雅思閱讀推斷題如何備考?

推斷題題型特點(diǎn)

雅思閱讀推斷題每一套題中都會(huì)消失,而且頻率不低于兩次,所以烤鴨們要好好備考。推斷題常見的形式一般為“TRUE/FALSE/NOTGIVEN”,還有一種形式為“YES/NO/NOTGIVEN”,不過不常見??荚嚨臅r(shí)候大家留意一下,不要講TRUE寫成了YES,造成失分。

一般來說,推斷題假如有三道題目,那么一般這三種狀況會(huì)各占一種;假如有四道題目,那么一般TRUE重復(fù)的可能性最大;假如有六七道題目,那么一般每種狀況會(huì)消失兩次。這些規(guī)律大家只可參考,考試的時(shí)候還是根據(jù)原文和選項(xiàng)的描述來進(jìn)行有效推斷。

做題技巧

一、TRUE的推斷技巧:

1.題目還是原文的同義表達(dá)

原文:IntheUnitedStatesandCanada,murderratesdoubled10to15yearsafter

theintroductionoftelevision,afterthefirstTVgenerationgrewup.

題目:ThereweremoremurdersinCanadaafterpeoplebeganwatchingTV.

分析:double是more的詳細(xì)體現(xiàn),afterpeoplebeganwatchingTV與afterintroductionoftelevision為同義替換

2.題目是原文的歸納總結(jié)

原文:Amonglacierflowsabout10inchesperdayinthesummerand5inchesperdayinthewinter.

題目:Glaciersnormallymoveatarateofabout5to10inchesaday.

分析:題目是對原文的一些歸納總結(jié)

二、FALSE的推斷技巧:

1.直接相反

原文:Aspeciesbeesextinctwhenthelastindividualdies.

題目:Aspeciesissaidtobeextinctwhenthelastindividualexists.

分析:前面的家最都一樣,只有dies和exists完全相反。

2.原文是多個(gè)并列(both,and,or,also),而題目中是必需或者只有(must,only)

原文:Virtuallyallof3500researchstudiesonthesubjectinthepast40yearshaveshownthesamerelationship.

題目:OnlyonestudyhasfoundaconnectionbetweenTVandviolentbehavior.

分析:一般肯定性表達(dá)都是錯(cuò)的,此處消失3500researchstudies與theonly沖突。

3.原文是某種理論或者是感覺,比如theory,feel等,而題目是事實(shí)或已經(jīng)被證明,常有fact或者prove等詞。

原文:Theprofessorfeels/guessesthatH7N9cantransmitfrompeopletopeople.

題目:TheprofessorprovesthatH7N9cantransmitamongthepeople.

分析:明顯,feels/guesses與proves是程度不同的詞匯。

三、NOTGIVEN的推斷技巧

1.題目內(nèi)容在原文完全或者部分未提到

原文:IntheUnitedStatesandCanada,murderratesdoubled10to15yearsaftertheintroductionoftelevision,afterthefirstTVgenerationgrewup.

題目:TheUnitedStateshasmoreviolenceonTVthanothercountries.

分析:文中消失美國犯罪率高的定位僅此一處,只是自身翻倍,并沒有與其他國家的對比。

2.主題動(dòng)作發(fā)生的時(shí)間段不一樣,導(dǎo)致主題信息無法推斷。

原文:CenterwalltestedthispatterninSouthAfrica,wheretelevisionbroadcastswerebanneduntil1975.

題目:TVwasintroducedinSouthAfricainthe1940s.

分析:對于南非的電視狀況只有禁播,沒有提到引入的相關(guān)信息

3.兩個(gè)事物在題目中是比較關(guān)系,而原文只提到其中任何一部分。

題目:Publiccollegescostlessthanprivatecolleges.

原文:…afull-timestudentatapublicfour-yearcollegepaysanaverageof$8,655forin-statetuition,roomandboard.Afull-timestudentinapublictwo-yearcollegepaysanaverageof$1,359peryearintuition.

分析:題目中比較的是公立學(xué)校和私立學(xué)校學(xué)費(fèi),但是文中比較的是2兩年制和4年制公立學(xué)校費(fèi)用的比較。
