Duringtheformationofthiscode,theformationteamhasstudiedlotsofthecurrentnationallaws,

regulationsandstandards,maderelevantinvestigations,summarizedyearsofexperienceonthedesign

oflightningprotectionandearthingengineeringforTelecommunicationBureaus(Stations),repeatedly

discussedandmodifiedprovisionsofthiscodeandfinalizedthecodeafterexaminationbasedonsolicit
