基層精神?？漆t(yī)院面臨的的人才困思考人的問題數(shù)量少很多精神?？漆t(yī)院，尤其是基層醫(yī)院都年年招人，年年難招，精神科領(lǐng)域的高質(zhì)量低現(xiàn)有醫(yī)師隊(duì)伍中高素質(zhì)醫(yī)師明顯缺乏精神科的特殊性決定了對其理想的從業(yè)綜合科，某種意義上說精神科是自然科跨學(xué)科的特殊專業(yè)對精神科醫(yī)師的要求精神科人力資源缺口巨大目前,我國注冊精神科醫(yī)師只有2.05萬人，護(hù)萬人中有1.5名精神科醫(yī)生、2.2名護(hù)士。而世精神科醫(yī)生、13名護(hù)士。專業(yè)精神科醫(yī)護(hù)人員短缺，精神疾病防治康復(fù)源不夠，一定程度上制約了精神疾病的救治康國家已將精神科醫(yī)師作為目前緊缺醫(yī)學(xué)人才進(jìn)生法給予了法律層面的保障，《全國精神衛(wèi)生2020年)》目標(biāo)每10萬人口精神科執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師數(shù)精神科床位配置應(yīng)達(dá)4.6張/萬人，但目前只是實(shí)際的措施不明顯，如加大精神衛(wèi)生的投入、機(jī)制等。精神疾病患者近百萬隨著社會發(fā)展，人們生活水平的提高，對生活質(zhì)量需求的提高精神疾病已成為影響公眾健康、家庭幸福、社會和諧的突出問各類精神障礙的總患病率約在13%-16%。其中，絕大多數(shù)是輕癥、焦慮、適應(yīng)障礙及各種心理障礙等。重性精神疾病的患病精神科從業(yè)人員現(xiàn)狀：現(xiàn)有精神科醫(yī)護(hù)人員或在困難與困惑中人才流失嚴(yán)重新加入醫(yī)師日益減少。面對龐大的精神疾病患者人群，質(zhì)的專業(yè)醫(yī)護(hù)人員，但精神科的醫(yī)療資在精神科醫(yī)療、救護(hù)資源缺失的是這類人才待遇低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、社精神?？漆t(yī)院面臨的幾個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問醫(yī)院的對策衛(wèi)生改革中對精神衛(wèi)生的政策優(yōu)衛(wèi)生行政管理體制方面的建議加大精神衛(wèi)生投入醫(yī)師多點(diǎn)執(zhí)業(yè)既充分利用好現(xiàn)有資源又可解改進(jìn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，尤其基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的自主用人解決精神科住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)機(jī)制問題，免費(fèi)培訓(xùn)待遇等解決醫(yī)療收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不合理的現(xiàn)狀提高精神疾病的醫(yī)療保障水平精神衛(wèi)生宣傳與健康教育FREEPPT
