第四章 飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)修理要求

STRUCTURALREPAIRREQUIREMENTS一、 ClassificationsofRepairs修理等級(jí)1、 TherearetwoclassificationsofrepairsinthisSRM:在SRM中修理分為兩個(gè)等級(jí)：RepairsthathavebeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetolerancecapabilityandareclassifiedasCategoryA,B,orCrepairs.已經(jīng)過(guò)損傷容限評(píng)估的修理分為A,B,C類。RepairsthathavenotbeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetolerancecapabilityandareclassifiedasPermanent,InterimorTime-LimitedRepairs.未經(jīng)過(guò)損傷容限評(píng)估的修理分為永久，臨時(shí)或限時(shí)修理。2、 Thedefinitionsofthedifferentcategoriesofdamagetolerantrepairsareasfollows:CategoryARepair:ApermanentrepairforwhichtheinspectionsgivenintheBaselineZonalInspection(BZI)aresufficientandnootheractionsarenecessary.A類修理：BZI檢查充分并且不必進(jìn)行其它步驟的永久性修理。CategoryBRepair:Apermanentrepairforwhichsupplementalinspectionsarenecessaryatthespecifiedthresholdandrepeatintervals.B類修理：在特定容限和重復(fù)周期中需要額外檢查而進(jìn)行的永久性修理。CategoryCRepair:Atime-limitedrepairwhichmustbereplacedorreworkedwithinaspecifiedtimelimit.Alsosupplementalinspectionscanbenecessaryataspecifiedthresholdandrepeatinterval.C類修理：在指定時(shí)間內(nèi)必須更換或進(jìn)行的限時(shí)修理。在特定容限和重復(fù)周期中也需要額外檢查。3、Thedefinitionsofthedifferenttypesofrepairsthathavenotbeenevaluatedandanalyzedfordamagetoleranceareasfollows:未經(jīng)過(guò)損傷容限評(píng)估的修理的定義如下：PermanentRepair:Arepairwherenoactionisnecessary,excepttheoperator’sncmairitenance.永久性修理：除了常規(guī)維修以外不需其他步驟的修理。InterimRepair:Arepairthathasthenecessarystructuralstrengthandcouldstayontheairplaneindefinitely.Therepairmustbeinspectedatspecifiedintervalsandreplacedifdeteriorationisdetectedordamageisfound.臨時(shí)修理：該修理能達(dá)到必要的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度，但失效時(shí)間不確定。必須在指定的周期內(nèi)檢查并且在發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)退化和損傷時(shí)予以更換。Time-LimitedRepair:Arepairthathasthenecessarystructuralstrengthbutdoesnothavesufficientdurability.Thisrepairmustbereplacedafteraspecifiedtime,usuallygivenasanumberofflightcycles,flighthoursoracalendartime.限時(shí)修理：該修理能達(dá)到必要的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度但沒(méi)有足夠的耐久力。必須在指定的時(shí)間（飛行次數(shù)，飛行小時(shí)或者公歷日）后予以更換。4、ProcessDiagramofClassificationsofRepairs修理等級(jí)劃分步驟二、 AerodynamicSmoothnessRequirements氣動(dòng)光滑要求1、The737airplanerequiresanaerodynamicallycleanshapeandsmoothexteriorforhighperformance.Unrepaireddamage,unfilleddentsorrepairswhichchangetheshapeorroughenthesurfacewillbereflectedinreducedperformance.Everyeffortshouldbemadetomaintainoriginalcontourandexteriorsurfacesmoothness.Exteriorsurfaceaerodynamicsmoothnessisclassifiedintwocategories:criticalandnoncritical.SeeTableI(CriticalAndNoncriticalAreas)andSeeFigure4-2(AerodynamicSmoothness-CriticalAreas)為滿足其高性能，737飛機(jī)必須有潔凈光滑的氣動(dòng)外形。任何改變飛機(jī)外形或使其表面變粗糙的未經(jīng)修理的損傷，未填補(bǔ)的凹坑都會(huì)導(dǎo)致飛機(jī)性能的下降。在修理中，應(yīng)最大限度地保持飛機(jī)原始輪廓和外表面光滑度。2、飛機(jī)外表面按氣動(dòng)光滑要求可分為關(guān)鍵區(qū)域和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域兩類。請(qǐng)參照TableI(氣動(dòng)光滑關(guān)鍵和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域)和Figure4-2(氣動(dòng)光滑關(guān)鍵區(qū)域)CriticalAreasFuselagenosetotheframeatfuselagestation663.75WingupperandlowersurfacesfromleadingedgetorearsparcenterlineandaileronareasNacelleandpylonareasVerticalstabilizer,rightandleftsurfaces,fromleadingedgetocenterlineofrearspar,andrudder.Horizontalstabilizer,upperandlowersurfaces,fromleadingedgetocenterlineofrearspar,andelevatorNoncriticalAreasAllotherexteriorsurfacesoftheairplaneareconsideredasnoncriticalCriticalAndNoncriticalAreas氣動(dòng)光滑關(guān)鍵和非關(guān)鍵區(qū)域TableICRITICALAREAHIGHDECREEOFAERIOOTNAH￡CES5REGUEREDAerodynamicSmoothness-CriticalAreas氣動(dòng)光滑關(guān)鍵區(qū)域Figure4-2三、 SymmetryAndIncidenceCheck對(duì)稱性和安裝角檢查1、ThesymmetryandIncidencecheckisaprocedurethatcomparesdifferencesinmeasurementsmadeoneachsideoftheairplane.Thischeckprocedurewillaidinevaluatingstructuraldeformationsthatmayhaveoccurredontheairplane.對(duì)稱性和安裝角檢查是比較飛機(jī)兩邊的相應(yīng)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)。日的是評(píng)估可能已經(jīng)發(fā)生的結(jié)構(gòu)變形。2、 Symmetryandincidencechecksshouldbemadeifstructuraldeformationissuspectedafterhardlandings,severeflightmaneuvers,unsatisfactoryin-flightoperation,orafterrepairstomajorstructuralcomponents.在下列情況下應(yīng)進(jìn)行對(duì)稱性和安裝角檢查：重著陸后懷疑發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)變形，劇烈地飛行機(jī)動(dòng)，不正確地飛行操縱或者飛機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)部件修理之后。3、 Asymmetrycheckcomparesaseriesofsymmetricalmeasurementstakenontheairplane.Eachmeasurementistakenbetweentwoselectedpointsontheleftsideoftheairplaneandcomparedtoameasurementthatisoppositeontherightsideoftheairplane.對(duì)稱性檢查對(duì)比飛機(jī)左右兩邊選定點(diǎn)的一系列的測(cè)量數(shù)值。4、 Anincidencecheckcomparesanglesofincidenceatcorrespondinglocationsontheleftandrightsideoftheairplanewingandhorizontalstabilizer.安裝角檢查檢查飛機(jī)左右機(jī)翼和水平尾翼相應(yīng)位置的安裝角度。四、SupportOfAirplaneForRepa修理工作中的飛機(jī)支撐SeeFigure4-3forLocationofJackSupportsandSupplementarySupports.頂升和輔助支撐位置請(qǐng)參照Figure4-3NOTES[lfmAWILEJIRI1JftCKIMSMINTJACKETF她WHEF"65539叵FR]M#fiVJJIC^CNGP03HTLGCAT1MS袖機(jī)禮H Akpj^tKJkSSUWORT3hFC
