'texceedtheallowablevalueintheregulations.箱內(nèi)設(shè)備需進行仔細檢查,并進行電氣絕緣試驗。Checktheequipmentsincabinetsandboxes,andcarryoutelectricalinsulationtest。封閉母線安裝:IPBinstallation母線吊裝的順序,根據(jù)坐標及相序,從發(fā)電機端開始向主變方向延伸。ThesequenceofIPBinstallationisfromthegeneratortothemaintransformeraccordingtothecoordinateandphasesequence.由于封母為鋁質(zhì),且外殼與導體間用絕緣子支撐,在吊裝、拖運、就位時應(yīng)有保護措施,防止母線變形、損壞。Duringhandling,transportationandpositioning,thereshallbeproperprotectedtopreventfromanydeformationanddamage.吊裝就位后,進行中心位置的調(diào)整,以達到設(shè)計要求。Afterpositioning,toadjustthecentertothedesignrequirement.調(diào)整之后,即進行母線的固定和段口的連接。確保各接口處、三相短路鋁排、穿墻板、PT柜處安裝尺寸的正確。一般封閉母線的內(nèi)臨時支撐只有在內(nèi)母線連接完畢后方可拆除。Afteradjustment,tocarryoutbusbarfixingandconnection.Toensureinstallationdimensionofalljoints,3-phaseshortcircuitaluminiumbar,wallthroughplateandPTcabinettobecorrect.Theinnertemporarysupportshallberemovedonlyaftertheinnerbusbarconnectioncomplete.母線的連接分硬連接和軟連接(硬連接:抱瓦焊接;軟連接:鋁波汶管及軟連接板焊接;可拆連接:橡膠波汶管、軟連接板及導電連接板螺接)應(yīng)注意橡膠波汶管密封的嚴密性,同時在密封面上均勻涂兩層密封膠。Theconnectionofbusbarincludeshard,flexibleconnectionanddisconnectlink.(hardjointing:tobeconnectedbyholdingtiles;flexiblejointing:beconnectedbyaluminiumripplepipeandflexiblejointers;disconnectlink:beboltconnectedbyrubbercorrugationtube,flexiblejointersandflexiblejointers)theairtightofcorrugationtubeshallbeconcernedandtwolayersofsealingglueshallbecoatedonthesurface.母線與兩端設(shè)備一般采用銅軟連接,母線安裝后暫時不宜安裝,待所有試驗結(jié)束后再行連接。Thecoppersoftconnectionbetweenbusbarandequipmentsshouldn'tbeinstalledtillalleletricaltestscompleted.母線焊接:busbarwelding6.261母線采用MIG氬弧焊焊接，焊接人員須持有有效的氬弧焊工證。開工前須將焊接試件送檢,經(jīng)PMC及監(jiān)理確認后方可正式施焊。Theargonarcweldingisappliedandtheweldershallholdthevalidcertificate.ThetestpiecesshallbetestedandapprovedbyPMCandsupervisionengineersbeforeformalwelding.6.262母線焊接所用的焊絲，焊絲應(yīng)有合格證，使用前方可打開焊絲包裝，以防止焊絲被氧化.Theweldingwireforbusbarshallhavequalitycertificate,andthepackageshallbeopenedonlybeforeweldingtopreventfromoxidation.焊接作業(yè)不可在大風及有雨的環(huán)境下進行。Theweldingshallnotbecarriedoutunderwindyandrainyclimate.本工程焊接均為搭接式。焊接前應(yīng)將母線及抱瓦搭接處兩側(cè)表面 312mmandenclosureholdingtiles37mm;1weldingwireHS30.10母線導體機外殼的連接工作須服從廠家人員的指導。Manufacture'sinstructionshallbefollowedforbusbarandenclosureconnection.微正壓裝置安裝:從空氣壓縮裝置到微正壓裝置的連接工作須在熱工工程師的監(jiān)督和指導之下完成。所有連接完畢后,根據(jù)說明書進行調(diào)試和充氣,并盡量早的投入使用。ConnectionfromtheinstrumentheadertotheAirpressurizationdeviceshallbemadeundersupervisionofresponsibleI&Cengineer.WhentheConnectionisfinished,adjusttheparametersandfilltheIPBupaccordingtothemanual.Toensurethatitbeputintouseearlier .清理和試驗:母線安裝完畢后,應(yīng)進行徹底的清掃,并對設(shè)備做氣密性試驗、電氣絕緣耐壓試驗。Cleaningandtesting:afterinstallationofbusbar,cleaningshallbedone,thenairtighttestandelectricalinsulationvoltageresistancetestshallbecarriedout.待發(fā)電機、變壓器等設(shè)備試驗后安裝伸縮節(jié)。連接時緊固螺栓時應(yīng)使用力矩扳手,其值應(yīng)符合設(shè)計或規(guī)范規(guī)定。Aftertestingofgeneratorandtransformeretc,theflexpiecesshallbeinstalled.Thefasteningofboltsshallbedonebytorchspanneratadesignedorrequiredvalue.6．3成品保護措施Productsprotectionmeasures為防止損傷母線,吊裝母線應(yīng)使用尼龍吊帶,嚴禁直接鋼絲繩吊裝母線。Nylonslingsshallbeusedtoliftthebusbar,andwireropeisnotallowed.為防止碰傷母線和其它設(shè)備,吊裝母線時應(yīng)加牽引繩。Thetagginglineshallbeusedtopreventequipmentsfromanydamage.由于封母為鋁質(zhì),且外殼與導體間用絕緣子支撐,較易變形和損壞,在運輸、搬運、吊裝時,要采用墊橡膠墊、加麻包、用尼龍吊繩等保護措施,確保設(shè)備的完好。Duringtransportation,handling
