在線實(shí)習(xí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。費(fèi)德里科最喜歡的網(wǎng)站是SimplyHired，因?yàn)檫@家網(wǎng)站支持實(shí)習(xí)生們按照地理位置進(jìn)行搜索。她說(shuō)：“實(shí)習(xí)生們可以進(jìn)行多重搜索，還可以訂閱每日郵件提醒，包括與搜索標(biāo)準(zhǔn)匹配的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。或者，求職者可以按公司名稱，有針對(duì)性地搜索自己最中意的公司提供的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)?！?/p>

分類廣告網(wǎng)站Craigslist。費(fèi)德里科說(shuō)：“沒(méi)錯(cuò)，就是Craigslist。雖然這個(gè)網(wǎng)站上的許多海報(bào)都不夠完善，但學(xué)生們經(jīng)常能從上面找到不錯(cuò)的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，尤其是規(guī)模較小的公司提供的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。”

充分利用親戚朋友構(gòu)成的關(guān)系網(wǎng)。費(fèi)德里科說(shuō)：“通過(guò)鄰居、親戚，甚至好友的父母，我的許多學(xué)生都找到了很好的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)?！笔紫葟呐c他們交流開(kāi)始，然后再向外拓展，聯(lián)系你就讀大學(xué)的校友。

目標(biāo)公司。如果你特別期望能在一家公司工作，可以查看一下它的招聘頁(yè)面，其中可能會(huì)列出實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。費(fèi)德里科建議：“如果目前尚沒(méi)有什么機(jī)會(huì)，可以發(fā)一份簡(jiǎn)歷和一封求職信，表達(dá)自己對(duì)未來(lái)潛在機(jī)會(huì)的興趣。之后，要保持與人力資源部的聯(lián)系。甚至可以考慮自己設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。雇主肯定會(huì)喜歡你的積極性，而且如果在暑假期間能多一個(gè)幫手，大部分公司都會(huì)表示歡迎。”

如果你嘗試過(guò)上述所有途徑，卻依然未能成功，或者你不想（像多數(shù)實(shí)習(xí)崗位一樣）將整個(gè)暑假都花在沒(méi)有報(bào)酬的臨時(shí)工作上，又該怎么辦？事實(shí)上，就算如此，也并非無(wú)路可走。美國(guó)大學(xué)與雇主協(xié)會(huì)（NationalAssociationofCollegesandEmployers）招聘信息經(jīng)理安德里亞·孔茨說(shuō)：“80%的雇主在審核應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生的簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)，會(huì)尋找能證明領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的履歷。此外，75%的招聘經(jīng)理們則會(huì)注重求職者解決問(wèn)題的能力。”

所以，如果沒(méi)有實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，就要千方百計(jì)積累以上其中一個(gè)方面或者兩方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。賈森·萊文說(shuō)：“暑假能當(dāng)上救生員當(dāng)然很好。但是，如果能管理一個(gè)救生員小分隊(duì)就更好了。關(guān)鍵在于，這樣可以證明，在課堂之外，你也可以承擔(dān)起其他方面的責(zé)任?！?/p>
