AccordingtotherelatedrequirementsofJianBiaoHan[2005]No.124issuedbyformer

MinistryofConstruction"NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNational

EngineeringConstructionStandardsin2005(secondbatch)"togetherwiththecharacteristicsof

metallurgicalconstruction,thisCodeisherebyestablishedbyChinaFirstMetallurgicalGroupCo.,

Ltd.jointlywithrelatedcompanies,undertheorganizationofChinaMetallurgicalConstruction

Association.

DuringestablishmentoftheCode,thepreparationgrouphasstudiedrelatedcurrentnational

laws,regulationsandstandards;madeinvestigation;concludedmanyyearsexperienceinthe

constructionqualityacceptanceofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticsystemwithregardsto

metallurgicalmechanicalequipmentinstallationworks;repeatedlydiscussedandrevisedthe

Inordertostrengthenthemanagementofinstallationqualityofmetallurgicalmechanical

hydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment,unifythestandardfortheacceptanceof

engineeringqualityandensuretheengineeringquality,thisCodeisherebyestablished.

1.0.2

ThisCodeshallbeapplicabletothequalityacceptanceofinstallationofsuchmetallurgical

machineryashydraulicequipment,oillubricationequipment,greaselubricationequipment,oilmist

lubricationequipment,sliding-bearinghydrostaticequipment,processlubricationequipmentand

pneumaticequipment.

Therelatedrequirementforinstallationqualityintheengineeringtechnicaldocumentsand

thecontracttobeappliedduringtheinstallationofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment

shallbenotlowerthanthatinthisCode.

1.0.4

Duringthequalityacceptanceofinstallationofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment,it

isrequiredtonotonlyimplementtheregulationsofthisCodebutcomplywiththerelatedcurrent

2BasicRequirements

2.0.1

Theconstructioncontractorforinstallationofmetallurgicalmechanicalhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipmentshallbequalifiedtoundertaketheconstructionofsuchkindofworks.

Correspondingconstructiontechnicalstandards,completequalitymanagementsystemandquality

controlandinspectionsystemsshallbeestablishedattheconstructionsite,andthetechnical

documentsapprovedbythetechnicaldirectoroftheprojectsuchasconstructionorganizationplan,

methodstatementandconstructiondesignshallbeprovided.

2.0.2

Incaseofrevisionofconstructiondrawings,itisrequiredtoacquirethedesignchange

noticefromthedesigncompanyortechnicalconfirmationattestationinadvance.

2.0.3

Incaseofinspectionandacceptanceofinstallationqualityofhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipment,itisrequiredtousemeasuringinstrumentwhichisqualifieduponverification

andcalibration.

2.0.4Thewelderresponsibleforweldingworkduringtheinstallationofhydraulic,lubricationand

pneumaticequipmentmustpasstherelatedexaminationandacquireth專用ecorrespondingcertificate,and

onlycarryoutweldingworkswithinthescopespecifiedandapprovedbytheaboveexaminationhe/she

passed.

2.0.5

Theinstallationofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipmentshallcomplywith

specifiedprocedures,andshallbesubjecttoinspectionofotherrelatedspecializedworkers;the

recordshallbecorrespondinglymade.Allworkingproceduresofthisworksshallbesubjectto

thequalitycontrolonthebasisofthetechnicalstandardforconstruction.Aftercompletionof

everyprocedure,itisrequiredtocarryoutinspectionandmakequalityrecords

correspondingly.Upontherefusalofthepreviousprocedure,thefollowingproceduremustnot

becarriedout.

2.0.6

Incaseofsecondarygroutingandotherconcealedworksofequipmentduringinstallationof

hydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment,itisrequiredthattheconstructioncontractorshall

informrelatedcompanytocarryoutacceptanceandpreparetheacceptancedocumentaccordingly

priortotheconcea人人文庫ledworks.

2.0.7

Theacceptanceofinstallationqualityofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment

shallbeperformedonthebasisoftheself-inspectionofconstructioncontractoraswellas

subdivisionalworks,sub-unitworksandunitworks.Thesub-unitworksandsubdivisionalworksof

hydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipmentprojectshallbedividedaccordingtoTable2.0.7.If

thetotallengthofinstalledpipeisnotlessthan10000m,theinstallationworksofhydraulic,

lubricationandpneumaticsystemforoneindependentprocesssystemmaybedividedintooneunit

works.Ifthesub-unitworksofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipmentshouldnotbe

consideredasoneunitworks,itshallbeincorporatedintotheunitworkswithregardstothe

installationofitscorrespondingmachineryprojectforacceptance.

Duringinspection,thedominantitemsshallcomplywiththequalityrequirementsofthe

Code.

Theinspectionresultofthegeneralitemsshallindicatethatallmechanicalequipment

complywiththerelatedrequirementsoftheCode;forpipefabricationandinstallation,notlessthan

80%ofinspectedpoints(values)shallcomplywiththerelatedrequirementsoftheCodeandother

measuredvaluesshallnotexceed1.1timesofcorrespondingallowabledeviation.

Thequalityacceptancerecordsandthequalitycertificationdocumentsshallbecomplete.

Thequalityacceptanceofsub-unitworksshallconformtothefollowingrequirements:

Thequalityofallsubdivisionalworksinsub-unitworksshallpasstheacceptance.

Thequalitycontroldatashallbecomplete.

Forappearancevisualinspection,theitemsoftheunitworksshallconformtothe

followingrequirements:

Connectingbolt:Thebolts,nutsandwashersshallbefullyequippedaccordingtothe

design.Afterbeingfastened,theboltshallhavethenutexposedorflushedwiththenut.The

exposedthreadshallbefreeofdamageandthepenetratingdirectionofthreadshallbeconsistent

exceptthestructuralreasons.

Sealingcondition:freeofoil,waterorgasleakage.

Pipelining:reasonablelayoutandorderlyarrangement.

Layingofheat-insulatingmaterial:uniformthickness,solidbound,relativelysmoothsurface.

basicallyconsistentcolor.

Walkingplatform,ladderandrail:firmlyfastenedandfreeofobviousappearancedefects.

itemswithatleastteninspectedpoints.

Theacceptancerecordsforinstallationqualityofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumatic

equipmentshallconformtothefollowingrequirements:

ThequalityacceptanceofsubdivisionalworksshallbeperformedaccordingtoAppendixA

oftheCode.

Thequalityacceptanceofsub-unitworksshallbeperformedaccordingtoAppendixBof

theCode.

ThequalityacceptanceofunitworksshallbeperformedaccordingtoAppendixCofthe

Code.

TherecordsofequipmentcommissioningandtestrunshallbemadeaccordingtoAppendix

DoftheCode.

Therecordforno-loadcombinedtestrunofequipmentwithoutloadshallbemadeaccordingto

AppendixEoftheCode.

2.0.13

Incasetheprojectqualityisincompliancewiththerequirement,itisrequiredtonotonly

immediatelydealwithitorrework,butcarryoutacceptanceoveragain.

2.0.14Asfortheprojectwiththequalitynotconformingtotherequirementandnotmeetingthe

safeuserequirementaftertreatmentorrework,itisforbiddentocarryoutacceptancetoit.

2.0.15

Theacce人人文庫ptanceforinstallationqualityofhydraulic,lubricationandpneumaticequipment

shallbecarriedoutaccordingtothefollowingprocedures:

Theacceptanceofsubdivisionalworksshallbecarriedoutbythespecializedtechnical

director(foreman)andqualityinspectoroftheconstructioncontractorundertheorganizationof

theconsultingengineer(theprojecttechnicaldirectoroftheowner).

Theacceptanceofsub-unitworksshallbecarriedoutbytheproject,technicalandquality

directorsoftheconstructioncontractorundertheorganizationofthechiefconsultingengineer(the

projectdirectoroftheowner).

Aftercompletionoftheunitworks,theconstructioncontractorshallorganizerelated

personneltoconductinspectionandassessmentbyitselfandsubmittheprojectacceptancereportto

theowner.

Aftertheownerreceivestheprojectacceptancereport,its(project)directorshallorganize

the(project)directorsofconstructioncontractor(includingsubcontractor),designcompanyand

consultantcompanytocarryouttheacceptanceoftheunitworks.

Incaseofsubcontractorsparticipatingintheconstructionofunitworks,thegeneral

contractorshallbefullyresponsiblefortheprojectquality,whilethesubcontractorsshallbe

responsiblefortheinspectionandassessmentoftheworksunderthechargeofthemaccordingto

theproceduresspecifiedintheCodeatthepresenceoftheformerspersonnel.Aftercompletionof

subcontractedworks,therelateddatashallbesubmittedtothegeneralcontractor.
