elessthan10mmandtheverticalitydeviationofthedrillingtowershallbelessthan1%.4、造漿：4.Mudmaking:根據(jù)地層情況采用正循環(huán)鉆法成，一般采用地層自造漿護(hù)壁。當(dāng)遇到砂層時(shí)，采用膨潤(rùn)土〔保持泥漿比重為1.1-1.15g/cm3〕造漿護(hù)壁成。地層土質(zhì)松散時(shí)，泥漿應(yīng)高于地面。Accordingtothestratumlayer,normalcirculationdrillingmethodshallbeusedforboreforming.Normally,thenativemudisusedforwallretaining.Whensandlayerisencountered,bentoniteshallbeusedformud(keepingthemudweightis1.10~1.15.)makingandboreforming.Whenthesoilisloose,themudinsidetheboreshallbehigherthantheground.5、鉆井5.Drilling鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中要隨時(shí)觀(guān)察泥漿的流損變化，水的補(bǔ)充要泥漿的流損情況及時(shí)調(diào)整，一般應(yīng)保持泥漿液面不低于井口下1米，當(dāng)鉆遇砂層，泥漿大量流失時(shí)，應(yīng)加大補(bǔ)水量，并投入適量的膨潤(rùn)土形成一定粘度的泥漿以控制沖洗液漏失，防止塌事故。在以粘土為主的地層中鉆井時(shí)，由于鉆井自造漿較稠，鉆進(jìn)效率低，此時(shí)可排走一局部泥漿，補(bǔ)充清水，調(diào)整泥漿密度到適宜狀態(tài)。鉆進(jìn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)塌、斜時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)處理?？s時(shí)應(yīng)經(jīng)常提動(dòng)鉆具修擴(kuò)壁，每次沖擊時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，防止卡鉆。Intheprocessofdrilling,attentionshallbealwayspaidtotheflowinglossofmud.Thewatermakeupandmudflowinglossshallbetimelyadjusted.Ingeneral,themudshallbekeptatalevelnotlowerthanthewellheadby1m.Whensandlayerisencounteredandgreatamountofmudflowsoff,greatamountofwatershallbemadeupandproperamountofbentoniteshallbeputintoestablishthemudofacertainviscosity,controltheleakageofflushingfluidandpreventtheborecollapseaccident.Whendrillinginthestratumthatismainlyformedbyclay,becausenativeslurryofthewellisthickandtheefficiencyofdrillingislow,inthiscasesomemudcanbedischargedandcleanwatershallreplenishedtoadjustthemuddensitytoaproperstate.Borecollapseandinclinationduringdrillingshallbetimelytreated.Incaseofshrinkagecavity,thedrillingtoolshallbefrequentlyliftedupforrepairingandexpandingtheborewall.Thetimeofeachpercussionshallnotbetoolong,soastopreventjamming.6、換漿6.Mudfluiddisplacement鉆至設(shè)計(jì)深度后〔一般應(yīng)大于設(shè)計(jì)深度的0.5m～1.0m〕，將鉆頭提高0.5m左右并加清水稀釋?zhuān)钡侥酀{密度接近1.05g/cm3，粘度為18～20s?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀(guān)察一般以換漿后泥漿不染手為準(zhǔn)。替漿過(guò)程中，應(yīng)按排泥漿的清運(yùn)或排放工作。Afterdrillingtothedesigndepth(normallydeeperthanthedesigndepthby0.5m~1.0m),thedrillingbitshallbeupliftedbyabout0.5mandcleanwatershallbeaddedfordilutiontillthedensityofmudreaches1.05g/cm3andtheviscosityis18~20s.Forfieldobservation,thecriteriaisthatthemuddoesnotadheretohandsafterdisplacement.Duringdisplacement,mudremovalordischargeshallbearranged.7、下管7.Pipeplacement①、檢查井管有無(wú)殘缺、斷裂及彎曲情況。①Checkwhetherthewellpipeisdamaged,brokenandbent.②、在波紋管外側(cè)鉆，徑不小于20mm并在波紋管外包60目濾網(wǎng)不少于2層。②Drillboresoutsidethecorrugatedpipe.Theborediametershallbenotlessthan20mm,andtheoutsideofthecorrugatedpipeshallbewrappedwith60-meshstrainerbynotlessthan2courses.③、使井管居于井正中，防止傾斜，并固定。③Putthewellpipeatthecenterofthewellbore,avoidinclinationandfixit.④、下降第二節(jié)井管時(shí)，注意連接的公母接口，動(dòng)作要輕緩，不能猛降猛放。④Whenplacingthesecondsectionofthewellpipe,attentionshouldbepaidtotheconnectionofthemaleandfemaleinterfaces.Whiledoingthejob,theactionshallbelightandslow,avoidingsuddenplacement.⑤、井管安放應(yīng)力求垂直并位于井中間；管頂部比自然地面高500mm左右。井管過(guò)濾局部應(yīng)放置在含水層適當(dāng)?shù)膰?。⑤Wellpipeplacementshouldbeverticalandlocatedinthemiddleofthewellasfaraspossible;thepipetopshallbehigherthanthenaturalgroundbyabout500mm.Thefiltersectionofthewellpipeshouldbeplacedintheproperrangeoftheaquifer.8、填料8.Fillingmaterial①、安裝完井管后，在無(wú)砂濾水井管外側(cè)與井壁之間填礫料。①Afterinstallingthewellpipe,gravelmaterialshallbefilledbetweentheouterwallofthefilter-freepipeandthewellwall.②、礫料應(yīng)緩慢填入，防止沖歪井管，一次不可填入過(guò)多。接近井口1.50m處，用粘土封，以防地面水、雨水流入。②Thegravelmaterialshouldbeslowlyfilledtopreventdeflectionofthewellpipeduetoflushing.Thefillingshouldnotbetoomushinonetime.Whenitisnearthewellhead,clayshallbeusedforshut-in,soastopreventthesurfacewaterandrainwaterfromin-flowing.③、井管下入后，及時(shí)在井管與土壁間填充砂礫填料。粒徑應(yīng)大于濾網(wǎng)的徑，一般為3～8mm的細(xì)礫。砂礫濾料必須符合級(jí)配要求，將設(shè)計(jì)砂礫上、下限以外的顆粒篩除，合格率要大于90%，雜質(zhì)含量不大于3%；填料要一次連續(xù)完成。③Afterplacingthewellpipe,timelyfillsandandgravelbetweenthewellpipeandthesoilwall.Theparticlesizeofgravelshouldbelargerthanthefiltermeshdiameter,anditisgenerally3to8mmfinegravel.Gravelfiltermaterialmustmeetthegradationrequirements.Theparticleslargerthantheupperlimitorsmallerthanthelowerlimitofthedesigngravelsizeshallbescreenedoff.Therateofconformityshallbehigherthan90%andtheinclusioncontentshallnotbemorethan3%.Fillingshallbepletedinonetimecontinuously.9、洗井9.Wellflushing成井后，用污水泵反復(fù)進(jìn)展恢復(fù)性抽洗。洗井應(yīng)在成井4小時(shí)進(jìn)展，以免時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，影響滲水效果。洗井后可進(jìn)展試驗(yàn)性抽水，確定單井出水量及水位降低能否滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。Afterthewellisformed,thesewagepumpshallbeusedtorepeatedlyperformrestorativepumpingandflushing.Wellflushingshallbeperformedwithin4hafterthewellisformed,soastoavoidbeingleftasidetoolongandaffectingtheseepageeffect.Afterthewellflushing,testpumpingshallbeperformedtodeterminewhetherthedischargeofsinglewellandtheloweringofopticallevelcanmeetthedesignrequirements.10、安裝抽水控制線(xiàn)路10.Installationofpumpingcontrolpipeline潛水泵在安裝前，應(yīng)對(duì)水泵本身和控制系統(tǒng)作一次全面細(xì)致的檢查。檢驗(yàn)電動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)向，各部位螺栓是否擰緊，潤(rùn)滑油是否加足，電纜接頭的封口有無(wú)松動(dòng)，電纜線(xiàn)有無(wú)破壞折斷等情況，然后在地面上轉(zhuǎn)3～5min，如無(wú)問(wèn)題，始可放入井中使用。深井安設(shè)潛水電泵，可用繩索吊入濾水層部位，上部應(yīng)與井管口固定。潛水電動(dòng)機(jī)、電纜及接頭應(yīng)有可靠的絕緣，每臺(tái)泵應(yīng)配置一個(gè)控制開(kāi)關(guān)。主電源線(xiàn)路沿深井排水管路設(shè)置。安裝完畢應(yīng)進(jìn)展試抽水，滿(mǎn)足要求后始轉(zhuǎn)入正常工作。Beforeinstallingthesubmersiblepump,thepumpitselfandthecontrolsystemshallbesubjecttoaprehensiveanddetailedinspection.Thefollowingchecksshallbemade,suchastherotationdirectionofmotor,whethertheboltsatvariousplacesaretightened,whetherlubricantisfullyadded,whetherthecableconnectionsealisloose,whetherthecablesaredamagedorbroken,etc.Afterthechecks,runthepumponthegroundfor3～5min.Itcanbeputintothewellonlyifitisingoodcondition.Forinstallingsubmersiblepumpinsideadeepwell,thepumpmaybeliftedtofiltrationbedlevelwithropesandthepumptopshallbefixedtothewellhead.Thesubmersiblemotor,cableandjointshallbeprovidedwithreliableinsulationandeachpumpshallbeequippedwithacontrolswitch.Themainpowersupplylineshallbearrangedalongthedrainagepipeline.Afterinstallation,trialpumpingshallbeperformedanditshallbetransferredtonormaloperationaftersatisfyingtherequirements.四、降水過(guò)程的控制IV.Controlofthedrawdownprocess1、在正式降水前應(yīng)作抽水試驗(yàn)，以驗(yàn)證案的可行性，根據(jù)抽水試驗(yàn)結(jié)果選擇泵的揚(yáng)程流量，基坑開(kāi)挖前至停頓抽水時(shí)止，每天對(duì)地下水位進(jìn)展觀(guān)測(cè)記錄，調(diào)整抽水速度及抽水量。1.Pumpingtestshallbeperformedbeforedrawdowntovalidatethefeasibilityofthescheme.Selecttheheadandflowrateofthepumpaccordingtothepumpingtest.Monitorandrecordthegroundopticallevelbeforetheexcavationoffoundationpittillthestopofpumpingeveryday.Adjustthepumpingspeedandamountofwaterbeingpumpedout.2、在基坑開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中，應(yīng)隨時(shí)觀(guān)測(cè)基坑側(cè)壁、基坑底的滲水現(xiàn)象，并查明原因，及時(shí)采取施工措施，并檢查基坑外管網(wǎng)有無(wú)滲漏。2.Duringtheexcavationoffoundationpit,theseepageofthefoundationsidewallandfoundationbottomshallbealwaysmonitored,forwhichthecausesshallbeidentifiedandmeasuresshallbetaken.Thepipenetworkoutsidethefoundationpitshallbecheckedforseepage.3、在抽水維護(hù)期間，根據(jù)單井出水量確定開(kāi)、關(guān)水泵的時(shí)間間隔，委派專(zhuān)業(yè)人員24小時(shí)輪流值班，保證水泵正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及井水位?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備多臺(tái)備用水泵及零配件，以便及時(shí)更換或維修，注意保護(hù)井口，防止雜物掉入井。3.Duringthepumpingmaintenanceperiod,assignprofessionalworkersfor24hworkonshifts,soastodeterminethetimeforthestartupandshutdownofwaterpumpaccordingtothewateroutputofasinglewellandensurethenormaloperationofthepumpandtheopticallevelinthewell.Manysparepumpsandsparepartsshallbepreparedonsiteforatimelyreplacementorrepair.Payattentiontoprotectthewellheadandpreventdebrisfromfallingintothewell.4、發(fā)現(xiàn)基坑出水、涌砂，應(yīng)立即查明原因，組織處理。4.Ifwaterflowingoutorboilingofsandisfoundinthefoundationpit,thecausesshallbeimmediatelyidentifiedforsettlement.5、降水開(kāi)場(chǎng)時(shí)間為：基坑土開(kāi)挖前不少于10天。5.Thebeginningtimeofdrawdownis:nolessthan10daysbeforetheexcavationoffoundationpit.6、降水時(shí)間持續(xù)：上部構(gòu)造的自重大于地下水產(chǎn)生的浮力后可停頓降水。6.Drawdownduration:thedrawdownmaybestoppedonlywhenthedeadweightofthesuperstructureisgreaterthanthebuoyancygeneratedbygroundwater.五、降水管網(wǎng)布設(shè)V.Layingofdrawdownpipenetwork1、降水用電纜應(yīng)延基坑邊布設(shè)，并在坑降水井相對(duì)應(yīng)的位置設(shè)置配電箱，電纜借助臨近的支撐架設(shè)到坑邊，并采用絕緣套管懸掛在坑邊的護(hù)欄上。電纜布設(shè)和電箱布置詳見(jiàn)降水電纜布置圖。1.Thecablefordrawdownshouldbelaidalongthefoundationpit,andthedistributionboxshallbesetupatthecorrespondinglocationofthedrawdownwellinthepit.Thecableusetheneareststruttingstructuretothesideofpitandthenitshouldbehungontheguardrailonthesideofthepitwiththeinsulatingsleeve.Thearrangementofcablesandelectricboxesaredetailedinthelayoutofdrawdowncables.2、降水用輸水管線(xiàn)采用PVC排水管和沉砂池相結(jié)合的方法。地下水通過(guò)井水泵經(jīng)排水管抽至沉砂池沉砂后〔沉砂池采用成品水箱埋設(shè)在靠近城市管網(wǎng)接入口的下水道〕排出場(chǎng)外。2.ThedrainagepipelinefordrawdownisintheformofPVCdrainagepipelineplussedimentationtank.Thegroundwaterispumpedtothesedimentationtank(thesedimentationtankisawatertankembeddedinthesewagenearthemunicipalpipelineconnectioninterface)bythewellpumpthroughthedrainagepipe,andthendischargedtotheoutside.六、降水工程質(zhì)量保證措施VI.Measuresforqualityassuranceofdrawdownworks6.1、降水管理6.1.Drawdownmanagement1、根據(jù)水位觀(guān)測(cè)情況，控制降水井排水時(shí)間和時(shí)間間隔。1.Accordingtotheobservationofopticallevel,controlthedrainagetimeandtimeintervalofdrawdownwelldrainage.2、安排兩班人員日夜值班，進(jìn)展排水降水控制操作、水位觀(guān)測(cè)和數(shù)據(jù)記錄。2.Arrangetwoshiftsondutydayandnighttoperformdrainageanddrawdowncontrolandoperation,opticallevelobservationanddatarecord.3、在基坑開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中，須密切注意降水效果，做好降水工作。3.Duringtheexcavationoffoundationpit,attentionmustbepaidtotheeffectofdrawdown.Thedrawdownworkshallbeproperlyperformed.4、假設(shè)因地下圍護(hù)構(gòu)造大量滲漏而引起坑外水位下降超過(guò)規(guī)定值時(shí)，監(jiān)測(cè)人員及時(shí)發(fā)出警報(bào)，并由值班人員控制抽水力度或停抽。4.Iftheopticalleveldropexceedsthespecifiedvalueduetogreatseepageandleakageoftheundergroundretainingstructure,Monitoringworkershouldgivethealarmandthenthepumpingstrengthshallbecontrolledorthepumpingshallbestoppedbydutystaff.5、暴露的降水井管四要及時(shí)回填粘土封密5.Thesurroundingareaoftheexposeddrawdownwellpipeshallbetimelybackfilledwithclayforshut-in.6.2、施工技術(shù)措施6.2.Constructiontechnicalmeasures1、根據(jù)基坑圍護(hù)圖、地質(zhì)資料
