millimeters.Studieshaveconfirmedthatmicroplasticpollution

hasbeendiscoveredinmanynaturalenvironments.Thematerial

andindustrialwaste.

roboticfishcanswimupto2.76bodylengthspersecond.The

researcherssaidthisisfasterthanmostsimilarsoftrobots.Wang

YuyanwasamemberofSichuanUniversity'sresearchteam.She

toldReutersnewsagencythatthesmall,lightweightrobotis

currentlybeingusedtocollectmicroplasticsforresearch

purposes.ButWangaddedthattheteamplanstoexpandthat

usesotherobotfishcanremovelargeramountsofmicroplastic

wastefromdeepoceanareas.Thefishcantakeindifferentkinds

ofmicroplasticsandevenrepairitselfwhendamaged,the
