Operationmanual操作手冊Operation操作Beforeattemptingtooperatethismachine,theoperatorshouldbethoroughlyfamiliarwiththemachinesystems,thefunctionsofthevariousactuators,thecontrolsandmonitoringdevices,andthesafetyinstructions.AllwarningsintheSafetyConsiderationssection,atthebeginningofthemanual,aswellasanyinthissection,shouldbestrictlyadheredto.在預備操作機械之前，主司機應該完全的熟悉機械的各個系統(tǒng)，不同驅動系統(tǒng)的功能，操縱，監(jiān)控裝置和平安指示。手冊中各個章節(jié)所有平安警告都要嚴格的執(zhí)行。Section1,Description,containsinformationonthevariousassembliesandsystemsthatmakeupthecompletemachine.Theoperatorshouldrefertothissectionforadditionalinformationonanytopicsthatareunfamiliar,aswellastotherelevantschematicsanddrawingsinSections4through20.第1部份，描述，包括了組成機械的不同總成和系統(tǒng)的信息。主司機緣到不熟悉的內容，應參考該部份內容和相關的圖表，圖紙以獲取額外的信息。Assembly,TransportandCheckout組裝，運輸和檢測Themethodsusedforassemblingthemachine,movingittothestartingpointofthetunnel,andpreparingastartingchamberwilldependontheconfigurationofthesiteandtheequipmentavailable.DrawingD113481,showstheweightsanddimensionsofthemajorassembliesandisincludedinSection4asaguideforassemblingthemachineandmovingitintothestartingchamber.Beforebeginningtoborethetunnel,themachineshouldbeinspectedandallsystemstested.組裝機械，移動機械到隧道起點和預備啟動室的方式取決于組裝現(xiàn)場的外形和可用的設備。圖紙D113481,顯示了要緊總成的重量和尺寸，包括在第4部份中作為上述作業(yè)的指導。機械在開始掘進之前要進行檢測，各個系統(tǒng)要進行調試。ControlsandIndicators操縱和指示器MostTBMfunctions,andsomebackupdecksfunctions,aremonitoredandcontrolledattheOperatorConsolelocatedintheOperatorCabin.TheelectricalcontrolsystemforthisTBMusesaProgrammableLogicController(PLC).APLCisanindustrialcomputerwellsuitedtoservicealargenumberofinputsandoutputs.tbm絕大部份的功能和后配套的一些功能都由位于主控室的主司機操縱臺監(jiān)視和操縱。TBM的電氣操縱系統(tǒng)利用的是可編程邏輯操縱器（PLC）,PLC確實是一臺適合于處置大量輸入和輸出信息的工業(yè)電腦。Inputsconsistofoperator-activatedswitches,pressureswitches,limitswitches,levelswitches,temperatureswitches,pressuretransducers,andpositiontransducers.Outputsconsistofsolenoidvalves,indicatorlamps,relays,motorstarters,meters,andalarmhorns.輸入信息包括了主司機操作開關，壓力開關，限位開關，液位開關，溫度開關，壓力傳感器和位置傳感器。輸出開關包括了電磁閥，指示燈，繼電器，電機啟動器，各類儀表和警報喇叭。ThePLCislocatedintheOperatorCabininanenclosurecalledthePLCCabinet.ThePLCconsistsofanumberofelectronicmodulespluggedintotworacks.Thesemodulesincludepowersupplies,theCPU,inputandoutputcards,andcommunicationcards.InordertogreatlyreducetheamountofwiringtoinputandoutputslocatedindispersedareasoftheTBMandbackupdecks,thereareanumberofremoteI/Omodules.PLC位于主控室的PLC柜中。PLC由插在兩排托架上的一些電子模塊組成。這些模塊包括電源供給，CPU，輸入，輸出卡和通信卡。為了大大減少TBM分散區(qū)域和后配套的布線量，設置了一些遠程的I/O模塊。Thesemoduleslocallyserviceinputsandoutputs,andcommunicatewiththePLCviaahighspeedcablenetwork.Thus,twotwistedpairsofwiresofthecablenetworkreplacehundredsofwiresthatwouldnormallybeneededtobringsignalsfrominputandoutputdevicestothePLC.RemoteI/OmodulesarelocatedintheHydraulicPowerUnitCabinet,theMainElectricalCabinet,andthetwoVFDcabinets.這些模塊當場處置一些輸入和輸出，并通太高速有線網(wǎng)路與PLC聯(lián)系。因此，如此的有線網(wǎng)路取代了成百上千用于傳輸輸入輸出裝置的信號到PLC的線。ThePLCrunsaprogramwrittenspecificallyforthisTBM.TheprogramiswritteninalanguageknownasLadderLogic.Thisprogramisdesignedtoexaminetheinputsandthenmakeadecisionastowhichoutputsaretobeactivated.Forinstance,theoperatormaypressthebuttontostartapump.ThePLCwillseethatthisbuttonhasbeenpressed.PLC運行專門為TBM編寫的程序。該程序用梯形邏輯語言編寫。該程序檢測輸入信息然后做出判定激活哪個輸出。例如，主司機可能按下按鈕啟動泵。PLC會檢測到該按鈕被按下。otherinputstoseeifitisoktostartthepump.Thesechecksareknownas“interlocks”andmayconsistofexaminingthatthecircuitbreakerisnottripped,thatthemotoroverloadrelayisnottripped,andthatthereissufficienthydraulicoilinthereservoir.OnlyifalloftheseinterlocksaresatisfiedwillthePLCenergizethepumpmotorstarter.但是，在PLC命令泵電機啟動器通電之前，會第一檢測一些其他的輸入信息去判定是不是能夠啟動泵。這些檢測稱為“互聯(lián)鎖”，可能包括斷路器是不是跳閘，電機超載繼電器是不是跳閘，和在油箱里面是不是有足夠的油。只有這些互聯(lián)鎖全數(shù)知足,PLC才會給泵電機啟動器通電。3-1OperatorControlPanel(QuickPanel)主司機操縱面板(快速面板)LocatedintheOperatorConsoleisavideodisplayunitknownbyitsbrandnameasthe“QuickPanel”.TheQuickPanelisoftenmistakenlythoughtofastheprimarycontrolleroftheTBM.Inreality,theQuickPanelissimplyanotherI/OdeviceasfarasthePLCisconcerned.TheQuickPaneldisplaysanumberofbuttonsonanumberofscreens.Theoperatorcantouchabuttontorequestthatagivenmachineoperationtakeplace.該面板位于主司機操縱臺，是視頻顯示裝置，其商標名為“快速面板”。快速面板常常為錯誤的以為是TBM要緊的操縱器，而事實上關于PLC而言，它僅僅是另一個簡單的I/O裝置?？焖倜姘逶谝恍┢聊簧巷@示一些按鈕，主司機觸碰按鈕發(fā)出相關的指令。Thebuttonschangecoloranddisplayoperationalstatusasvariousmachineoperationstakeplace.TheQuickPanelalsodisplaysusefulinformationconcerningthemachineoperation.Thesedisplaysincludeammeters,strokeposition,advancerate,andstatusindications.Duetothelargenumberofoperationsanddisplaysrequiredandthelimitedamountofareaonthevideodisplay,theQuickPanelisstructuredinanumberofdifferentpages.當操作指令實現(xiàn)時，按鈕會改變顏色顯示運行狀態(tài)。該面板也會顯示關于機械操作有效的信息，包括電流表，油缸行程，推動速度和狀態(tài)指示。由于要在有限的區(qū)域顯示大量的信息，快速面板可分多頁面顯示。Theoperatorcaneasilyjumpfrompagetopagewiththepressofabutton.Thepagesarelogicallyarrangedtoeachshowadifferentareaofmachinecontrol.ThefollowingsectionsofthisdocumentconsidereachpageoftheQuickPanel.主司性能夠輕松的進行頁面跳轉。不同的頁面可顯示機械不同區(qū)域的操縱。以下部份將介紹快速面板的不同頁面。NOTE:注意：Thereisoneveryimport
