1、建設(shè)規(guī)模:湛港石碼頭有限責(zé)任公司年度維安排中屬設(shè)維、腐、溫等方面全部維項目,以及固定資產(chǎn)資項目部分中小型改造項目設(shè)、腐、溫等全部施內(nèi)容;

2、建設(shè)資金:概算500萬元人民幣;

3、工程內(nèi)容:石油化工的調(diào)備,輸油管道,安防、環(huán)保設(shè)施的技術(shù)改造和更新?lián)Q代等工作內(nèi)容。

4、建設(shè)地點:湛江港石化碼頭有限公司庫區(qū)及碼頭。

崗位職責(zé):

1、檢查承包人質(zhì)量、平安、環(huán)保等措施的落實狀況,是否按經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的開工報告執(zhí)行。

2、按規(guī)定組織下屬人員進(jìn)行旁站,并做好旁站記錄。

3、做好監(jiān)理日記、臺賬,剛好整理監(jiān)理資料。

4、總監(jiān)理工程師、監(jiān)理工程師交辦的其他工作。

5、負(fù)責(zé)溝通協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)主與施工單位的各項事宜。

崗位要求:

1、工程類或石油化工類相關(guān)專業(yè),水運(yùn)監(jiān)理相關(guān)行業(yè)閱歷,中級職稱以上擁有監(jiān)理工程師資格證書者優(yōu)先;
