講評本篇書面題目中既有柱形圖又有餅狀圖，因此在描述圖表所反映的內容時，既要注意柱形圖的柱形的高度，并由此判斷事物的動態(tài)發(fā)展趨勢，又要注意弄清餅狀圖中部分與整體、部分與部分之間的相互關系。整個表達只需要包括下列內容：圖表1中從事四項活動人數(shù)所占的比例；圖表2中四個數(shù)據(jù)所反映的情況，從而得出某種結論以及個人的建議。表達中所用的時態(tài)為一般現(xiàn)在時。第一步審題通過審題抓住主要數(shù)據(jù)反映的主要問題即所要表達的要點：圖表1
