APQPteamlaunchesanddevelopsnewprojects.APQP小組按客戶和APQP要求,完成工程的開發(fā)。PROCESS流程1stPhase:Plananddefinetheprogram第一階段:打算和確定工程ProgramManagerledtoorganizetheAPQPteamaftergettingtheproject.Theteammembersshouldincludesales,engineering,logistics,andquality.Ifcustomerhasspecialrequirements,APQPteamshouldincludecustomerrepresentative.工程取得客戶授權(quán)后,工程部組織成立APQP小組,工程啟動。小組中的成員包括銷售、工程、物流、質(zhì)量人員等,如客戶有特別要求,APQP小組成員應(yīng)包括客戶代表。APQPteamtaketheteammeetingandreviewsthecustomerdrawings,specification,inspection&teststandard,specialrequirements,packagespecification,fillinthe<NewprojectDevelopmentReviewReport>.Ifthereisanyquery,ProgramManagercommunicatewithcustomertoclarify,thenworkoutthe<APQPSchedule>.APQP小組召開小組會議,小組評審客戶要求,包括圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資料及相關(guān)的檢驗、試驗要求、客戶特別要求等,評審結(jié)論形成FN-AQ-008《NewprojectDevelopmentReviewReport工程開發(fā)評審表》。評審后覺察的問題點,由工程經(jīng)理與客戶溝通后澄清,并編制FN-AQ-009《Productqualityplanningsummary》。AQPdepartmentmakepreliminarybillofmaterial,processflowchart,Specialproductandprocesscharacteristics.工程部主導(dǎo)制定初始材料清單、初始過程流程圖、產(chǎn)品特別特性清單。QualitydepartmentmakeinitialControlPlan質(zhì)量部主導(dǎo)制定初始把握打算,2ndPhase:ProductDesignandDevelopment其次個階段:產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與開發(fā)DV驗證WhenMAMKshouldapplytheDVtestinChina,AQPmustgettheCTSorothercorrelationtestspecification,AQPandQualityDept.totraintheoperatorandsubmitthetestreporttoMKNA.在需要進展產(chǎn)品DV測試的時候,工程部負(fù)責(zé)獲得CTS或者相應(yīng)的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn),工程部與質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的員工。并將測試報告匯報給北美總部。ProductMoulddesignanddevelopment產(chǎn)品模具的設(shè)計和開發(fā)AQPdepartmentawarddrawings,productandmaterialspecification,specialproductandprocesscharacteristicsandetc.fromMTC.工程部從MTC獲得圖紙、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品和過程特別特性等。AQPdepartmenttoauditthemold,fixture,inspectingtoolsandfinishthedevelopment.工程部負(fù)責(zé)模具、夾具、檢具及相應(yīng)工裝的設(shè)計審查,并按打算完成模具開發(fā)和制作。AQPdepartmentmakeprototypeandverifythemoldandtooling.工程部負(fù)責(zé)初始工裝樣件加工,模具工裝驗收。AQPandqualitydepartmentshouldidentifynewequipment,toolingandfacilitiesrequirements,TheAPQPteamshouldtracktheprogress,andensurethenewequipment,tooling,testequipmentsandfacilitiesarecapableandreadybeforepre-launch.工程部和質(zhì)量部應(yīng)依據(jù)產(chǎn)品/工程的實際需要,提出設(shè)備、工裝和試驗設(shè)備的需求,跟蹤其進度,并在試生產(chǎn)前準(zhǔn)時完成。Forpurchasedparts,engineeringdepartmentleadtodefinePPAPlevelsandrequirements,andsourcepropersuppliers.對于外購件,工程以及質(zhì)量部主導(dǎo)定義PPAP等級和要求,查找適宜的供給商。IfCustomerrequire,QualitydepartmentleadtomakePre-launchcontrolplan.客戶要求時,質(zhì)量部制定樣件把握打算。APQPteamsignsTS-402.04<Teamfeasibilitycommitment〉andsubmitstocustomerifneeded.Ifcustomerhasrequirements,pleasefollowcustomer”sformat.APQP小組制定FN-AQ-002《小組可行性承諾》,如需要提交客戶。如客戶有要求,則按客戶規(guī)定的報告形式進展。3rdPhase:Processdesignanddevelopment第三階段:過程設(shè)計開發(fā)階段APQPteamimplementfollowtheprojectplan:APQP小組依據(jù)打算開展以下工作:AQPdepartmentmakebillofmaterial,processflowchart,Characteristicsmatrix,andleadAPQPteamtodoFMEAandupdateifnecessary,error-proofplan.工程部制定材料清單、過程流程圖、特性矩陣圖,組織小組分析每一過程的潛在失效模PFEMA,防呆打算。AQPdepartmentmakepackagespecificationandgetcustomerapprovalifnecessary.工程部制定包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn),需要時提交客戶批準(zhǔn)認(rèn)可。PurchaseorAQPdeterminesthesupplierandpurchasematerial;asksuppliersubmitsamplesanddataasPPAP.選購或工程確定供給商,選購材料,安排外發(fā)供給商,要求供給商按PPAP要求提交樣品和資料。Qualitydepartmentapprovesupplier”sPPAP.0質(zhì)量部批準(zhǔn)供給商PPAP0AQPdepartmentmakethefloorlayout.ProductionDepartmenttoarrangeoperator.工程部負(fù)責(zé)場地規(guī)劃、布局,生產(chǎn)部負(fù)責(zé)人員安排。QualitydepartmentleadtomakePre-launchcontrolplan.質(zhì)量部組織APQP小組制定試生產(chǎn)把握打算。AQPandQualitydepartmentmakeworkingandinspectioninstruction.工程和質(zhì)量部制定作業(yè)、檢驗指導(dǎo)書。QualitydepartmentmakeMeasurementsystemanalysisplanandAQPtodefinethespecialcharacteristiclist。質(zhì)量部制定測量系統(tǒng)分析的打算,工程部制定特別特性清單。APQPteamcallmeetingforpre-launch,reviewthefollowingitemsandissuepre-launchplan.APQP小組召集試生產(chǎn)預(yù)備會議,解決以下問題,公布試生產(chǎn)打算:ThematerialsarereadyandinspectOK.試生產(chǎn)所需材料預(yù)備狀態(tài),數(shù)量,檢測合格。Themouldarereadyandcapable,thesamplesareOK.模具工裝驗收合格,初始樣品合格,工裝符合批量生產(chǎn)要求。EquipmentsandtestdeviceshavebeenreadyandnewequipmentsareverifiedOK.設(shè)備、檢驗試驗設(shè)備狀態(tài),設(shè)備是否合格驗收。Layoutisreadyandprepareforenoughconveycases.生產(chǎn)場地依據(jù)批量生產(chǎn)要求布置,配備了足夠的周轉(zhuǎn)器具,如料箱、料架等。Peoplearereadyandhavebeentrainedandverified.人員配置狀態(tài),操作人員和檢驗人員經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)且經(jīng)過驗證。Workingandinspectioninstructionshavebeenready.作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、檢驗指導(dǎo)書等文件已經(jīng)發(fā)行。4thPhase:ProductandProcessvalidation第四階段:產(chǎn)品和過程確認(rèn)階段QualityandAQPtofinishthePVtestusingthesamplesoftrialrunandProgramManagerfinishtheADVP&R,SubmittoCustomerandgettheengineeringapproval質(zhì)量以及工程部使用試生產(chǎn)后的產(chǎn)品進展PV試驗,試驗完成并合格后,工程經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)整理成ADVP&R報告,并遞交資料給客戶獲得產(chǎn)品的工程認(rèn)可APQPteamsolvethepotentialproblemshappenedinmassproductioninthepre-launch,andupdateallofrelateddocumentstosendcustomertoapprove.APQP小組在試生產(chǎn)過程中解決可能在批量生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生的全部問題,并更全部相關(guān)文件為生產(chǎn)狀態(tài),最終形成PPAP文件包并遞交客戶ProductiondepartmentmakePPAPsamplesaccordingtothepre-launchplan.生產(chǎn)部依據(jù)試生產(chǎn)打算,生產(chǎn)PPAP樣件。AQPevaluatethecapability.工程部完成產(chǎn)能評估。Qualitydepartmentinspectandtestandcollectqualitystatusinthepre-launch.質(zhì)量部依據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙進展產(chǎn)品檢測和試驗。QualitydepartmentmakeMeasurementsystemanalysisandPreliminaryprocesscapability質(zhì)量部進展測量系統(tǒng)力氣和初始過程力氣爭論。AQPteamchecksthepackage.AQP部評估包裝方案。APQPteamevaluatesthePPAPpartsandpre-launchprocessthenprovidesissuesandactionplan.APQP小組評估PPAP產(chǎn)品和試生產(chǎn)過程,同時依據(jù)試生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),提出問題及相應(yīng)的解決方案。APQPteamupdatedocumentsandAQPdepartmentmakethePPAPdocumentsfold,APQP小組更質(zhì)量籌劃文件,工程部整理PPAP文件包.oAQPsendsamplesandPPAPdocumentsfoldtocustomero工程部將樣品和PPAP文件遞交給客戶。CustomerapprovesPPAPandproductsenterintomassproduction.客戶批準(zhǔn)PPAP,進入批量生產(chǎn)。5thPhase:MassProduction第五階段:批量生產(chǎn)階段UsecontrolplanandSPCtoevaluateproductandcontinualimprovingtomeetcustomerrequirements.正式量產(chǎn)時運用把握打算及SPC工具,評估產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,持續(xù)改進,以滿足客戶需求。Reducedvariation:Qualitydepartmentleadtousecontrolchartsandotherstatisticaltechniquestoidentifyprocessvariationandtakecorrectiveactiontoreducethevariation.削減變差:質(zhì)量部主導(dǎo)各部門使用把握圖和其它統(tǒng)計技術(shù)識別過程變差,實行訂正措施削減變差。Customersatisfaction:Weandcustomershouldbepartnersinmakingthechangesnecessarytocorrectdeficienciestoachievecustomersatisfaction.顧客滿足:與客戶合作,執(zhí)行必要的變更,訂正缺乏之處,改進客戶滿足度。Deliveryandservice:Indeliveryan
