoffixation;thenumberofsamplestobesubmittedisspecifiedinAnnex4tothisRegulation;3.14.ifnecessary,twosamplesinothercolour(s)forsimultaneousorsubsequentextensionoftheapprovaltodevicesinothercolour(s);3.15.inthecaseofdevicesofClassIVA:samplesoftheretro-reflectingdeviceand,ifnecessary,themeansoffixation;thenumberofsamplestobesubmittedisspecifiedinAnnex14tothisRegulation.4.MARKINGS4.1.Everyretro-reflectingdevicesubmittedforapprovalmustbear:4.1.1.thetradenameormarkoftheapplicant;4.1.2.theword"TOP"inscribedhorizontallyonthehighestpartoftheilluminatingsurface,ifsuchanindicationisnecessarytodeterminewithoutambiguitytheangleoranglesofrotationprescribedbythemanufacturer.4.2.Aspaceofsufficientsizetoaccommodatetheapprovalmarkshallbeprovidedoneverydevice.Thisspaceshallbeshownonthedrawingsreferredtoinparagraph3.1.1.above.4.3.Themarkingsmustbeappliedontheilluminatingsurface,orononeoftheilluminatingsurfaces,oftheretro-reflectingdeviceandmustbevisiblefromtheoutsidewhentheretro-reflectingdeviceisfittedonthevehicle.4.4.Themarkingsmustbeclearlylegibleandbeindelible.5.APPROVAL5.1.IfallthesamplessubmittedmeettherequirementsofthisRegulation,approvalshallbegranted.5.2.Iftheapprovalgrantedinrespectofaretro-reflectingdeviceisextendedtoothersuchdevicesdifferingonlyincolour,thetwosamplesinanyothercoloursubmittedinconformitywithparagraph3.1.4.ofthisRegulationshallberequiredtomeetonlythecolorimetricspecifications(Annex6),theothertestsnolongerbeingrequired.Paragraph5.2.isnotapplicabletodevicesofClassIVA.共104頁第13頁E/ECE/324Add.2/Rev.3E/ECE/TRANS/505RegulationNo.33.1.3.制造商指定的一種顏色的回復(fù)反射器樣品,以及,如有必要,固定方法;需提交的樣品數(shù)量在本條例附錄4中規(guī)定。3.1.4如有必要,兩個其它顏色的樣品，作為同時或隨后其它顏色的裝置認(rèn)證的擴(kuò)充;3.1.5.在IVA級裝置：回復(fù)反射器樣品,以及,如有必要,固定方法;需提交的樣品數(shù)量在本條例附錄14中規(guī)定。4.標(biāo)志4.1.提交認(rèn)證的每個回復(fù)反射器必須具有:4.1.1.申請人的商標(biāo)或注冊商標(biāo);4.1.2如果必需要有這樣一個指示，來清楚地限定制造商規(guī)定的角度或旋轉(zhuǎn)角，那么，應(yīng)當(dāng)在發(fā)光面最高的部分,水平地記下“TOP"一詞。4.2.每個裝置上均應(yīng)提供足夠大小的空間來容納認(rèn)證標(biāo)記。該空間應(yīng)顯示在上述3.1.1.項(xiàng)所指出的圖紙上。4.3.標(biāo)記必須用在發(fā)光面上，或者在回復(fù)反射器的一個發(fā)光面上，當(dāng)回復(fù)反射器被安裝到車上時，必須從外面可以看見該標(biāo)記。4.4.標(biāo)記必須清楚明了，不能拭除。5.認(rèn)證5.1.如果提交的全部樣品均滿足本條例的要求，就應(yīng)批準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證。5.2如果批準(zhǔn)的關(guān)于一個回復(fù)反射器的認(rèn)證擴(kuò)充到僅顏色與之不同的其它這樣的裝置,那么遵照本條例3.1.4.項(xiàng)提交的任何其它顏色的兩個樣品應(yīng)該僅要求其滿足色度規(guī)定(附錄6),不再要求進(jìn)行其它試驗(yàn)。5.2.項(xiàng)不適用于IVA級的裝置。共104頁第14頁E/ECE/324Add.2/Rev.3E/ECE/TRANS/505RegulationNo.35.3.Anapprovalnumbershallbeassignedtoeachtypeapproved.Itsfirsttwodigits(atpresent02,correspondingtothe02seriesofamendmentswhichenteredintoforceon1July1985)shallindicatetheseriesofamendmentsincorporatingthemostrecentmajortechnicalamendmentsmadetotheRegulationatthetimeofissueoftheapproval.ThesameContractingPartyshallnotassignthesamenumbertoanothertypeofretro-reflectingdevicecoveredbythisRegulationexceptinthecaseofanextensionoftheapprovaltoadevicedifferingonlyincolour.5.4.Noticeofapprovalorofextensionorrefusalofapprovalofatypeofretro-reflectingdevicepursuanttothisRegulationshallbecommunicatedtothePartiestotheAgreementwhichapplythisRegulation,bymeansofaformconformingtothemodelinAnnex2tothisRegulation.5.5Thereshallbeaffixedtoeveryretro-reflectingdeviceconformingtoatypeapprovedunderthisRegulation,inthespacereferredtoinparagraph4.2.aboveandinadditiontothemarkingsprescribedinparagraph.1.aninternationalapprovalmarkconsistingof:acirclesurroundingtheletter"E"followedbythedistinguishingnumberofthe.anapprovalnumber;3/1forGermany,2forFrance,3forItaly,4fortheNetherlands,5for
